Amazing team. Mario is the best sales consultant we've ever worked with. Dan in financing is exceptional, as are Jim and Steve in service. Best vehicle purchase and service experience we've ever had.

I had a great experience at Liberty. I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler 4xE and Chris and the Liberty team was able to get us exactly what we needed. Chris was very thorough with explaining the new vehicle and it's features. I would highly recommend anyone to get their next car here

Ryan has been my sales guy for around 6 months he helped me build and order my new truck. Everyone here was very professional and knowledgeable. Purchasing a vehicle here was a very pleasant experience. Thank you everyone at ram! The manager (Patric) and the sales manager (Chris). Everyone I've met and did business with here has been nothing but understanding and helpful. 5/5

This must have been the worst experience at a car dealer ever. I get approved for a vehicle on Friday Evening I stopped by Saturday morning to take a look at the vehicle, and I was told that it was being detailed and it will be ready Monday before I could pick it up. as I m there on Saturday I walked there entire lot back and forth and three sales reps are out there talking and not one of them greeted me or spoke to me while I m looking at cars and trucks. When i get in the car to leave then a sales rep waves hi. Then I get an email to be there at 2 PM to pick up the vehicle and the vehicle was sold to someone else. They never reached out to me to explain anything. They never reached out to offer me a different vehicle. They never reached out to apologize. I emailed I call I never got returned calls from the sales manager or the sales rep unbelievable, customer service horrible just simply horrible to treat someone that way. I rate them a negative 1. They have had 3 weeks to reach out and nothing at all, no call, no email, no text.

This place really is no good! They had my Ram for a couple of weeks doing "diagnostics". I don't think they did anything to the truck besides charging me 500 bucks. The invoice had the oil change and 500 worth of diagnostics with an outcome of "could not duplicate problem" --- What did I pay for???? Ended up taking it to a local shop the fixed the problem in 3 days - Never going back to this dealership

Fantastic car dealership! We will shop here from now on. Our salesman Ronald did an excellent job of meeting our needs and making us feel welcome while exceeding our expectations. Once Ronald had us set with a car Celeste found a finance package that fit our budget. Great team at Liberty Auto City! Thanks for all of the hard work.

BOUGHT A JEEP WRANGLER FROM LIBERTY 2 YEARS AGO AND THEY ARE THE BEST. JIM AND BRIAN MAKE SURE THAT MY JEEP AND ME ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF WHEN I COME IN FOR SERVICE. THEY KEEP ME INFORMED ON THE STATUS OF MY JEEP AND LET ME KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER ISSUES THAT MAY NEED TO BE CHANGED OR REPLACED IN THE NEAR FUTURE WHILE IM IN THE LOBBY RELAXING DRINKING SOME FREE COFFEE OR JUST WALKING AROUND THERE SHOW ROOM FLOOR LOOKING AT ALL THE NEW JEEPS THAT THEY HAVE FOR SALE IN THERE VERY CLEAN DEALERSHIP.

Our car broke down on the interstate on our way through town (only half way through an 8 hour trip with two kids under 10). The service department gave us the number for a very nice and helpful tow service and when we arrived they got us right in. They diagnosed and repaired our vehicle same day and got us back on the road. Great customer service!

Arturo was my salesperson and he never pressured me in any way. I had done months of research on this vehicle and actually, their asking price for a LOADED 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon was right on the money! I didn't get as much for my trade as I would have liked but it was about what I could have sold it for outright so I saved on taxes.All in all, I I would highly recommend this dealership. I LOVE my Jeep!

Terrible experience. I called in advance to look at a vehicle, as it's a 1.5hr drive for me to this dealership. On the phone, I even stated I could offer a deposit... the girl on the phone, stated that the dealer does not take deposits (I called at 12/noon). She did confirm the vehicle was available and that she will notify the manager to keep it aside. I asked her to please confirm one more time that the vehicle was indeed available. She confirmed it was available.I drove 1.5hrs to the dealership. Only to be told the vehicle was sold early that morning.Inadvertently another person told me it was sold the day before. Either way, the individual on the phone obviously didn't check if the vehicle was actually available. I spoke to the floor manager, who told me that he has another similar vehicle and would work with me on the price.The car I was looking at was fully loaded, leather seats and low miles, and pristine condition. What they bring out is a beat-up old jeep, with high miles, rattling engine, and multiple areas of dents, scratches, and rust.So, this is what they think of me and my time. Instead of offering a vehicle which is comparable or even more expensive. In which case the conversation would be respectful, and we could work something out... I complained to the manager that I felt disrespected, and lied to, by the phone representative and now they are insulting me by showing me a run-down garbage of a car.At that point the manager asked me to leave the store. Unbelievable. Pure bait and switch tactic. Disrespectable of my time and value.

If you have 2 weeks or more to wait and want to be overcharged and treated rudely, then this is the place to go for service! That's all I care to say, because if I give all details regarding my experience it will not be pleasant!

If zero was an option that's what would be given. Made an appointment to come in and have my lease vehicle appraised. I informed Daijon that my ford edge st was a lease. I was in formed after speaking to Mario that they are unable to appraise my vehicle. After looking at numbers, which Mario NEVER showed me, I was inform there are alot of incentives especially due to my employee discount however, the price was still ridiculously high to lease a Grand Cherokee. Not a good experience.

I went to this dealer for oil change since the dealer by me couldn t get me in for over 2 weeks! My service advisor was Steve F. He was very respectful & courteous. My vehicle was ready within the hour as he stated. I had great service. Thank you!

I have had the best car buying experience thanks to Christian P. and Mark. Everyone is extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. I was nervous at first but, my salesman Christian made every step in my car buying process stress free. You can even buy insurance onsite. Michael from Allstate is great as well. I highly recommend you buy a car from this location. Thank you all for being so amazing

I brought my car to this dealership for some warranty work with no questions asked they took care of my car got it done very quickly! Very pleased I will be shopping with them in the future highly recommend them!!! Since I can t make another review on 3-4-24 I brought my jeep in for an alignment at Libertyville Chrysler no questions asked got me in without an appointment I worked with Brenden and he went above and beyond to get my jeep fixed!

I came in to look at a used 2012 and both Daniel and Mario made sure I didn t leave until I got the car I wanted with a situation that worked for me. They worked with me on my needs and financing, and were very patient and helpful with all my questions. My first experience with this dealership went very well, I am very happy with the service and very happy with the vehicle I left with, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good and honest people to buy a vehicle from.

My Service Advisor, Jim was a pleasure to work with. Honest, up front expectation of the repair timing of my vehicle. Called with updates throughout and got it ready for pick up before the quoted time. I wish I lived closer to use your Service Department for future maintenance, and highly recommended to anyone in the area.

If you're looking for a low pressure, customer service oriented shopping experience then this is the place to start. In this low volume, take-what-you-get auto market both the sales consultant and the sales manager scoured dealerships for 300 miles to find me the truck I was looking for. They gave me an out the door price without demanding a commitment, asking about a trade-in, or even asking how I was paying for the new truck. I will definitely be returning for future new vehicle purchases.

If you plan on purchasing a vehicle, look for salesman DANIEL. He is great! I was greeted by a smile and welcomed into the dealer by Daniel. I did make 3 trips to the dealer before making a decision on the vehicle purchase. However, I was able to also speak with a sales manager named MARIO. He was awesome. Daniel and Mario were able to give me a great deal on the Jeep. They went above and beyond to make the purchase easy and fair. There were NO HIDDEN FEES. Great dealership overall with great people such as Daniel and Mario. Both did an amazing job with my Jeep purchase.

They have terrible customer service they would not take my care that is under warranty to fix something that is under warranty just because I did not buy the car at their dealership I had to drive to Napleton Chrysler dealership And they gave me the customer service that I deserve

These guys are awesome..started shopping for my dream car months ago..Dan was SO patient. I drive ALOT and my car is my travelling office. I really knew what I wanted and it just was not being found..until the email came saying my car was here!! Dan and I met for a test drive and 3 hrs later, the keys to my Jeep, were in my hand!! Eveyone was friendly and helpful especially Mike, Mark and of course, Dan! Thanks guys..we will see you soon for the Wrangler!
