The best experience buying a car. More than what i expected. Jesus help me find what I truly needed. Between me not knowing the color or model I wanted, Jesus helped me narrow my options down to the perfect vehicle. Then, to my amazement' a color was found that matched my lifestyle! I do NOT enjoy buying cars and have had seriously horrible experiences in the past, but the staff at Happy Hyundai were lovely to work with. Dave K., Carlos, and Mike C. were patient, respectful, and informative. The atmosphere of the entire business felt laid back and Happy! They even put a big red bow on my new car. I ll definitely send friends and family to work with this team.

An exceptional and hassle-free experience. Jim was outstanding! We communicated our desires, and he delivered. He provided us with top dollar for our trade-in, making the three-hour drive worthwhile. While the finance team did push the extended warranty a bit, they remained respectful and engaging throughout. Overall, highly recommendable.

I had the pleasure of buying a new car from Happy Hyundai of Libertyville last week. Before I even stepped foot in the dealership, I spoke with the Sales Manager, Joe Segreti, over the phone. I appreciated that he took the time to go over my needs & wants, as well as, walking me through some potential options. Joe then promptly connected me with a Sales Advisor, David Kubin, whom I met the same day. As soon as I walked into the dealership David was extremely friendly, attentive & went above and beyond to ensure that I got the perfect vehicle for my needs and budget. I want to also point out that David was very patient while walking me through all my options & I never felt pressured to make a decision. Thank you David & Joe! We have been a Hyundai family for about five years, and a big reason for that is not just our feelings about the vehicles and the brand but the service we receive. Since Happy Hyundai opened in Libertyville, we have been very satisfied with the service we've received, and recently when my lease was ending, I was lucky to be helped by Vito in the sales department. He was extremely patient and understanding in providing a lot of options while maintaining communication and clarity throughout the process. It always felt like he was there to help rather than sell, and his easygoing approach definitely helped make our experience as simple as possible. While I am not a car person and wouldn't claim to look forward to the many steps of buying a car, I very much enjoyed working with Vito -- who also knows a ton about Chicago sports -- and would recommend you do the same!

I recently purchased a new vehicle. Piotr and Steven were fantastic. There was no hard sell or games. They did an excellent job explaining the options. Hyundai has really stepped up their game. The vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is loaded with the features of luxury vehicles but at a much better price point.

So being a current customer, actually my wife being a current customer, as soon as my 13 year old car began having another issue, I decided it was time to let it go. I called the dealership this past Saturday, August 26, to make sure Steve and Jesus were on for the day and left a message I was coming. Well I get to the dealership and like magic, Steve and Jesus work on getting me the vehicle I wanted and a viable payment. I cannot thank both men enough for being human and no haggling. I was in and out 3 hours as we had a wedding to get to. Easiest car buying experience for a second time. Both men and the entire management team and Anthony in finance exude Courtesy, Respect, Pride, and Loyalty in what they do for a living but also what they do for others. This is truly giving of themselves to connect. I love Steve, truly and appreciate his work and dedication and just time to help. Words are not enough and the honesty, respect, and courtesy and definitely brought me back and I would HIGHLY recommend 100%.As of recently we had service done on our cars and the treatment provided to consumers is top notch. Personally, I m treated as a human. I know everyone has a job to do and sell cars and services; however, consumers are not seen as a sale. I appreciate the work of the employees in the front, the sales team, and in back, the finance officer, and the service staff and mechanics along with the cashier and parts dept and porters.

Always top notch service. I m always taken care of and feel welcomed. The dealership is bright with open concept. Quiet enough to do work although out on the open. Lexi and the rest of the service team, mechanics, porters, and sales and management treat each customer with respect and dignity. Highly recommend.

A wonderful, straightforward experience. Jim was great! We told him what we wanted and he made it happen. Gave us top dollar for our trade and made it worth the 3 hour drive. Finance pushed the extended warranty a little hard, but was still very respectful and engaging. Would recommend.

Nice people! Easy to work with and earned my business. Feel confident I will be happy taking my car there long term. The atmosphere is comfortable and even has snacks. May sound trivial but if you have to go for service, you want to feel like you can be comfortable for a little while. Thumbs up!

It took only a few hours to decide pick one of the great Hyundai 2024 palisade calligraphy night edition.Of course it was excellent help from sales consultant David Kubin who took a time to navigate all new systems and functions of car. I am very proud to recommend David to anyone, he would not disappoint you. I am so happy about my new palisade .Happy new year!

Like most people, we did not enjoy the car buying experience as a whole. We went to 6 different dealerships and ultimately found the best deal at Libertyville. Jim Calka was a helpful, honest salesman who met us where we were and helped us find the right deal for our budget. If we were in the market for another vehicle, we would do business with Jim again.

Highly Recommend this location if you are looking for a great overall experience.Gerardo was the one to help me and I highly recommend his service. His customer service was unmatched from any auto service related location I've visited. Prices were laid out and very clear and so was the time estimated for my wait. For having a new vehicle, he also gave his expertise on the best maintenance advice for my car and had also taken the time to write up informative report to let me know on any potential upcoming services to look out for in the near future.Thank you Gerardo, and the Happy Hyundai Team in making this as smooth as possible. Smooth deal. Our sales advisor Marino Cappelluti was wonderful in giving us a fair deal to buy our new Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. He was a true professional in explaining the details. They didn t have the car when we arrived but he was courteous to go to another dealership and getting us our car. Even the Finance guy Anthony was excellent in explaining the details of finance and his own experience too. He had answers to all our questions. They are not pushy to buy any add ons. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a new/used Hyundai vehicles.

Happy Hyundai Treated me more than fair!!! This is the Second car that I have bought from them and they really made me feel that my business we appreciated by giving me a good deal on my 2nd new car from them. Never felt like they were over pressuring me on my Purchase. My Sales Person was James Calka and I highly recommend dealing with him. He made sure that I was getting what I needed, never pushing me on extras that I didn't! Will buy out next car for my wife from him again when its time.

Our visit to Happy Hyundai of Libertyville was fantastic. We stopped in to look at a Palisade andScott did a great job of answering all our questions. He really worked to make sure we could see all the options which we were looking to see and both he and Carlos made the negotiations quick and fair. I don't think I've spent less time in finance as well, even taking time to talk through some fairly-priced warranty options. We will absolutely come back for our future car needs and really hope to work with the same great team.

I ve been in love with my car ever since I got it! Without the help of Brian idk what I would ve done. He helped me and my family tremendously. Guided me through all of the basics I need to know about my car. Going car shopping was so stressful but right when I came to the dealership I felt alright! Very great salesman right there! I m 17 and this is my first car I don t regret a thing. They helped a lot, Anthony was great as well!! Very professional and welcoming at this store! If you re thinking about getting a Hyundai, make sure it s from this one!!
