This location had plenty of Semi parking spaces at 2am in the morning. Showers were clean, a bit tiny but clean. The general store was well stocked and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did see the gentleman at the register switch hat's and head to the kitchen and cook up a warm meal (for another patron) which can be ordered from the kiosk. Now that deserves a 5 star alone. I will definitely add this stop as a favorite.

Women s restroom here is horrible. The faucets don t shut off they re always running. It s dirty. Toilets are always clogged. It smells like urine. Not well kept at all. I stop here all the time because it s a court ordered meeting location, but I think I ll start going to the gas station across the street.

Stopped for fuel and restroom break. Pretty good size lot for truck parking. The women's restroom was a lil neglected , but they were working on it. It's a cute Lil place with lots of coffee & soda options. Also snack and grill items are plentiful.

Men are about once a month. Place is clean and they got tables outside if you need to sit back and relax.

The little deli restaurant is better than you might expect, I always get the Baja burrito without any lettuce and tomato so It leaves room for more meat and they never disappoint.

Don't bother stopping for gas if it's in the least bit cold. Pumps are faulty. Had to go somewhere else. Waste of time.

They are like all the other truck stops. If you're a woman driver who needs to use the bathroom, I hope you can hold it. The woman's restroom is the hardest to find.

Tons of items to choose from. It has a Steak and Shake connected to it. For the most part the associates are right on task and friendly. The store is always clean. They belong to Thornton's reward program. If you like nugget ice and a variety of fountain sodas, this is the place to go.

Nice store and plenty of parking. DO NOT BUY THE PIZZA!! The lady that prepared my pizza was extremely nice and she definitely put many of the toppings i ordered, but the pizza was so terribly cold and greasy. I ordered two pizzas. I ate one piece of each and threw the remainder in the trash. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was quite good. Not a customer service issue, but a menu issue. Otherwise, great place for truckers.

Don t know why this place has such a high rating, my shower was filthy, had stains, black marks, and hair knots in it, the fat hog at the diesel register looked like I was an inconvenience the whole time and didn t want me there, only reason for the two is that the parking lot is good size, but inside is a mess, didn t expect much since it s in a terrible state like Illinois.

The pilot was good. There's a small bus that drives around on Sunday morning and bring you to church. If you get a chance you will truly be blessed by it. The church house is major safe place to forget about the ugly of truck driving. Park meadows baptist church

This place is halfway between home and St. Louis, so we almost always stop here for the restroom and/or fuel and/or food. The staff are usually friendly, and they have a good selection of food and snacks. There is a sort of separation between truck business and car business. It s like a narrowing of the hallway between the two areas, not a physical doorway or anything.The restrooms aren t always in great shape, but they have a bracket on the bottom of the door, so you don t have to use your hands to open it (since fewer than 1 in 4 men seem to wash their hands after you-know-what).

I've been coming to this truck stop for years. Lots of space. And usually a parking place, somewhere. Plus they have a 24-hour Deli that's inside that will make you an array of different food. You should try their hamburgers it's really good. Not to mention there is a steak and shake hooked on to the same building. Plus with the pilot fuel system for your semi trucks needs, what more could you ask for?

Pretty standard place. Weird diesel, as it's cheaper in front than in back ( back run by separate company)

Place was in rough shape when I was there. Garbage in the windshield washer container. Full bags of garbage around the pumps. Loose stuff left out from maintenance area getting blown around from the wind. Bathroom dirty on trucker side of the place. Employees just standing around chit chatting with each other when work needed to be done. I called the store manager after I left. Told him about the store cause he clearly didn't know. I told him he was lucky I wasn't corporate office making a surprise visit cause they would have failed badly that day. He thanked me for letting him know. I said no problem. I've been in this store before when it was immaculate and no one was standing around chit chatting because they were all working.

It's not the Pilot I hate right here, it's the Steak n Shake that eventually needs to be shut down. Not enough people to work, you have to self serve and they have the nerve to ask for a tip. Messed my order up, took forever to get my order and I told the "Acting" Manager to just refund me. Refunds have to come from corporate, wait 5 days....it's been 2weeks!!!

Good size main lot, smaller overflow lot diagonal from the main lot,store is clean , clean showers, good water pressure.

This is not a pilot. It's some junky wanna be truck stop. No mobile check in for showers. Some 3rd world Laundry that you have to use quarters on, and they give no cash back. Asked them if I could have two dollars and I'd send it back to one of them on their phones and they said no. Turned me away with a full load of dirty clothes and a dog bed that needed washing. They don't care about us drivers and they don't care about animals either apparently. Horrible establishment. Only good thing about the entire lot is the parking. Besides that, go down the road to the next one for some reasonable staff.

5 stars for providing us truckers parking and whatever they can. I personally appreciate these mom n pop stores for actually welcoming us and not be like them at for instance Pennsylvania where all you see is No Trucks Allowed at mostly every store and there's no parking anywhere.

Can use pilot reward points but do not honor offers. Restrooms are not too clean but usable. Nice selection of snacks and things.

First impression I thought this is nice. It has a beautiful setup for the coffee station. But only thing is the COFFEE was cold in the holding tanks and it also tasted burnt. Other than that clean and friendly folks and have a lot of food choices.

Don't come for Steak and Shake here if you are a truck driver. They make you stand outside at the drive to oder, pay and pick up. Just a warning. Other than that, all good over at the Wendy's.
