I came here to get my Chevy Cruze looked at as I had some issues under the hood. I was happy with the service I received as well as communication they gave me. I was updated throughout the process of what I needed for my car and for how long it would take. I am very pleased with this company, and would recommend.

NG Auto in Lindenhurst did not fix my car after 2 drop offs for same issue. In total I was out of a car for about 2 days each visit. they could not figure it out. Disappointed it s a convenient location for me. But won t be going a 3rd time for the same issue.

A local hidden gem , Great customer service . On a snowy day they were able to take care of me even with a few hours of heads up. Good Mechanic Shop. I definitely recommend this place.

I needed an alignment so I went to one of those big box stores on Rollins that specializes in tires and alignments. I told them that I had changed all front end components two years ago and just replaced rack and pinion and needed to get front end re-aligned. They did alignment seemed a little off. But was much better. Then the next day the ball joint snapped! I had the vehicle towed home 130$ and replaced the ball joint myself. I figured a big box store would have checked everything in the front end before the alignment. To make a long story short I went NG and they were wonderful. Very pleased Ruben, Angela, and Liz so helpful and professional. Great communication. Glad I went here. Also a thanks to the tech. That did the alignment. Well done team.

That was a diesel mechanic for 12 years and I've tinkered on cars and stuff for many more. Just don't have time to work on the car myself. The staff was friendly and the mechanic was very knowledgeable. They were able to get my car done quickly and correctly the first time. It's hard to recommend a mechanic or garage because each problem is different and it's hard to know the mechanics knowledge level. All I can say is they did well for me. I will take my car back there for future issues.

Great experience! They work with a local tow company and helped coordinate a pick up and payment. Also fixed a couple things outside of the flat.

It is not recommended, they were not honest with the repair, the invoice they gave me did not specify the spare parts and the service they gave me and the pickup came in twice, the second time for warranty. Why the spare parts "came defective"No es recomendable, no fueron honestos con la reparaci�n, el invoice que me dieron no especificaba los repuestos y el servicio que me dieron y dos veces entro la pickup, la segunda por garant�a. Por qu� los repuestos " salieron defectuosos"
