Many thanks to Andy Linders and his staff at Perfect Soundz for the great work they did installing an Antique Automobile Radio model #851201BT retro radio and speaker in this 1972 Cutlass Supreme! The work was done perfectly, on time and at the low end of the estimate Andy provided in advance. In addition, Andy spent significant time setting up the Bluetooth and phone sync features supported by the new radio. He also checked the radiator pressure and identified a faulty cap as the cause of minor fluid loss. Finally, Andy was willing just to talk about the car and educate me on items related to its history based on his evaluation of some of the components involved in the radio switch-out. I would trust Andy with any aspect of work related to my car! Thank you, Andy and staff!

Andy put in some upgraded speakers, amps, sub and an app controlled DSP module for me.I went back for a tweak to the system.And while I was there, he asked why the door to my gas tank was open.That s because the day before it didn t open, so I had to pry it open in a rush I broke it.Later he called and said there might be a loose connection to the button that opens my gas tank door from when they did the speaker install.So I canceled an appointment I d set at my local mechanic s shop who said taking off the door panel and another panel inside the back left rear with all labor time and parts was $400+Andy could ve never said anything and saved himself nearly 2hrs of work resolving the issue like he did today.(Plus there was an emergency access door to open it manually that I should ve used instead of breaking it)He s a little sign there s still people in this world who do good work AND are also honest people, who have concern and consideration for others!I highly recommend Andy at Perfect Soundz Speed Shop for any services he provides!You might even learn a thing or two about Pink Floyd :)

Andy is THE MAN! I made two visits to Perfect Sounds for a sound system upgrade. Both times Andy took the time to explain the installation process to me and made sure I knew exactly how my system would be configured for the best sound. Andy is not only very knowledgeable but a true professional. Fantastic guy and fantastic service at very reasonable prices. I'm a customer for life. Thank you Andy.

I take all of my work there. Always very satisfied with quick scheduling, service that is done right at the best price. Friendly staff and great knowledge on everything from basic to complex car work. Andy has also done a remote start and stereo system with speakers for me. Won't go any where else!!

I have been going to Andy for years, there is not a more honest shop around. They are great for regular maintenance and any other car modifications you have in mind. I have had remote starts and audio equipment installed, performance upgrades and tons of maintenance done on all our vehicles. I recommend this place to everyone!

Andy the owner is a long-time personal friend and always does exceptional work. He recently helped install a new speaker/radio system in my car and it sounds PHENOMENAL. He makes sure the customer is always satisfied with the result and if something isn't right he will do whatever he can to make it so.Perfect Soundz is hands down the place to go in Lake County for all your car needs.

I have done a few different projects with Andy the owner and all of them went perfect hence the name and the price was more than fair. I almost didn't do the review because he is pretty busy with constant work as people know he is the best place to go now. However since the cats out of the bag this is hands down the best place to go in Lake County. Thanks Andy!

So far this shop has been FANTASTIC! They installed a remote start in my Acura RDX with new fobs and my factory fob working to start it. Did a T-harness also no cutting factory wires. Then I brought them my C4 Corvette and they went above and beyond repairing a number of engine oil leaks at a more than fair charge. Best thing is they listen and care about your vehicle - I would highly recommend them to take care of your ride too!!

Got speakers, sub, amp, and wires installed in my 18 rav4. They did a fantastic job. Andy has great communication and flexibility. They were very informative. This is my second time going through them and I highly recommend for the lake county area.

first time i met owner he was rude,i ignored it because he was recommended. had him buy everything for a car audio system. not too long after i started having issues,fuse guard melted,battery wire melting, so he fixed it but made me pay.put in another fuse guard ,that melted.made me pay. then my speakers blew.he checked everything and said amp is fine just turned it up too loud.everyone i asked said speakers shouldn't blow if its wired right. he stops answering my calls,but answers my buddies phone. went in to ask whats going on now he says oh the amp is bad. the amp he recommended and wired...said i would have to pay him more to fix it. i figure hes not fixing the problem but instead keeps charging me and have everything keep melting and i have to go back to give him more money. never tried to make it right.no idea how this guy has perfect star reviews...i asked if you had time when i came in,why would i make an appointment when i just keep putting in parts that keep melting? so after the third time something melted you want to keep putting parts in instead of fixing the problem? you checked my amp after my speakers blew and told me its fine.after 3 issues i would think you would look to see if the amp was the problem. instead of me blowing my speakers.i have money,i probably didn't wanna give you any cause Ive had multiple problems. and yes you ignored my calls for months. not very professional. i took my speakers out as soon as they blew.Services: Electrical, Battery

This is most professional, honest hard working place that I ve ever gone to and I ve been to a ton of different auto professionals throughout the years. They placed a new sound system in my 21 Challenger with added bass in the trunk. I had quotes from several places. This place beat their quotes by 700 bucks and I got better speakers installed.

My son recommended Andy to me several years ago. Always can thru when I needed help,from brakes to oil changes to odd requests. My son moved away but Andy has my loyalty. Great shop.

Great shop. They installed an automatic starter for me almost three years ago. I recently had issues with my car starting so I gave perfect soundz a call. They made it very simple for me to get my car in right away even with my very unflexible work schedule. To my surprise when they called to let me know it was finished they said it was no charge, they guarantee all their work. I know most shops guarantee their work, but like I said previously I got the starter installed almost 3 years ago now. Excellent customer service!

I had my clutch go out in my Subaru at the worse time with everything else I had going on. He worked with me to fix it and get me back on the road. A+++

I recently purchased a 14 RDX for my parents who live in libertyville, and they wanted a remote start system installed in anticipation for the cold Chicago winters. Perfect Soundz was able to help them right away and give them a great deal. It's difficult to help my parents with everything as all the kids are now in different states, but I feel confident PS will take care of their vehicle needs. My mom called me after her appointment beaming about how kind the guys were and how much she appreciated their attention to detail (even with replacing a busted taillight on my dad's ancient and neglected corolla).

Andy worked on my car to install a remote start. He did everything he could to make it work. I have a car that is not easy to install a remote start with all the security and the push button start. He was able to make it work and save me from cold mornings. Thanks Andy
