I've been here a few times. 3 stars for the service this time. The head guy (Oscar) apparently doesn't like the cold. Made me get out and walk to him. Once inside, he motioned for me to come to him out in the shop with his finger to try and sell me an air filter i didn't need. Oil change was great. Everyone else seemed happy and eager to be here except for him. Bummed this was my first poor experience here.

I take both my and my husband s vehicle here and always get great, quick service. I love that they give the vehicles a courtesy overall check so I have peace of mind and heads up to what services I probably am going to need to budget for soon. Also they have a military discount which is icing on the cake. In the summers, my toddler and I enjoy the Dairy Queen across the street while we wait. Definitely recommend both the oil change and the ice cream!

This team was awesome in showcasing customer service. They were courteous upon my arrival. I was made to feel comfortable and they were clear with the services that were being completed. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Great customer service and quality work. I will be returning.

The team here always does a wonderful job respecting my time and my wallet! Coupons are available to use all the time thru email for oil changes and other services as well. Never had a problem using one. They are super friendly and make me feel comfortable being there. Can't say enough good things about this location!!! Great service, great vibes :)Service: Oil change

Service was great when they were servicing my car! Employees were quick and knowledgeable. The only thing I would ve appreciated was a greeting when I walked in. There was no acknowledgment of me being there, despite them processing payments in the waiting room, which left me waiting for several minutes until I approached them in the garage.

I've been going here for over 2 years. I like it cause it's fast, thorough, and customer friendly. They always go over everything with you and let you know when anything from an oil change to a coolant flush is due for a service.

I came into this particular Jiffy Lube on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 for an oil change on my company fleet vehicle. The guys were all super friendly and way more prompt than I was prepared for. By the time I handed them my keys and sat down to fill out a quick recording of the oil change for the company s records; they were handing my keys back and done. I usually have to go through this huge ordeal with my fleet card and it s never annoying; but it s a good 10 minutes of sitting at the counter while the oil change facility calls and makes all the confirmations. These guys recognized the logo s on the truck, knew who took care of our billing for maintenance and I didn t have to do anything except momentarily give up my keys and briefly sit down. I will pass this experience on to my fellow technicians and strongly suggest that if you live in this area or are even just passing through; stop here for your oil change. It feels good when everything comes together and you can walk away satisfied and confident.

They had me wait for 5 minutes while three of them stood together and talked. No other car was in the shop. They forgot the windshield wiper fluid. I also noticed, after I left, that my receipt had my signature on it but had someone else s name and address at the top. I called back so they could lookup my account or car, and they couldn t find either on file. They had no record of me being there. It seemed bizarre and suspicious. I took my car there because of the positive reviews and have never gone back.

Always a pleasant experience at this location. From an oil change to an emergency headlight replacement, this staff usually has me in and out within a half hour without an appointment. Definitely recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been going to this location for over 25 years. I don't have a lot of free time, so I go on the weekends. Usually on Sunday when they are open, and I got some down time. I am usually in and out in 30 minutes. The service is prompt and courteous.

I visited the Jiffy Lube in Libertyville on Milwakuee Avenue this week to get my tires, brakes, and fluids checked and the whole staff and experience were wonderful. Isaac helped me out and was very friendly and great at explaining what was going on with my car. Car is all set for winter thanks to your team. Thank you Isaac!

Did a synthetic oil change and front brakes on an SRX . Everything about the appointment was exactly as they said the price was exactly as quoted and the work was top notch .I will most definitely go back and recommend them to others.

I used to use this Jiffy Lube prior to the change in ownership or people working there and it was the best Jiffy Lube I ever used.Since the change of people working there it has become the slowest Jiffy Lube that I have ever used, no matter how many customers are there.I went there yesterday to get air in my tire and there was a car in each bay ahead of me. Instead of pulling the hose out of the bay and putting air in my tire like had been done by the previous employees. The technician told me it would be a forty-five minute wait to put air in my tires. I left and went to the Jiffy Lube in Vernon Hills. I won't use this Jiffy Lube because of poor customer service and I literally live across the street. Thank you.

I had an oil change. The staff was nice. I like that they drive my car over the hole. I don't like that they always try to upsell, especially for things I don't need. I just want an oil change at a fair price. The staff is very polite and professional. I know they are just doing their job upselling but most people don't feel comfortable with that. Only recommend an upsell if it's absolutely necessary or customers will feel like they can't trust you.3/5/24 I'm back with bad news. I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change the other day. They recommended I have the transmission fluid changed. They said it was "very dirty". They said it was so dirty it could ruin the transmission and cost $3000 to fix. They really tried to upsell something I didn't need. I chose not too because it's an easy job even I can do it. I went home to check the trans oil. It was clean and pink as it should be. I told my husband and he said he had changed the transmission fluid last year and it should still be clean. I really was hoping I could trust these guys. I liked them. They seemed nice. I wanted to bring them cookies and crochet blankets for them. Now I'm super disappointed. Is there anyplace one can go where you can get honest work done?This review won't change anything. They will still upsell to customers who will just take their word for it. Jiffy Lube will continue to make the money and customers will still be talked into things they don't need. The greeting was not warm. I felt like I was interrupting their relaxation time. Once they brought the car in the oil change went fine and efficiently.

I had the oil changed this week on Sunday in my SUV. At the time, I felt the service was great. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, they had great recommendations, weren't pushy at all, and I couldn't have been happier with the service that was provided at the time that I left the shop. However, I had to take my vehicle into the dealership for an unrelated issue. I was informed by the dealership's service department that Jiffy Lube had overfilled my vehicle with oil by one and a half quarts, which puts extra stress on the engine. Within a day and a half from having the oil changed, the oil had turned dark. In addition to the other service required from the dealership, I had to have this remedied at an extra cost to me. For these reasons, I can no longer recommend Jiffy Lube for oil changes. The 2 stars represent my positive experience with the staff. As a side note, I am in no way suggesting that every oil change performed by Jiffy Lube will yield the same result. I am merely conveying my experience on the day of and what I later learned from the dealership service department.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The service tech took my filters out and asked me if I wanted my filters changedWithout knowing otherwise it, I said to change the filters. However, they imposed a $10.00 surcharges forEach filter replaced! Tsk'

They forgot to secure half my undercarriage cover. It was flapping down and dragging when I got on the highway. They screwed up on a simple oil change!!! The one thing they are expected to know how to do!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Somehow was able to put 7 quarts in a 6 qt oil capacity engine. So $18 upside from there 5 qt quote.Done with this place
