I always bring my vehicle s here.It s like the saying goes you get what you pay for I d rather pay a little bit of a hefty price tag to get my vehicle fixed but it s still fair at the end of the day considering that the vehicle is in good hands and I know when I drive away from the service department that my vehicle was taken care of and is going to take care of me as I drive it every day very dependable service

I received a call from this company after I did a credit app spoke to jack bass he ran my credit new my situation insured me of 31,000 for a vehicle took the 1hr drive only to get there jack was to busy to speak to me an the guy that did gave me a bunch of reasons so you can take your chances people don't Give disclosure I give them a zero not happy at all

I tried to avoid posting this review. Brought my 23 Altima in twice because the weather stripping around my window/door was faulty and letting air in. They kept telling me it wasn't a problem and I would just have to live with it. Kept getting tossed around between sales, service, and corporate and no one would help. At one point the service tech hung up on me. I called the service manager and left a message about it but he didnt call back. Its unfortunate because I used to have a great relationship with my salesman there but can't continue to bring my business there after being treated so badly. Now I'm pursuing getting out of the lease through the lemon law which is frustrating and too extreme but its my only other option. I just wanted the window fixed.

Had an oil service done at Nisan i drop it off the the day before the service day. I took a picture of the gas mileage, when the car was pick up the following day the gasoline tank level was lower. I pointed out to the service advisor he just give a bunch of excuses Definitely not going back.

I bought my extended warrenty on my 2016' Nissan Rogue here...Jared in fiance is the best!! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON EXTENDED WARRENTES..

Such wonderful and friendly staff! Bill walked me through every step of my car service and provided frequent updates. Can t recommend enough!!
