Had a mower issue, Rexx ran diagnostic test on battery, tested out ok. Staff suggested several other possible sources for my problem, no charge. Rexx staff earns a big 5 star rating for customer service. These guys are hospitable, knowledgeable guys who don't make a person feel bad about asking questions. Have purchased 2 vehicle batteries from them, price was very reasonable. Rexx is always my first stop for batteries. Thank you.

Needed a battery for my truck, not only did they have it but it was 60.00 less than even Walmart. Will gladly recommend and use them again

Brian does an excellent job. Helped me swap out my old battery, replaced a bad cable, and verified my alternator was working properly. Very good service and batteries are well priced. Will go back every time I need a battery.

Checked lithium ion 18650 and got it to charge even though they could have sold me a new one. Polite and helpful on the phone and in person. Will buy batteries for electronics projects there from now on.

Took handicap car there, wouldn't start for mom. He tested and said battery bad. Replace with new battery, cost $80. No place cheaper and professional. Highly recommend

Brian and Rexx Battery have been very helpful any time I've had an issue with my batteries. Whether it be diagnosing an electrical short in one of my vehicles or getting me a replacement battery. I would recommend Rexx to all of my family and friends!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Completely honest. I've been there before to buy a new battery. They tested the old one and informed me it was still good, and that I had a problem somewhere else. They easily could have just sold me a new one.

Stripped out my battery post (side mount) and just keep trying to tighten it up when I take it there. Had nothing but problems with the battery, yet they won't replace it, just tighten it up and send me on my way.
