Ryan and staff are so friendly and awesome. Love the text update and i recieved my car back days before scheduled time. I recommend collision concepts there the best. The whole front of my car was gone but when i got it back it actually looked better than when I bought it from the dealership they even cleaned the inside and everything that was in my car was still there when I got it back the inside and outside look immaculate

This is the best auto body repair operation out there. The employees are extremely courteous, engaged and honest. The entire building is immaculate. Even the floors of the shop where the autos are being worked on. The work on my vehicle has always been above and beyond . Best of all the experience is consistent and top notch. 5 stars are not enough.

We had an unfortunate run in with a raccoon and had front end damage to our car. The team at Collision Concepts did an amazing job on the repairs, and they were great to deal with throughout the entire process. The car looks great and we are very pleased. Highly recommend!

What an awesome experience from beginning to end! Dealt with the insurance company for me! I loved the pictures updates as the work was being done. The detail at the end was amazing! It is now a brand new car again! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Never would I recommend anything other than the front desk receptionist! She is the sweetest woman and that was the highlight of my experience.After I crashed my vehicle, they wanted almost 10k where as another auto shop have me a MUCH lower estimate and let me make payments on my vehicle.

Once again these folks had amazing service! I had to get a new bumper (after a semi tried to make me a hood ornamemt) and my car came out looking perfect and spotless inside and out! Not only did they make it look awesome but they offered to have the owner come pick it up from me in springfield so I didn't have to miss work! I will me back should i ever need it again!!

My pregnant wife had her rear bumper come undone (prior accident, my fault) on her way from STL to Chicago. She pulled off to get it fixed late Friday afternoon and this wonderful shop did it at no charge. That's really kind and I'd gladly give them money for outstanding service like that--they earn it.

Excellent work, service and support from all staff at this body shop. You are treated like family and they are very accommodating and flexible for all your car's service needs. Highly recommended!

This place fully explains what they have to do and the reason why! I am not sure why they needed to replace the whole door at a very high cost with their explanation. However I was able to find a body shop out of town that can repair it at a much lower cost. Note! This is for a 16 year old suv! They do not report to CarFax (A good thing).

Disappointed in service, slow responses and anytime the had a offer on parts, they wouldn't be available and had to pick something else.
