Heat experience, helpful staff. Quality 100% of the time. Jon in the office is a wizard at finding oddball parts, his brother Mike knows more about classic cars than anyone I have ever met.

Jon and team at Tri Power Automotive are the best.Very knowledgeable, honest, and fair pricing for all the work they do... from small to large fixes on my 71 GTO Convertible to complete frame up restorations.Recently, I was concerned about driving the GTO for a longer distance trip (over heating) and called Jon from the road. He actually knew of another restoration shop near the area I was in. Jon told me to go there and ask them to put an infrared temp gun on the block/thermostat to make sure my gauge was accurate. Sure enough, my (aftermarket) gauge was reading 20 degrees higher than the actual temp. They put a new radiator cap on (which was leaking) and I made the trip with no overheating - nice!Looking at getting a second muscle car - and I will be working closely with Tri Power to bring that car to life! Meanwhile, my GTO is in good (the best) hands now.

These guys are phenomenal!!!Their knowledge and care of GM cars is not matched. Specifically older Corvettes.

Good news: The shop floor is very clean. Bad News: I took my 1970 Ford pickup to these guys with the expectation they were professionals, They continued to misdiagnose the engine problem and run up the bill. When they finally finished the bill was astronomical. They made sure that I knew they had spent "way more" hours than they charged me for. LUCKY ME. I found out later that they "prefer" to only work on GM products. I wish they would have told me up front! Customer Service is non-existent. Do not expect a "promised "call back or email. I guess the best way to describe Tri Power is "SNOOTY". Oh by the way they will never answer the phone unless you owe them money.

Best friends dad owns a classic Chevelle and got some work done by tripower to it. Looks great! Tried multiple times to bring my 1973 corvette in, every time i call over the past 7 months (about 10 - 15 times) not a single person answers, or returns my calls. Ive left voice mails and still no reply. Will never call again for help, if you have a classic corvette, and need help, go to corvette city in highland park. They do such an amazing job, and the owner is such a reliable and honest guy!

Nice folks who do great work..... It was hard to find a "shop" that would deal with my 65 Cobra replica but these guys are willing and I appreciate it.
