The Hyundai Palisade we purchased was the fourth car we test drove at the third dealership. Tim made us feel comfortable while my husband and I discussed and ultimately bought the vehicle. After visiting several dealerships and many test drives I found Gregory Infiniti to be the one to do business with. No nonsense, no games and an excellent inventory of vehicles. I can honestly say this was possibly the best car buying experience I ve had in my 40 plus years of purchasing vehicles.

The worst experience of my life. I am extremely grateful that I did not do business with them. They continue to over talk when I questioned the final price of the vehicle, nor could I get a valid response for why the numbers did not add up. They tried to tell me I had to pay for vin etching and a paint protection that was added to the car that couldn t be removed. The price of the car increased over $2000. I asked him to show me that on his website site and just like magic he explained that it was not installed and that they can remove it from the price. I then requested to transfer my own tags over to the car, however I was still being charged 893.45 license and title. It just didn t add up because I know in Florida (Hillsborough county ) it cost less than 100 for title and registration. I asked for an itemized bill and it was still off by 587.46 which I still don t understand (but I will let you do the math). My credit union refused to purchase the vehicle (I am not sure if I can say why but I am glad they did). After speaking to my credit union I received a call from the dealership and they wanted to offer me in house financing which I declined.

Dylan was fantastic to work with. He followed up on questions in a timely manner and was easy to deal with even though I was out-of-state. All the paperwork was handled quickly and remotely. Great experience and I highly recommend him! Love the new car!!

I highly recommend Ronnie and Paul for sales if you're interested in buying a vehicle!!! From the time we pulled in the parking lot they both greeted us on separate occasions with warm greetings made us instantly feel comfortable. While there offered us beverages and snacks and were very helpful in finding us the right bank and approval !! So happy we were able to run into good sales representatives because those are hard to find now and days!! We will be back for another vehicle soon. Thank you Paul and Ronnie !!!!

Purchased a car 6 weeks ago, I haven t even made the first payment yet. Week number 1, electronics started to go out. They would randomly shut off, no CarPlay, no phone charging doc, nothing would work. Week 4, the entire transmission went out. The car was slightly used with 7,000 miles on it. It had one minor issue with it, nothing serious so we purchased it, it had no mechanical problems at all. We had a wonderful experience until we called them to speak about the problems in which they told us that Volkswagen needs to deal with it instead of them. When we spoke to Volkswagen, we were assured everything would be covered but they advised us to speak to the business that sold us the car and ask for 1-2 payments to be taken care of since we will not get our car back for 6 weeks!!! They said most likely they knew something else was wrong with the car, and just tried to get rid of the car as soon as possible at a low rate, which is exactly what happened. Absolutely PISSED. When we called to speak to them about it, they said too bad And that one time they sold a brand new car and two months later that transmission went out too.. nothing they could do about it. What the actual hell? Is that the business practice you take. The sales guy just made commission off of us and then tells us, oh well. They knew we were in need of a second car to purchase, which we would ve returned and bought from them since we had great customer service but at this point I would never go back and I would never recommend this place to anybody. I am beyond disappointed. I can t even explain it to you. Don t get banboozled like we did.

Loved the buying experience at this dealer (Used Car Purchase)Worked directly with Robert Cohn, he was extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with, and Joseph Gesualdo's personal touch and attention to detail as a manager was unexpected, but likewise professional and delightful.Absolutely loved working with this dealership, everything was expedient and without surprises. I will not hesitate to return here in the future when considering a vehicle purchase- a dealership with stewardship and real customer experience in mind is a rarefied air these days indeed.

I did not purchase an Infiniti car here. I purchased a 2yo used Nissan Leaf. I thought that the staff here were very polite and professional. My sales person was Ronnie, who I would recommend. My trade in was comparable to other offers I received. I thought the price of the car I purchased was fair and reasonable. I'm happy with my purchase and experience and recommend without reservation.

I had a great experience with Rob Hill, Joey Gesualdo, and the team at Gregory Infiniti. I was coming off of a ridiculously bad experience trying to buy a similar car from another dealer. Rob and Joey treated me fairly, served me efficiently, and made me feel good about the entire experience. Rob's team went out of their way to make sure my new (to me) EV was fully charged for my long ride home. This dealership is one of the "good ones".

my dad brought me into look at some cars and fernando helped us find the perfect one that we ended up buying. he is a very nice guy he helped us get my first car. hes very funny and so very helpful he helped us work out a price that worked for both us and the company and explained everything very well. so glad we got to met him and i hope to buy another car from him when i m older

Terrible since new management came in this Used to be my favorite dealership they treated the customers with respect . The service manager has little man syndrome and his dead eyes make me feel uneasy. A simple oil change took 2 hours for what . Then after that the guy wants to have a long conversation with his buddy before handing me the keys very inconsiderate Jordan ! won t be coming back here again .

Be very careful! And listen for things like:- I will start and move the vehicle for you (when it s out front already)- By law . (thrown around loosely with Fernando- whose a liability to this company)- They Declined you (without proof)Or my favorite one!- You would need a Co-signer or 50% of the NON NEGOTIABLE price for the CPO vehicle. Sneaky sneaky Scammers! :) They like clueless buyers not educated ones here.
