I have been buying parts from Shawn for many years and he knows what he is doing. Responds quickly and gets me what I need. He does hurt my feelings sometimes but that is ok because I also hurt peoples feelings on a daily basis. If you know what your are doing working on European cars this is the place for you. If you need someone to hold your and tell you what u need to fix the car and what kind of fluids prolly not. LOL. Thanks again Shawn.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone here. Place is a joke. Service is horrendous. Parts are wrong. They do not care about individuals only businesses. They ll answer and then hang up several times. Real professional. I ll take my business else where.

Great prices on parts for European vehicles. Easy to find. But four stars from me. Even when ordered parts over the phone prepare yourself for long waiting. Front window people will ignore your presence and make you stand long time before offering help. Waiting are needs overhauling. Not presentable at all. Ownership should be more involved and hopefully this review will help.

Front desk employee has no respect or patience for customers made me wait 40 minutes for oil and filter and a battery and talks outside of business topics and gets personal with walk in customers which I found very disrespectful. parts are good, employees trash.

Avoid a salesman named Marco, he sold me a BMW headlight case with out any electrical parts in it, something came up and we had to return it.We re a shop we buy and return things DAILY!!!And oh surprise he tells me that I have to pay 10% for returning it because it s an ELECTRICAL PART yeah right Needles to say left with a full refund and a headache.

with been dealing with them for so long unfortunately they send us a DEFECTIVE part. it was a radiator for Mercedes Benz. they DON'T even bother providing claims for this issue. we talked to the manager and they said they could NOT do anything about it and just said sorry.One of the employees said that we can go to another vendor and lose business with them. We were really disappointed for what happened and what he said like he really DIDN'T care about it. If care about your client like we do DON'T deal with these people.

A friend recommended this place for BMW, and/or other import parts. I called 5 times today and each time was transferred to what sounded like a counter parts guy's voice mail. The 5th time I called, I told the receptionist that I've left messages and haven't been able to speak with anyone all day. She asked who usually helps me when I call; when I informed her that I was a first-time customer and probably last, she said, in the nastiest voice that "well you could go somewhere else then". She was extremely rude and sounded like someone who was thrown out of elementary school. I don't care if it's the last place in Chicago to have the part I need, I don't care if they're 50% cheaper than the dealer, I don't care I have to order directly from Germany, if a business cannot treat the customer with decency and respect at the very least, they do not deserve a single penny from me or any other customer. That is my honest review of a transaction just waiting to happen but instead went to Amazon. I hope every one of these shops run by rude and uneducated imbeciles is run out of business, and soon. I'm still waiting for google to implement the zero star rating. Until then, 1 star it is. But don't take my word for it; give them a try yourself. OK, update, I JUST called them again, 2 minutes after posting this, and still fresh after "Janette" basically told me to take a hike. Was finally transferred to the counter and they did have the part I was looking for. for 2X the price of Amazon. So there you have it. The parts guy was actually good, helpful. But it took 6 calls to get to him and the price is steep. I stand by my review.

No service, literally. How special are these sales people? They can't answer a call if it isn't directly to them. Then you'll likely get a voicemail if you get a direct line. Spent 20 minutes on hold and gave up. 2 separate calls. They recently called my shop to ask why we don't buy from them anymore. Now you know.

This place is horribly managed and the staff has the worst employee manners towards customers, of any business I have ever come across. They are incredibly rude and borderline condescending, and don t even get me started on the phones.But if you can get past all the above, they are probably your best bet at finding the part you need at a good price.

Quality OEM parts a lot cheaper than the dealer. They always ask for the vin number of your vehicle to make sure you get the correct parts. Oscar and Eddie are the best!!

I called for a quote on a part, they gave me a price. When I went there to buy the part, they charged me more and over that added tax. Both persons at the phone and at the store were rude, with attitude. When I don't mind the attitude and the unreliability, I still buy from here for practical reasons. But I do try to avoid this store.

Just sharing my experience, purchased brake pads Jurid And Textar for my Mercedes and BMW and both been squeaking and grinding.BE CAREFUL, they selling fake parts!!! They both haved logo on it but paint not engraved .When i came back with complain , person behind counter smiled and said all ORIGINAL brakes may squick. I personally never drove from dealer on squeaking carBE CAREFUL! They sell Fake

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this place. They are unbelievably rude, the hold times are very long, and every time you call they say "1 second" and you get put into a hold black hole, after which you get sent to voicemail. Their service is absolutely unacceptable. Very very bad management and horrible employee manners. Worst people I have ever dealt with in my life.

Good prices for the most part. Not all are oem and you have to ask twice about it. Also their database is not always up to date so they may tell you there are 2 in stock and when you get there its only 1 available. WorldPac is better structured yet northside is lowering prices to stay competative and they accept credit cards.

First customer for today and they put me on hold for so long I lost the will to deal with them switching from one dept.to another? That is not a way to do business! Probably by Mercedes you gonna pay moore but at least they have formidable service to the customers.

Actual trash customer service. Was told I'll be put on hold and dude just hung up. No call backs, get sent to voicemail when transferred. Small pp energy
