Arrived on Sunday around 1pm w flat tore. The manager. Phil and his team were great. I did end up leaving w 2 new front tires, but they are a necessity. I am going back next weerecommended. back tires and an oil change. The team was professional and efficientHighly recommended.

I cannot emphasize enough just how strongly I recommend the Jiffy Lube in Lincolnwood. I have been going there for the last two years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Alex (the location manager) is a good, honest professional. Additionally, you can tell that everyone there is an expert in the field and knows what they are doing. I strayed away from this location once, just to get a quick oil change, and was told that I needed almost $600.00 worth of work on my car. I grew suspicious and left, bringing my car back to the Lincolnwood location instead. After a quick check-up, I found out that the other shop had lied about the repairs that I needed and had also charged me for things they had not even performed on my car. Alex and his crew helped to right the wrongs at no additional cost. It's a valuable gift to find a trustworthy and capable car service center, and I am very grateful for this Jiffy Lube location and its team. I will never go anywhere else!

I stopped by to do Uber inspection for my 2023 honda crv they made my car fail the inspection due to worn wiper blades ,although they were working perfectly ...the charged me 20$ for the useless inspection..so I went to another jiffy location and my car surprisingly passed the inspection! Moreover the staff was unfriendly and they declined to refund me.

My experience at Jiffy Lube was incredibly disappointing. Alongside the high prices for their services, I encountered subpar work quality. The staff was unfriendly and seemed inexperienced, leading to mistakes in servicing my car. Moreover, I was pushed into additional services that seemed unnecessary. Overall, this experience left a terrible impression, and I do not recommend using this service."

$130 for a full synthetic oil change on an 2016 Audi a3 is wild especially at jiffy lube. Audi dealership asking for little less than that with their current promos on their website. Neighboring auto shops asking for half price. No wonder this place is always empty and the neighboring auto shops are always busy. Wouldn t recommend wasting your time or hard earned money here.

This location requires the customer to exit their car and then the technician does an inspection including removing air filters to try to sell more services. I did not appreciate the additional time and unwanted upsell attempts. I come to Jiffy Lube for oil changes. I will not revisit this location.

Horrible. I told them my issue. Asked to be upfront and don t screw me over. Literally did the thing I asked them not to do. I understand money has to come and go but damn before they worked on my car I asked how much is the ball park and we discussed $675 nothing more to fix some brakes that cost $125+ a unit.Then when the bill comes they add on they hidden fees and act like we didn t just discuss being fair and paying $675 when it s all said and done. By the end of it I had no choice but to swipe $900.Insane. Do not do business with the over sized pitbull look alike. He s no fun. All smokes and screens. He just speaks what you want to hear and then turns it all around and screws you over by the end of it.

Thank God for Jiffy Lube! Alex and his hardworking team test drove my car to find out why it was rattling under the hood whenever I turn the steering wheel. After inspection they showed me the exact issues with my car. Alex informed me of their prices which were right on time and affordable. They worked on my car and in no time gave it back in pristine condition!

Last time I come here or Jiffy Lube. Just don t trust these places. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Couple days later a weird knocking sound started from what sounded like under the car. Next day it was so loud, I took into a local mechanic and the issue was? Jiffy Lube failed to properly secure one of the tires and it was wobbling like crazy. The lug nuts were so loose I was lucky not to be in a serious car accident. Terrible negligence.Services: Tires, Oil change

My exp here was fine. I usually go to the JL on Dempster in Evanston but at the time, this location was closer. I was in & out in maybe 30-35 min or so. They were efficient, did a good job & didn't push me into getting anything I didn't really need (to have done). That's what I like about JL.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I don't write many reviews but the treatment I got at this particular jiffy lube makes me feel that review is called for. First of all, I've been to Jiffy Lubes before. Some locations are run better than others just like most other businesses that are franchised. But this time the service was top notch. The manager, Phil, paid so much attention to detail and gave me thorough explanation concerning a couple of minor car issues I have. Very friendly man who knows his stuff. Briefly spoke to a couple of the mechanics, Alex and Jose, and they were unbelievably friendly as well. Can't tell you how refreshing it feels just to simply get excellent customer service. Plus I received 10% military discount and my car was vacuumed for me. This place will definitely be visited by me again because they have earned my trust and therefore deserve my loyalty. I asked the attend at Jiffy Lube to replace the wipe blades in addition to oil change. I got the bill and didn't see wipe blades on it or that wipes were replaced. They were polite and got the oil change done but I won't be back. This is the second Jiffy Lube location that's done this. I put a review for that one as well. I don't think all locations are like this so I try another one or other store.

Stopped here for check engine light after my vehicle failed emissions test on a weekday, early afternoon. Although the issue appeared to be due to something they couldn't fix in their shop, these guys were great. Super professional, quick, helpful. They ultimately pointed me in the right direction. I live in the city so this location is not really convenient for me to go to regularly but, based on their excellent service, I wish I could. Absolutely recommend based on my experience there.

I absolutely LOVE this Jiffy Lube and will definitely be back! I originally hadn't planned on getting anything done on my car. I was just there with a friend who needed her car's brakes fixed. She told me that besides the brakes, she had her cabin air filter replaced. I wanted to get mine replaced as well so I drove up to the garage area and was immediately approached by a team member. They were able to replace my filters right away. I have never been treated as well as a customer than how I was treated here. They are amazing, super sweet, knowledgeable and professional guys! I wish I would have gotten their names!

I recently visited Jiffy Lube in Lincolnwood, IL today at 11:58am for a Lyft inspection on my 2015 Toyota RAV4. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional and snarky attitude of an employee named Alex.From the beginning of our interaction, Alex set a negative tone by unnecessarily criticizing the cleanliness of my car, even though the Lyft inspection guidelines do not mention interior cleanliness. He then insisted that I would have to pay a $17.95 fee for the inspection, regardless of whether my car passed or not. To my surprise, I was ultimately charged $21.16 for the inspection without any explanation for the price increase.The most frustrating part of my visit was when Alex claimed that my rear window wiper needed to be replaced in order to pass the inspection. This seemed suspicious as my rear wiper was brand new, and the Lyft inspection sheet specifically referred to windshield wipers, which typically only include the front wipers. I felt like I was being charged for something that wasn't necessary, especially since the wiper was priced at an excessive $21.99.Although I ultimately passed the inspection, the entire process was marred by Alex's rude and unhelpful demeanor, as well as the questionable charges. This experience only reinforced the not-so-great reputation that Jiffy Lube already has. I hope that my feedback will lead to improvements in their customer service and pricing transparency for the sake of future customers

Manager or whoever was manning the front desk was extremely professional. Saved me money in the long run by letting me know of coolant and oil spills. It was pricey but for the service provided was worth it. Honest and fair service. Will keep going back.

Upon arrival staff was very polite. Was not pressured into doing any unnecessary services. I did have something that was critical at the time and the manager Alex Sandoval personally showed me the problem and explained why I needed the repair. Made me feel very comfortable. ATTENTION LADIES!!(and gentlemen) If you are concerned or worried about mechanics getting over on you look no further! I've been to several places for an oil change and this place was by far the best!! The manager Alex was great and actually SHOWED me the oil filter which was completely black and broken and looked liked it had never been changed smh. Alex took the time to show me everything that was being done, (while I watched) included changing both my cabin and engine filter that were way past due to be changed, showing me the filter with all the debris. They have definitely gained a loyal customer. Great job Alex and team.. everyone was great and super friendly

I haven't been to a Jiffy Lube in probably over 10 years. I brought in my father's vehicle that he rarely drives for an oil change. I was greeted at the bay and I requested an oil change. The process itself is efficient, a quick multipoint inspection was accomplished with recommended services, I was not pressured. I was in and out the door in 15 minutes. I truly had no expectations, but I'm confident to say that I almost would prefer this quick lube service over going to the dealer.Service: Oil change
