I was in the market for a used car, and unfortunately far from my brother s mechanic shop to get it inspected. Jamie was extremely kind and helpful to squeeze us in next day to do an inspection on the vehicle. He did us such a huge help, I couldn t thank him enough. Would highly recommend!

Went here because I saw reviews stating honesty of the shop, it's 100% true. I thought my car had an oil leak, steering issue, and bad bearing. Jamie told me the issue with leak was steering, not engine. Price for the repairs were very fair. I've found a mechanic for every car I ever own.

Excellent honest service! Took my daughter's 2019 Kona after Hyundai dealer said it needed a new engine. CCA inspected the engine and found two faulty gaskets and replaced them. We highly recommend CCA

These guys go above and beyond. No, really. I got a dealership oil change due to warranty requirements, and they said my brakes needed to be replaced. I brought my vehicle to Complete Care and asked them for a quote to replace the brakes. They called me and said the brakes were fine, and didn't need to be replaced. I picked it up and they legitimately refused to charge me for inspecting my brakes. I've taken my vehicle to them for other services and repairs and they've been nothing short of excellent. We recently brought our car to Complete Care based on the reviews. The 4.9 stars is accurate! They got us in quick and helped us get the car ready for a long road trip. We were having AC/Heat issues and anticipated spending big $$ but they diagnosed the issue quickly and spent less than $100 to fix. I have been taking my cars here for at least ten years. I moved two years ago and am now a 45 minute drive away. I went to three other mechanics in my new area for oil changes and each of them told me something different that needed fixing (need new tires, leak...). I took it back to my trusted complete care and guess what, there were no problems. I am done trying to find another trustworthy mechanic when I already have one. Driving 45 minutes one way for anything my cars need is worth it when I have piece of mind they are honest. Thanks guys for doing honest work, you're the best!

Terry and his shop are great. I come from Glenview to have all services completed here. Honest, reasonable and quick turn around on repairs. Never given any BS excuses as to why the vehicle is not done, becuase it always is repaired quickly and properly.

Had a great experience here. My husband told me my blinker was out so I took it here for repair. They did an amazing job, filled my blinker fluid back up and the price was very fair. Only charged me $89.95 when everyone else was over $100.

It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, I've finally have a place I can go for quality and honesty. I'm an aircraft mechanic, but sometimes I need someone who has all the tools and knowledge of the automobile world that I don't have.I've taken all my cars here and I've recommended Terry to many friends and will continue to do so.

I've had Todd and Steve service my vehicles for nearly thirty years now, and I have never been less than totally pleased with their work. I know I can trust any recommendation that they make which is always my concern when seeking car maintenance. I don't do any comparison shopping so I can't speak to pricing, but they always use the industry book that specifies the time to charge for each type of job. So, I've always felt that was objective and fair.I like to buy used vehicles to let the first owner take the huge hit on depreciation loss. Therefore, I need to rely on the maintenance of these vehicles (including six of my daughters' cars) to help me get the most out of their use, and I've always felt satisfied by depending on them.

Never have would i have expected such service from an auto shop. These guys went above and beyond to find and fix my car(and it was a tricky one). They stand by their work and it shows. My car actually drives better than it ever has. So many thanks to the guys here! Highly highly recommend!

Good Staff of mechanics with a commitment to doing a Thorough Job. I have an older vehicle that performs like a new vehicle with the care I receive from Steve and his staff. Reasonable Estimates and car is ready when they it will be. You will need an appointment to schedule your repairs.

I was referred here and was not disappointed. I called several places to compare prices. In the end this shop offered the best price and were the only ones who took the time to break down cost and the different options. Once I went in service was great. No wait, they let me know what the issue was within minutes.

Terry [owner] and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in what they do! They've helped me over the phone several times! I do my own Automotive work most of the time, and there are many things beyond my capabilities, and this is where it ends up when even I am stumped!

I have a '73 Mustang Mach1 that needed a new dual exhaust system. I purchased the OEM parts through Mustangs Unlimited and had Best Car Care II install them. I needed a shop that was close by and reliable - these guys fit the bill perfectly! The mufflers were a bit tricky to install as they had the tail pipes welded to them and had to be installed from the front of the axle. The car had to be on a lift to let the rear axle hang down far enough. As it was, they had to disconnect the axle from the shocks to gain enough clearance. Jerry called me several times that morning to give me updates on the progress and to get approval for everything that had to be done. They were finished in under 3 hours and under (my) budget! I will definitely use Best Car Care II for future repairs/maintenance on my other cars!

They are very honest people, however, it takes forever to get your vehicle seen and serviced .I had a pt crusier in for a timing belt and battery and it took 2 weeks.
