Horrible. Rude, liars and overpriced. My car broke down in Libertyville and they happened to be the closest shop. They told me I needed a new alternator. I paid the $700 and less than 6 months later, the tension belt on the alternator is squeaking so loud. Im told the whole alternator need to be replaced AGAIN. I don t know what fake reviews they paid people to say but they re literally scam artists. They are the prime example of why females can t trust mechanics. Horrible.

Will definitely recommend this place. Noah is very honest, helpful, and professional. I am a van driver. Whenever I have any issues with my van, Noah gives me the best quotes. I mean I call every place to get a quote when I need it. Nobody beats his quote. Plus his professionalism is on spot. Got me into his shop right away when I got broken down on the road couple of times and diagnosed it right away for free. He will let you call other places and bring your own parts if you want. The guy is honest. I live 35 miles away from this shop. But this is the only place I would come to get my van repaired. Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic.

If you get your car towed from these please they will rob you blind things were missing out of our car that did not want to work with us they want to give us our food stamp credit card ID that was in the car just so much problems and things were stolen out of the car I will avoid this place every knee necessary

Good auto repair at very reasonable/comparable prices and VERY FRIENDLY customer service.I've been taking our 2 cars here for years - from routine oil changes and check-ups, to the "heavier" repairs (e.g. engine related, alternator, alignment checks, brakes, etc.) What I love and appreciate most is the friendly no-pressure advice for your car and repairs. Something you will never experience at a dealer or some other shops. It also has that old timey, community, mom & pop shop comfort feel to the place. With old barbershop chairs and classic gas station collectibles which contribute to the atmosphere.Always a very pleasant experience here.

Will not recommend this place . First of all , I got to admit the pricing they have is good . Reasonable . 60$ for full syntethic oil is good. But the first time the guy in the uniform with grease on it sat in it ,and with his dirty hat that they never ever wash, left dirt on the top on the ceiling . And it s a brand new car with white leather . I gave them recently business again . Can you believe it.. this time other guy , sits in his greasy uniform that s never been washed , like homeless , and made my seat oily and greasy . I m top of that they accidentally put different oil of worse quality . Unbelievable . Told them exactly which oil I needed they wrote it down and still couldn t do a perfect job. Idiots

Car accidents are stressful events. My car was taken to Jerry's after a recent collision and Don's friendly service (and the friendly clientele his business attracts) made the whole experience a lot less unpleasant than it could have been. Thanks!

The owner is very dishonest!!! I had tires put on last week he said 18.50 a tire. I called around it was the going rate. Today I have four tires put on and it is 123.50 for the tires he said he charges more if you don t buy tires from him. What happened between last week and this week not sure but never will I give this guy any of my business again!!!! Liar I try and do business local but when dishonest I will go outside of Libertyville!!!

The owner is not honest. Called him and was told ~$30 for repair a tire, but charged ~$50 after the service, arguing that he charged extra to install the tire back to my car. Friends told me later that Walmart only charges $10 for everything. Disappointed and felt cheated. Will not do business again.

Superior auto repair at reasonable prices and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The Nordstrom of auto repair. The old barbershop chairs really add atmosphere . . . always a very pleasant experience.

The business I work for takes our vehicles there. Well needless to say my vehicle runs worse after visiting this business. Would never take my own vehicle here. Worst place ever to take your vehicle for a repair.
