On Halloween this year, my friend and I encountered some navigation challenges. We reached out to the O'Reilly staff for assistance, and they went above and beyond to help us. They generously allowed us to make multiple phone calls with their staff's support. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the O'Reilly staff for their exceptional help. Thank you so much for your assistance; it was truly appreciated.

Very helpful staff!!! The battery in my key fob for my 2021 Lincoln was not functioning and I was 200 miles away from home. Luckily, I located O Reilly auto parts in Lincoln Illinois and they were able to assist me with the battery and also changing it out. The staff went above and beyond being helpful and polite and kind. I recommend this place for any of your automotive needs.They also recommended a great place to have breakfast in Lincoln, which I will review later

I bought new wipers a few weeks ago. I had tried putting them on myself. After a few attempts and not being successful, I stopped by and asked if they would be able to help me. Matt was beyond helpful. Even showed me how to do it instead of doing it so if I ever want to myself I can. I appreciate the kindness and not being treated poorly for not being able to do it. Thank you!!!!

I had a fantastic experience working with the crew here! I mean, words cannot describe the level of gratitude I have for the wonderful hospitality I received from Holly, Matt, Clifford and the rest (I'm sorry I cannot remember everyone's names). I had to replace a water pump in the parking lot, and they let me borrow the tools I needed and advised the proper replacement based on the sprocket depth (which I did not know there were multiple depths). Best of all, I was getting overheated without realizing it, and Holly brought out some ice water for me and had me sit inside in front of the fan to cool down. She genuinely cared about my health and well being, which speaks volumes in my opinion. While I was there, I really felt as if I was a part of their family. Never, not even at five star hotels and restaurants, have I ever experienced such wonderful hospitality from strangers, if I could even call them strangers after being there. Six stars out of five! I will be going out of my way to go to this O'Reilly's in the future. Thanks again everyone!

O'Reilly Auto has always been a reasonable store selling only the best parts. I had my first experience with O'Reilly's back in the mid 90's when leaving Oakland AR. and Bull Shoals Lake we had gone the 9 miles to Gainesville Mo. pulled in for gas shut the vehicle off and boom the battery exploded. We were S.O.L. full tank of gas for the 7.5 hr drive home with fresh fish on ice and going nowhere. There was this guy who came outta the gas station he happened to be a manager at O'Reilly's opened the store just to get me a battery so we could get home. I've been a loyal customer ever since and have had not one problem. Thank You Team O'Reilly's I've never been a store I haven't been greeted. You're # 1

I came here to get my car checked out because my check engine light came on. The employee, Bryan, checked plugged in the device and read the code. Once he searched for the code, we discovered it was and emission purge valve that was restricted. They ordered a new purge valve given it was July 3rd, the employee stated that it would not be here until the 5th. As I was leaving, my car would not start. The manager came by and said it was fine to leave the car there. He said people leave cars here all the time and fix them here. I thought that was amazing of them to do that and are definitely more friendly that the opposing business.

Followed the instructions of the local manager after a minor issue stating we would be fully reimbursed from oriellys. After we have to pay the local dealership repair costs bring the invoice for reimbursement...que the what are you talking about I never said any of that . General manager refuses any assistance, regional manager will not return any phone calls.Way to lose customers Oriellys, nicely done

Went in and was able to get what I needed without issues or problems. Everything I needed was on hand, so no waiting for parts. Though I would say as a suggestion always call first to check just incase.

These people know their stuff. Prices are already good, but if you find a better deal, they will price match. Store is clean and well organized.

Very friendly staff that are knowledgeable about the questions they are asked the place is very clean and well kept have anything u could need for your automobile they will even help u install things if your having trouble or check your engine light or battery or alternator all in all a great place to stop in when your having troubles

Eh... don't expect to get through in a hurry. They really need to hire a more competent staff. I can see they have some good ones, but wow...they have some that just have no clue what's going on.

Not too pleased with different oil change specials. Certain brands come with the filter. While others are oil only. Just think more consistency would be appropriate.

Usually great service except for one of them. His knowledge is questionable.
