Berry took great care of our family when we were in need of new tires. They were able to order and receive the new full set of tires we requested quickly, replaced them, did an alignment and everyone was friendly and helpful to us. Will definitely return for service needs in the future!

I had a tire blow out on a Friday afternoon. I called Berry Tire and they got me in same day even though they were packed. Not only did I need a replacement tire but my rim was cracked. They were able to send out the rim for repair and find me a matching tire within a few days. Great service and great employees.I would highly recommend Berry Tire

Was easy to make an appointment, spoke to Rob and set it up in a matter of minutes. I dropped car off in the morning and it was ready before lunchtime. I was even able to add on an oil change as well. Everyone I worked with that day was very nice and helpful. Will be back!

Good work at fair prices. And they are very honest about what your car actually needs. I had to take my car to the dealership for a software upgrade and they gave me a list of services that I needed and quoted me $500. I brought it to Berry knowing I could get a better price and they were able to determine that my car did not need those services. I would have been out money unnecessarily if I hadn t have gone to Berry Tire. If you re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, this is it!

The technician looked at my vehicle right away, gave me an honest assessment for repair (without recommending unnecessary work), quoted tires at a lower price than the local competition, had those tires in stock, and took care of it all by the end of the day. It was a breeze. I wish I could get healthcare so easily and efficiently!

Excellent shop. I get all my tire work done here. Just had a flat tire over the weekend. Called the shop on Saturday to see if they could patch it. The tire was unrepairable and they did not have it in stock. I needed the car, so they took care of me with a temporary tire and fixed it with a brand new tire on Monday. They went above and beyond. Thank you very much. Very professional.

I have gone here for years. They are quick to respond to a request for a quote. They are willing to work with your budget on the best tires for your vehicle. Ordered them on Friday and they were available by Tuesday. Quick and efficient when installing and free rotation.

My friend bought me to Kelly tires for the first time you put them on my car title truth I love them had a blowout on one not from the tire from being ignorant driving hit a curb had to go buy another one and I'll tell you the truth the best tires I ever had

2009 Chevy Silverado , tires would leak down every winter every couple of days. Went to Berry Tire. They sanded the rims and cleaned up the tires and put this liquid rubber on and all winter this year tires didn t lose a pound of air. I hit a metal spike on the highway near Libertyville and my tire was losing air fast. Berry Tire and Auto was the closest tire dealer I was familiar with being a Goodyear Company. They got me in quickly as I was on my way to my mother-in-law's funeral. The damage to my tire was unrepairable and I needed to order a new tire. Being that it was a Saturday, the tire would not be available until Monday. Rob R. was very accommodating and gave me a loaner car to get to the funeral. Come Monday, Rob called to let me know the car was ready just an hour and a half after they opened. Super happy with the service they provided.(I was in charge of getting the minister to the cematary that Saturday by 11 am. I'm glad I left early and with the flat tire incident, we still made it with 10 minutes to spare). Thank you so much Berry Tire and Auto!Service: Tires

Super trustworthy place. I came in with no appointment because the light came on in my car. They checked out my car and found just low pressure. Added air and no charge for the inspection. Very honest. Would definitely be back.

Good service, friendly staff. Brought in my 2008 Honda CRV to have all springs and shocks replaced. Received a competitive estimate and the work was done on time and the final price came in slightly under the estimate.

I m responding on behalf of Barry s response to John Appleseed No. Robert did NOT walk me through anything, all he said over the phone was this is a type of thing YOU need to get yourself as far as me being physically at the shop and when I was asked about the key, I explained to Robert I didn t know it came with a key, I had no idea, I didn t lost anything on the account I had no idea the lug nuts needed a specific key, I thought Barry would carry the tools necessary to get the job done. and when Robert reached out to me again about the wrong key being delivered. That s all he said, there was no other explanation or trying. Whoops wrong key.. uhh this is a type of thing you need to get yourself attitude. Is what I received. I simply then asked my girlfriend to go pick up the truck and Tires, and she was not instructed ANYTHING! Just lack luster attitude. A simple task failed, incompetence at its finest. I will not be taking part on any deals Barry has to offer. It would ve been appreciated if I was told from the beginning this was a shot in the dark IF that was the case, I would immediately not taken my chances and went elsewhere. I had trust dan knew exactly what he was doing when ordering this key so I waited out another couple days. again, big waste of time.

Walked in this morning and the guy working the front has an attitude like Berry auto is doing me a favor for free. No patience and terrible attitude. I go into Berry Auto to grab a forgotten center cap from wheels they forgot to put back 1 cap in. The guy working the front at 9.30am is asking what it looks like and what is the exact measurement... like if he doesn't know what a regular BMW cap looks like... comes back with a hand full of caps saying " you see... you see" I need the measurements he said lolBrings caps out like if he is trying to teach me. I had an issue with the alignment on my 4Runner the dealer failed to fix with 2-3 attempts. Berry team fixed it and so far so good!

This was my fourth experience with Berry Tires. I purchased new tires there twice and on two other occassions, I had tires repaired. The prices are very reasonable and the employees are very helpful! First time customer booked a same-day oil change appointment online, showed up, said "I also need wiper blades" with zero idea on the details, and left less than 30 minutes later with new oil/filter and wiper blades installed. Waiting area was clean, well lit, not loud, and not smelly. Super easy, great experience!

This place is great! I had a tire issue and they fixed it within 30 minutes and sent me on my way. Any other two bit place would have tried to convince me to just buy a new $120 tire, but the man that owns this place has dignity and does business the right way. This was a few years ago now, but I wanted to make sure this review was posted because its rare to find such honesty in the auto industry these days.

I needed a new battery. They took my car in right away. It turns out I needed brakes. They had been grabby so I said yes. The man at the counter offered a loaner. I was willing to wait but it was nice that he offered. I had just had my car detailed and it was nice to see that my car came out clean and in a timely manner.I would definitely be back.

Great place! Great bunch of people in there. I got a great set of Mickey Thompson tires and rims there for my Jeep. A considerably lower price than other places (and sites) I checked. Much better service than a local competitor. The Jeep looks and feels 100 per cent better. I went back for what is called by Jeep forums the "Death Wobble" that I had before the new set. We talked about what caused it and they nailed it! Fixed it quickly in the morning and it rides better than it did new. These people are professional and courteous; there is a reason their parking lot and the area around are full, I will be bringing cars back to them. Thanks Berry!

Friendly staff and quick service time. Went in for a synthetic oil change for my VW and the price was fair (<$100) The time they gave me was accurate and the process was smooth from phone call to pick up. They earned a repeat customer. Thanks!
