Recently bought a used car from there and when we test drove the car I brought up a noise the car had, was told it was inspected so had nothing to worry about. Month later both struts had to be replaced and I was being charged at first, after talking to a few people I wasn t charged. When I bough the car I was told that they owe me a second key cause I was only given one. I was given the key but they want me to pay for the program in order for the key to work. Nothing but problems with this dealer. Don t recommend anyone to this place

This service center is a no-go for me.I recently went for brake change service and was kind of ripped off. I had requested for a wheel alignment check and declined to do the alignment if needed. I was told that the service was already done but they won't charge me because I didn't approve it (even got the alignment charts). The receipt even had a full 150$ waived off. But my car which didn't have a driveability issue now started to drift to one direction. They swapped the front tires apparently saying that I had a tire pull. It didn't make sense because I didn't have a driveability issue. Two weeks later, I dropped in again to check this issue and was told that the alignment has to be corrected and that I have to pay another 150$. Insane! My very first visit here for an oil change a few months back, they saw oil spots and potentially an oil leak which could be covered under the power train warranty and was asked to drop off the car for 2 weeks in exchange for a loaner car. I was told that "the company had big pockets". I never came back until recently. But I am never returning and do not suggest this service center for your Subaru.

I brought my car here after I was in an accident. Not my fault. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. A great experience. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car. A special shout out to Melissa and the shuttle drivers. Great job!

Experience was very satisfying until it came time to meet with the Finance Department. We had to wait an hour and a half before we got in with someone and we were conducting a cash sale (i.e. no financing!). No one in the dealership was able to offer any help to speed up the process even tho we made it very clear that we were on a timeline and had a 2 hr drive ahead of us to get home. Extremely frustrating and, unfortunately, this soured our experience with this dealership.
