If I could rate a 0 rating I would!! The people we dealt with were, well, there's just no other way to say it, just plain stupid. Once to get a new tire, it seemed to complicated for them. And another time, they stoled things out of our car. We asked the manager to search/ check on his underlings, but he wouldn't do anything. No way we'll ever go back.

They used to be really very good for fast oil and tire change... but after covid and change in workers they are not the best anymore however at least they corrected the issues to make it ok. We received excellent care and speed of service from the auto department in this store. They were helpful with getting the tires we needed/wanted and very informative about warranties, cost, and any other information we asked about. The ability to make an appointment with them was very nice as well. I highly recommend them.

I pulled up at 5:25 for an oil change with no cars there, and was told they couldn't do it. Everyone knows it takes 15 minutes or less to do with a lift. If I wasn't 2 hours from home I would of did it myself in the rocks! I dont know why there sign says open until 6:00P.M.!

Ran over a nail on my way home from spring break 100 miles from home. On a sunday 10 minutes after they closed rolled up to see if anyone could help. Manager Jeff and 2 employees re-opened the entire center and stayed 45 minutes longer just to fix my tire. Saved me a TON of money and time. A+ customer service when I needed it most. So grateful!

They usually can get any tire you need, but with Covid they re short handed and may not even be open. When they are you will wait for a long time. I don t dislike what they do, it s just not fast and can run into some money, but it s not usually super expensive.

It's a joke of a service. If I could give it less than 1 star if I could. Why does a person need an appointment for tires they have sitting around. There's empty bays with noone working, no vehicles outside. Why cant they take walk-ins?, they used to. They gave me terrible excuses why I couldnt have time slots on different days that were open. Because it would take more than hour to do 4 tires on a vehicle before me. I've been a tire man with less equipment, it doesnt take that long to mount and balance new tires.

"45 minutes and your oil change and tire rotation will be done." 2.5 hours later: "It will be another 20 minutes". 1 hour later they called my name over the intercom. This was so slow and they still tried to upsell me on tires. Never going here again. Also my frozen food I got 3 hours into my Saturday excursion was now barely cold. The guy at the desk said "sorry bro" as I left. If you plan on going here I hope you don't have plans for any part of your day because you will miss all of them.

Hire more people or hire people that know how to do the job quicker . Closed early first time we went second time a hour an thirty minute wait. FOR A OIL CHANGE... Last time they were to booked because cclosing a hour early . . . . Said to come back in morning . . .yes because I don't have a job to go to in the morning . .. wish there was negative stars !

Came in directly at 7am do an oil change with no one ahead of me. It has been 1.5 hours. Around an hour, I got told it will be out in 5 minutes and then in another half hour, I was told that my car was just getting on the lift for the oil change.

I would not let Wall Mart repair my wheel barrel! However, I was in a pinch on a Sunday and they were able to provide a tire and put it on (cheap tire and cheap labor, (you get what you pay for). The real issue is with most car manufacturers because they do not include an option for spare tires on a lot of vehicles.Wall Mart was there when needed. Therefore I gave Two Stars (for effort). Now, what do I do with the tire?

Slow nobody was working the counter. One person was waiting over an hour and got his keys back and left.All I wanted was to get my battery tested had to wait 20minutes before I saw anyone to help me.

They were very helpful and the service was very good. Not a long wait either which was very impressive to me as the other auto centers ive gone to took almost twice the time. Thanks again.

Need to make an appointment so you don't wait too long. But they do a respectable job. I'm glad for the lower prices and friendly staff.

young kids dont know how to drive a stick needs adult as one of the techs said and cant change tires. didnt even know what gun to use to take lugs off.

Reasonable prices . I decided to go to another tire shop that has offered to align my front end of my pick up. They don't offer front end alignment.

This place is a joke to get tires waited 2 hours finally called me and said they can't get the lug nut loose they're not a real mechanic shop if it doesn't come up with a gun they can't take off your tire cuz they're not allowed to but what was I paying you for

3 times I have taken a vehicle there and each time they could not remove the tires for one reason or another would not recommend or try them again

Couldnt get the lugnuts off except one tire then put 4 lugnuts back on. Broke down waiting for a tow now.

This place is a joke you can never get through on phone to anyone in automotive and last time I got tire changed there the broke my lugs and claim it was whoever changed tire before hand

Called to make an appointment and they asked me what time I wanted the appointment to be and I said I didn't care they insisted that I set the time I was there 15 minutes early told me I had to wait an hour and a half I walked out
