Tire warning light on a bitter cold day stopped at Duxler s and Mark was not only welcoming but in minutes had the pressure checked, aired up the tires and I m in my way! Clean, friendly atmosphere and great staff! Thanks Mark!!

Got the work done fairly quick... ( little wait on parts) nothing can do about that. Being a later Friday drop off... but my Nissan Pathfinder drives smoother then when I first got it 3 years ago !!!!... very friendly and had updates along the way to make it easy to schedule transportation for pickup/drop-off

Returned to Duxler after my 3 years of free oil changes expired on my new car. The car was done on time and for less than expected. Plus, they didn't push me to do services that didn't need to be done immediately. They told me what may need to be done my next visit. This is the 3rd car they have serviced for me -highly recommend.

Everyone at Duxler is personable and helpful. Ken went above and beyond in trying to figure out a concern on a Friday evening when it was busy. I am thankful for their service and recommend Duxler for any of your vehicle needs!

Duxler Firestone is THE BEST. Have had my Acura in a number of times for service and each appointment/experience has been 100% positive. Mike and his team are kind, professional, and genuine - no hidden fees or unnecessary work - just honest business. I Have been dealing with duxler Tire, Firestone. Of Libertyville for over 20 years and Mike and his team have always done me proud. I consider Mike, a friend and one of the best tire stores in the area.

We've always had a good experience with Duxler. I (and now my wife) have been using them for over 14yrs, they've been honest and straightforward about vehicle issues so you don't ever feel like they're pulling something. I've done my occasional quote check with other mechanic shops and duxler has always been right there on price, but more so explaining why things come out the way they do (price wise, time etc).

The mechanics did a good job servicing the car for a long road trip. I anticipate to get to my destination to Oklahoma and back with no difficulty. However, I was disappointed that Duxler was too busy to sync my new phone to the car. I had to go to Toyota, who were very kind to do it.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

They are our go to shop for all our cars. Our cars are pre-2010. Mike and his team are always professional, crazy knowledgeable, communicative, and honest. We very much appreciative them explaining any and all issues as well as give us a heads up to anticipate possible future repair issues associated with the respective car. Always a great experience at Duxler Libertyville. I ve been taking all my cars here for years and they have always had great friendly staff and top notch service. Last time I asked if they can locate a set of specific tires for a very special car that I couldn t find on my own for over a year. Sure enough Ken, the service advisor called me and had located a set and had them on the way in less than 24 hrs. Amazing!!

Mike and the staff do an excellent job at Duxler. They are extremely courteous, have honest pricing and do the best job when it comes to general repairs, wheel-tire repairs and replacements. We've personally been dealing with Duxler for over a year now and have had multiple wheel and tire swaps along with patching tires and have always had a great experience. I needed a new set of four all weather tires before winter. I selected what I needed on the internet, made an appointment and dropped off my car in the morning. They called me when it was ready. The total cost of tire replacement was very close to the up front quote. They provide a service agreement, to help keeping them rolling for many miles. The price was reasonable. Happy customer!

I have been a customer of Duxler for 23 years. Over this long period of time, they got every repair or maintenance job of mine, big or small, completed perfectly and in time. Except for some body jobs that I needed to go to a body shop since Duxler didn t cover this service, I haven t gone to any other repair shop when I needed help. The 23 years experience tells me Duxler is the place you should go to when your vehicle has some issues or it simply needs certain regular maintenance.
