I highly recommend Libertyville Kar Care.Jeremy is an excellent mechanic, polite, caring, knowledgeable and patient. Ken is awesome!! As soon as you go into his establishment, he provides outstanding customer service. I won't hesitate taking my car to Ken, Libertyville Kar Care. My car runs great and the job was done right! Needed an oil and coolant leak fixed and it was done right to my satisfaction. Reasonable prices and warranties too. Thank you Ken!

Eric and the team at Kar Care are great. I had some overheating issues with my 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee and worked with them to fix her up! Eric was responsive, attentive, and incredibly professional. If you need some work done on your vehicle Kar Care has you covered! Thanks Eric, and team!

Thank you, Libertyville Kar Care!!!I called to see if they could inspect a vehicle I wanted to purchase from a dealer. I was there in 5 minutes and out of there within an hour. Extremely thorough and detailed. It needed a new battery and had an oil leak. I purchased the vehicle and the dealer is making the repairs! I found my new mechanic!

Omg kar care is the best, my car was in and out the shop until I took it too kar care, customers comes first here.The Buick dealer couldn't figure out the issues. Kar care call my warranty company took care everything. Only thing I had to do was wait for my car for a few days! Go here they will fix it 100%

Brought my vehicle in for a check on squeaky brakes and received a thorough report on other potential issues to be aware of, was not pushed into any extra services. Excellent group of very knowledgable mechanics. Will definitely be bringing my car back for future service needs

I called on a Friday, made the appointment for the SAME day. I dropped my car off and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and told me there would be a chance I could get it back today but not guaranteed. I was okay with that, I got a call 4 HOURS later saying my car was ready to go, these guys saved my whole weekend. Thank you Kar Care. You definitely have a future customer.

I ve been bringing my 98 Jeep Cherokee to Ken for nearly 3 years and am beyond satisfied. Ken s vehicle expertise backed by excellent technicians and superb customer service led by Sam in the front is what keeps me coming back. Kar Care goes above and beyond to make sure I am hitting the road safely and gives me honest projections of what my vehicle may need in the future. Even when I m broken down on an off-road adventure, Ken can diagnose over the phone and provide expertise to get me out of the lurch- time and time again. I am grateful for the Kar Care family. Give them a try- I know you will be satisfied!

Words cannot even explain how awesome this team is. The owner Ken is simply amazing! I've been taking my car there since I bought it and it rides better now than when I got it and I'd do the same with my next car and the next. The level of integrity and honesty that this shop operates on is definitely a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this shop any day. I dare you to give them a try! You won't regret it! Wait and see!

Ken is a fair honest kind and knowledgeable car guy - I ve trusted two companies fleets of vehicle to Kar Care for the last four years . They went above and beyond on my ford sprinter van with honesty in the diagnosis and warrantied a repair in the power steering line that they could have lied and charged me for . A step above the dealers with fiat pricing and professional service . This is the best place to take my cars .

Unfortunately my warranty company CarChex has been terrible but Sam and Ken at Kar Care have been excellent at working with them, greatly appreciated!They have a shuttle service and will drop me off at work and pick me up after or if will take more than the day will get me a rental and cover the 1st day. These little things make a big difference!

I always worry about going to a new shop. But I Highly recommend Libertyville Kar Care, they are great. I bought a 1995 corvette and on the way home from the dealer it was smoking from a major oil leak at the intake manifold. I used repair pal to get an estimate and they recommended Libertyville Kar Care. they set up an appointment right away and scheduled a loaner car for me. the work was done fast and even done for less than originally Quoted. I feel that shows that this shop is honest and trustworthy. I will be taking my car there from now on. I will recommend them to everyone.

Shop owner Ken Anderson and the Kar Care employees are courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about car repair and maintenance. This was my first time at Kar Care and I am very pleased with everyone I had contact with. The desk staff were helpful and the cost quoted was exactly my end cost. My technician completed the repair quickly and to my satisfaction. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Ken and his team have always been fair and honest in my multiple experiences with them. They never try to sell me unnecessary repairs, they keep me in the loop with ongoing repairs and have never done work on my vehicles without first calling and being up front about the cost. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service! Brought my car in with brake issues, technicians were fast, knowledgeable and my car was fixed the same day! I would HIGHLY recommend Kar Care and will definitely be using them again.

I'm a mechanic and have a few other mechanic friends. What I have seen from this company is nothing, but honesty. A mechanic you can trust is worth every dime you put into your car. Maintenance is a must. Hope you have the privilege of visiting this small mechanic shop someday soon.

Recently I ve been doubting my regular mechanic. I called Kar Care asking if they could verify the problems my car supppsedly has and asked about an oil change. They got me in immediately and verified my ex-mechanic was raking me over the coals; both in pricing and what needed to be done. I will definitely be back anytime my vehicle needs work!

I d been dealing with car issues for over a week, waiting on another shop to get back to me about even looking at my car. This place finally got around to getting me approval for a rental, as is needed for my warranty to pay the rental cost, but they were giving me a car much smaller than mine. I was desperate to get answers because I was in a time crunch, needing to travel in a few days time. I called Libertyville Kar Car and they helped me out that same day by arranging a tow to bring my car from the other shop back to them and they looked at my car by the end of that same day. Turns out some pretty significant repairs were needed, so they helped arrange me with a rental that actually met my family s needs size-wise. From start to finish these guys were helpful and thorough. I felt like they valued my business and were people I could trust. Hopefully I won t need any more repairs any time soon, but when I do, I ll definitely be back!

The individual at the front is kind, straight forward, and very helpful. No appointment needed, fair prices, and they always get the work done in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend!!
