I walked up right at 8 pm doors were locked and what I m assuming is the employee was already sitting in his car ready to pull off. I assumed he s the employees cuz how does he know that the Mundelein store is still open.

Being a shop owner I have been shopping at this store since they 1st opened. Since day one I have been very happy with there staff and parts. I mainly deal with Amanda ever since she was a driver and than when she took over parts she was the best! Always was able to find the right parts and get them to me very quick! Amanda is MGR now and still takes care of me! When I go to the store to pick up the staff is always smiling and says hi to me every time I walk in. The store is always super clean and staff is always very helpful! Because of Amanda and her staff I do not shop at any other part store because I know I can trust them on getting me what I need and never have to complain about prices. I am a lifer. So thank you guys!

Popped into this place to get wipers for my mother in law and have to say was beyond pleased with the help Justin provided. Total pro, helped me find the perfect wiper blades and was even kind enough to help me install them. Top notch service all around!

The guys at this store are awesome. My car was parked for more than a month and the battery died. I took my car to this store and informed them that i bought the battery a little more than an year ago from O Reilly in Texas. Tom who was helping me checked his records and told me that my battery is still in warranty so he replaced the battery free of cost. A big shout out to Tom for helping me. Kudos!!

Horrible management by Amanda. Talking down to her employees with several people in store, trying to make them look stupid in front of everyone is not professional by any means. Also not professional to be walking out of the office with a male employee while buttoning up your shirt and he's zipping up his pants. I will never come back here again because of her. Any good reviews about her are by her "friends".Shop elsewhere

I moved to Evanston about a year ago and still drive to this specific location for any of my car care needs. Store is neat, organized and in stock always. The staff is always ready to help and has saved me from making several trips countless times making sure the part I'm buying is going to work.

Good honest people work here! Teresa and Drew are very knowledgeable. Drew went out of his way to install our spark plugs, ignition coil, and put more motor oil in our car! This place has excellent customer service! Will definitely return.

Thanks for helping my 80 year old Dad!My Dad's battery was getting weak last Saturday late afternoon. He called the store, confirmed that you had a battery in stock. He and my mom drove over and one of the service techs on duty took care of him and installed the battery in his car. I use to live in town and take of these things for him all the time.I am thrilled that your team took care of him in the way that you advertise and in a courteous, and professional manner!

Where to begin... Came here to purchase an air filter. The female manager/sales associate was very "put-off" by my presence in the store and had a condescending attitude while asking me the necessary information on my vehicle. She was clearly miserable in her role of representing O'Reilly's and sold me a filter that was not compatible with my vehicle. When I discovered this a few days later, I returned to the store and there she was, so I told her I wanted to return the item and that I recalled her selling me the wrong filter. She had the same rude attitude, was quick to blame me and replied "WELL DID YOU PULL IT OFF THE SHELF OR GIVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION?" This employee/manager was the individual who brought the item to me and obviously I know what vehicle I drive... somehow this was my fault? I again, give her my correct vehicle information and she comes back to tell me that they are out of stock. I almost left but then I thought I should double check since she obviously didn't want to help me. Sure enough, they had the correct filter for my vehicle and luckily someone else helped me, but I was dumbfounded as to why she needed to treat a customer so terribly. Horrible service for no reason. This manager/employee blatantly lied to me about the item not being in stock... Interesting sales tactic. I urge anyone needing an auto part to save yourself the time of having to write a terrible review and visit any of O'Reilly's competitors. This store needs some serious restructuring of employment unless their goal is to provide rude, incompetent, and misleading customer service.

Generally very helpful and friendly staff. Had one issue once where they were ordering a battery for me and it was going to arrive same day. The store forgot to call me when it got in and after a while of wondering what was going on I called them to find out it was already in.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We walked in were not greeted, mind you there were three employees slumped over the front counter, we walked around looking for an item and could not locate it. So we decided to ask the employees and were ignored, then I asked again is it possible to stop conversating amongst yourselves so we can have some assistance. To then all three employees let out a sigh and said what do you want? After that I was done, this is the rudest franchise I have been to and I will never step foot in this location again nor will I chose to go into another. Due to these employees thank you for making it easy to shop at your compeiters.

Vittorio Is a life saver!!!! Omg I guess my battery was dead but I came to see if there was a option to fix my jeep he was outside working and greeted me went above and beyond to explain the difference in battery s prices etc supper knowledgeable and sweet ! Thanks for all your help!

I buy most of my stuff online at rock auto or 1A auto....but everytime i end up at O'Reillys I ask myself why i don't always go there. Prices are about the same and they Always have what i need....always.
