This business is wonderful. Customer service is great as they email you progress as repairs move on. I can t say enough about the service department. My repairs and paint job were perfect. One will never know it had to be repaired. Special kudos to the experienced service people. Thank you !

I ve had work done on a few vehicles here over the years- excellent service!I stopped in for my lower door panel that became loose today. The manager Jordan came out and quickly maneuvered the attachment plugs in place, secured the panel, done! Jordan and Caliber Libertyville give the old school good local shop service!

If I could give this location a higher score I would!!! If you are in the Libertyville area, this is your go to repair shop. Everyone at the Libertyville location was amazing! I was blown away by my experience from the moment I walked in for an initial quote to the moment I picked my car up. They made me feel like I was the only customer they were assisting. Although this was the other persons fault I was rear ended, Caliber made sure I got the best service in town! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will return for all my repairs without a doubt. Brenda at the front is super sweet and greets you with a bright smile. Norm my agent was very patient and ready to answer all and any of my questions regarding my repair the whole time. And the manager was amazing as well, he made sure I was taken care of each time I was in office and that my car was taken care of!!! Being new to the area they made sure I was taken care of and happy with my service! The best part of the whole process was that I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and they had my car returned to me that same week on Thursday! That s what I call and quick and efficient repair. The repair was done on time, correctly, and with no fuss or bother. Communication about the status of the repair was flawless. Staff at this location are cheerful and professional. Unless my four adolescent drivers surprise me pleasantly, we'll definitely be back.

The whole entire team did an amazing job working on my car. From beginning to end the entire team at Caliber kept me up to date, was responsive, and addressed all of my concerns throughout the process. I m very particular about my cars and they made my vehicle look like it was brand new.

Fast, honest service with a reasonable price. My car looks good as new. The accident was a headache to deal with initially but having a trustworthy business to get everything fixed was a breath of fresh air. Hoping I won't have the unfortunate need to return but if I need work done I know I'll be bringing my business here. I highly recommend them!

We never want to have to visit a body shop but if you have to, Caliber Collision is the place to go! As a matter of fact, when State Farm started to read the shops they recommended and I heard the word "Caliber;" I told them to go no further. Caliber's service at their Libertyville office was polite and very efficient. The repairs that they made to my KIA Soul were excellent. They exceeded my expectations and they broght the project in ahead of schedule. If your car is smashed, Caliber will make it new again. Use them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My initial experience with Caliber Collision was not good. Edgar did not do what he said he would. However, the new manager, Jordan Shultz took my complaints under advisement and d1id a stellar job of repairing my truck. The issues were complicated but he stuck with researching the plethora of problems until they were satisfactory fixed. Jordan went beyond the pale in helping me with the issues. I would use their services again if he is the manager.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

They recently worked on my Tacoma and did an awesome job. Paint was well matched, stickers were reapplied symmetrically. Jack was great to work with from start to finish. Overall the place us great.

Jack was very good at keeping in touch through the process. He took care of all the details from insurance communications to car rental set up. 2000 Toyota Avalon XLS automaticWe took the vehicle in to address the repairs listed on the estimate. Upon taking off the bumper they noted additional damage which would require welding and additional parts. Due to my budget constraints I had to reject their new estimate. They put the vehicle back together with no charge. They seem like a good team.

I found Caliber Collision to be very professional. They completed the required body work quickly and early to fit my needs. The work was excellent. I cannot even tell where the original body damage happened, the repair was that good. Caliber was easy to work with. They communicated well every step of the process. Many great reviews but that wasn t my experience. Had an Audi that was stolen which needed some touch up paint, replaced rear interior pleather and seat belt, tyre & alignment, and detail. Took several weeks to get on the schedule, OK.. staffing shortages and what have you. Three weeks after dropping my car off for what should have been a three day service maximum I get my car back. No more than two days after picking up the car the tyre sensor is going off for under inflated tyres. Just nope
