They did a very good job painting my bike at a very reasonable price the reason for the 3 stars it's just the sheer fact that it took them so long to do it when we had discussed on the phone how long it would take they told me anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks it took them over 3 months and that just upset me because I was a cash paying customer and they didn't treat me as such I constantly had to call back to get updates they never reached out to me. And then I had a problem with the paint job and called them and they said that there was nothing they could do to try to remedy the situation.

This was my first experience with having a vehicle repaired at Koning's. It was an enjoyable experience. Communication was great and the end result was amazing. I would recommend them to everyone

Outstanding work! Would definitely highly recommend this family owned business! Went above and beyond by doing extra work, finding repairs needed that were not listed by the adjuster and to top it off, they returned to us a completely detailed vehicle! It was like driving a new car home all over again. Positively OUTRAGEOUS service! A rare thing nowadays. Thank you very much!

Brenda was extremely knowledgeable. She helped Jennifer with her Escape. She even taped in back window in the rain without being asked and Smiled the whole time. I'd definitely recommend to anyone...

Rude, overpriced, wouldn t work with my insurance like they were supposed to. I ve been there twice for estimates and they were so rude I threw it out and went elsewhere.

They painted a brand new tailgate on my truck with all their supplied supplies but now it's has a bubble and soon will be rusting but the owner will only cover the labor to redo and they say I will need to pay for supplies again which would cost about 300 according to the owner and that is not going to happen won't be using them anytime soon
