the employee of the airing station of the drive was rudely unable to give me the result due to a printer breakdown, after which he began to beat the cost of the printer for another 10 minutes of my time, after all, I had to go to the manager to get the results and be able to get my sticker

The team was very efficient and polite. I was serviced right away. At this location I was also able to purchase my annual vehicle license plate renewal stickers. No long lines for either service. Very convenient. Two thumbs up for this place!

They are always efficient as heck and friendly enough. In and out in less than 5 minutes and with the option to renew your sticker right there. I love how easy it is because often this kind of stuff is unnecessarily difficult :)

Very nice person at the desk, he said if you get pulled over show him your documents from your car dealership stating the emissions part is on backorder for almost 2 months. The officer will be in standing. It's very strange to me that the state of Illinois dyhs e provisions for a long backordered part beyond 30 days.

Absolute 0/10 manager sucks also wasted 20 minutes of my time, didnt pass."couldnt read obd" they didnt plug it in properly. Shop "no issues" schaumburg air team 1 minute passed. Take the ride and go to schaumburg, they know what they are doing.

Fast & efficient vehicle emissions testing. No appointment needed. I ve used this location a few times and completed service in <10 min every time. Highly recommend avoiding busier days like weekends or near EOY deadline. Mid-week service visits are best.

People in Illinois must get their emissions tested every few years. It's "free" at these locations (payed for with taxes). It takes about one minute. This location is as good as any. It has an office attached where you can renew your license plate sticker for an extra convenience fee.

Came here on Tuesday morning, the line was long, about 6 cars each 3 lanes. Staff was efficient, got the job done, no more and no less, was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Convenient location maybe a 10 minute wait. No problem here only the cost of a 9$ convenience fee if u want to purchase a sticker here was the only negative.

Emission test is very quick even though the lines are long. You can buy the registration stickers at this place for 8$ extra. Registration service is also quicker on weekdays. You can renew your stickers 2 months before.

9am Wed Jan 10 '24. 2 lanes open, 2 cars being tested, 1 was next in my lane. I left in less than 10 minutes with my PASS in hand. Do NOT waste your time & money buying sticker at attached facility. Don't wait until month your sticker expires. Drive home and buy it online using e-check (fee waived). You will pay a fee for Debit,/Credit online, but it's much less than at "Convenien$e Fa$ility" at Air Team test centers. Mailed sticker promised in 5-7 business days.

The worst service ever, employees are not professional enough. They failed my test twice because they couldn t find OBD port in my car, it s just ridiculous! So, when I went with those missing OBD port notes on my exam sheet to the body shop they were just laughing at me and showed where it is. Don t go to this facility, it s wasting of time.

A old receptionist threw my card and recipe away to me in a bad way, not handed it over gentlyI felt like he looked down on me and I got offended muchWhere were your manners white old man! Are you Russian or something?I'm south Korean! Shame on you!

This location is efficient and not crowded daytimes weekdays. Especially like the older consultant guys who offer extra tips abt passing the test, close to sticker deadline. My car needed codes rechekt and I didnt know abt a 7-day extension sticker in case the codes didnt pass a second time

Been here a couple of times when I lived in IL. I had a vehicle that did not have a data port and they were still able to measure the emissions data. You can renew your plates here as well, however they do charge an additional fee. Other than that no issues.

Went back here around 12:15 on A Tuesday. I was a little worried maybe it would be busy due to the lunch hour rush. I should have trusted my instincts. Line wrapped around the lot. Took about 30 min. But when I left at 12:45 there was barely a line at all. Moral of the story: avoid the lunch rush.

Mike was a big help, I m from Ohio and working in Illinois for a few months, I needed to get my emissions test with my Ohio plate and everything work out. I can fly to Ohio with Illinois emissions test paper, and get my plate sticker in Ohio. Thank you Mike.

I like this place for the emission test, i was in and out in 5 minutes.The employee was so respectful and friendly, and even it was almost the end of the month but still not long lines waiting.5 stars for the service and the staff.It is free no charge, but if you want to buy the sticker from there there s additional fees if you ll pay by debit or credit cards

I came for my emissions in July the line moved quickly they have double testing spots in each lane so two cars can go in at one time. And the lane I was in had a single but still moved quickly. Not much of a wait inside the office to get my sticker which was good because there wasn't very much parking available.

Watch your busy times, the wait can be quite long here. They provide renewal stickers right inside the office! However they charge more I service fees than a currency exchange. Illinois rips off its resident's every chance it gets. $7.50 as a convenience fee on top of the renewal fee is absurd. For that price they should give me a free car wash and have fresh donuts inside. Plus the parking lot is too small and an absolute pain to get out with cars parked everywhere they can.

Fast, efficient. Not there to chat or "be nice." Less than 3 minutes per car. Registration sticker office is card-only, about $10 service fee.
