I just bought a 2017 Cadillac CT6 from the Corvettes & Classics store. Rick the Manager, and Walter the sales guy, were extremely nice, helpful and personable. They weren't pushy, and I traded my 2013 Camaro ZL1 that was emotional for me. These guys were there for me, and I appreciate it. Best dealership experience I've ever had! I'll tell EVERYONE about Bill Kay group.

Made my experience very short and professional, looked at and applied for a car the same day and was approved and accepted within a day. My amazing sales man and his sales team made the purchase and delivery of my vehicle very easy. They DELIVERED my car to me personally which was a 5 star experience in and of itself. I extremely recommend anyone to do business with them. I will be back again for more vehicles to come!

Went to get my coolant system check because I notice my antifreeze needed to be replaced a number of times they said there was nothing wrong with it and charged me for the diagnostic $189 they mentioned my tire sensors as well 2 of them were out and when I get my car back from them all of my sensors were not registering. I called and they said it s normal for them to go out after they check them ?!?! And I did not give them the ok to do that . So now all of the tire sensors don t work ! I will not be going back to them again !

Instead of saying something bad, I wasn't going to write anything at all. However, after the continued lack of response I felt the need to share my experience so others can be forewarned.1. Missing front license plate holder. Included on my sticker was a price for the front license plate holder. I mentioned it to my salesperson and was informed that it was in the truck and they did not put in on because they would have to drill the bumper and they didn't think I wanted them to do that. Both Illinois and Iowa requires a front license plate to be displayed. Long story short, I ended up purchasing another front license plate holder from a Chevy dealer closer to my home and had it installed by a 3rd Chevy dealer. It is not the fact that they didn't put the front license plate holder on the car, it was more of the fact they promised to check into my problem and call me back. I purchased the car on March 7th, it is now April 10th. After 3 different occasions, I still have not received any response to my inquiries.2. Iowa taxes. Before I started any conversations about purchasing a car, I informed the salesperson that I live in Iowa. He assured me this was not a problem. Turns out, I have to work with my county to pay the sales tax after I receive paperwork in the mail. It has been over a month since I purchased my car and I still have not received any paperwork. Iowa requires the tax to be paid in 30 days or subject to a fine.3. Bill Kay discounts. If you still decide to go to this dealership, I would recommend you call and get an understanding of the discounts quoted online. I was told by the salesperson that the dealership doesn't control the discounts posted on the website; but it is GM. I called GM and they told me the dealership is a franchise and they have the final say in what discounts are honored. This was very disheartening after driving for 5 hours based on the car and price. I did end up purchasing the vehicle and did receive a portion of the discounts but not all advertised. The entire experience just left me full of regrets. That is not the way I want to feel when buying a new car.BUYER BEWARE!

Jesus Serna was AMAZING. He worked so hard to get me the car that fit my budget. He was very patient, knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. He doesn t pressure you to buy. Jesus was informative, knowledgeable, extremely kind and pleasant with us the whole time. He helped us out in any way he could, and he worked quickly and efficiently. My previous Honda Fit was totaled, but we got a sweet replacement, one year newer. They are hard to find!

The service is always good here. I had my car towed to Bill Kay Chevrolet. Jamie, the service rep kept me informed with the details and gave me the options I had for repairs. I know my car is serviced properly. Thanks to the technician who found the issue.

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I brought my 2020 vehicle in when the check engine light came on. The code was reading that it was a hood latch malfunction (I've only ever gotten my service done at Bill Kay so the issue was more than likely caused by them). For them to look at the code and inspect the latch cost me $190 (maybe 20 minutes of work). To fix it would have cost $400. This part costs $40! The labor costs at this dealership are INSANE. Not to mention, I signed a sheet saying that I wanted to be notified if service was going to be more than $150. The service manager told me it was $190 and that they would hold my vehicle if I refused to pay the extra $40. This place is a SCAM. I have since gotten multiple estimates from other places, total job with labor $150-200. SAVE YOUR MONEY SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE. I will never bring either of my Chevrolets here ever again.

Jamie and company are always courteous and friendly. They re welcoming and have my shuttle driver ready to take me to work. They keep me up to date on the status of my vehicle through texts and always find ways to save me money when so many others are trying to upsell. My shuttle driver Miguel was one of the nicest guys. He seems like a hard, loyal, worker trying his best to support his family. Keep up the great work you guys. I appreciate the great care every time I visit.

Drove 3 hours to look at a new vehicle to lease. Was there for a total of 25 minutes before leaving. Immediately felt pushed to buy instead of lease which was defeating the entire purpose of what I needed longterm. Was shown one vehicle I was interested with 15 other models on the lot that I wasn t even offered to look at to possibly get in my price range. Just felt super uncomfortable honestly. They also don t work with their clients at all to meet them where they need to be. Had a super nice trade in and was given a super low ball offer. Waste of my time

My husband and I recently purchased a 2008 Corvette from Bill Kay Corvettes and Classics. The car is in exceptional condition! Our buying experience with our salesman, Rick Peterson was also exceptional! Rick went above and beyond for us, from our first phone call to the "white glove", personal delivery. Anyone hesitant about buying an auto online with Bill Kay should reconsider. This dealership is top notch. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

We were helped out by Anthony and Steve. Both were very accommodating and personable. They did not try to push anything on us just to close a sale. They took the time explain the pros/ cons of each vehicle and the payment plans. These steps really made us more confident in the decision making. Just purchased a "new" used GMC Acadia from Tony at Bill Kay Chevrolet and our experience was nothing less than excellent!! Shortest time ever spent in a dealership! My service advisor was Jaime she is the best service advisor in the area. My vehicle was ready when she promised, she kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. She explained things clearly. Jaime is top notch and Bill Kay is lucky to have her!!

If I could 0 stars I would. My husband and I have never had issues until we brought one of our vehicles in for a minor fix. While most auto parts stores will do a diagnostic for free, Bill Kay decided they would charge us $190. Upon discussing the insane fee they stated they would not release our vehicle unless it was paid in full. We will not be returning to this dealership ever again.

Had a scheduled appointment to look at a vehicle. They said it s available and will be ready when I arrive. Drove over an hour for them to tell me it s being loaned out! Waste of time!EDIT: They called me back to let me know the vehicle was available to show. Drove back again and the car was filthy and smelled like cigarettes! How can you even consider selling a vehicle like that. Stay far away and spend your money elsewhere. Plenty of other dealers down the road that will take care of you.

I came in with a car getting totally ripped off from another company and my roommate and I came in at 7 at night and Josh sat down with us until close and helped us figure this out. The next day Tony came in clutch and helped us seal the deal. Highly recommend this place

The deal was very quick, it doesn t take all day anymore like back in the day to buy a car. He was able to get us in something that we love and in our price point. So I m updating my review on this dealership. I recently had service done here on my 2024 Corvette and I couldn t have been more pleased. I had a high wing spoiler added to my car and the over all experience was excellent. Good to see them in there old winning form once again. Highly recommended.

This is the second car we've purchased from Bill Kay and it's with good reason. The staff is phenomenal, especially the kindness and attentiveness we received from Jesus "Chuy" Serna and Jose Herrera. we will definitely be back.
