we broke down burnt trailer bearings me and my wife on a saturday night at 7p.m. limped out trailer and gear back to caseys a young man from your shop came up to us seeing my wife was in tears and asked if we would follow him back to your shop so he could get us fixed and on our way!!! he was headed with his lady friend to bloomington on a date. both of them were simply amazing in every way. this kind of service just doesnt exist anymore. kuddos to your entire team!!! A++++++++

Bad service. Took my mower there to get worked on twice. Still not fixed right. Worst than when I took it there they didn't put all the parts back on it. All I get the run around. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
