I want to say a Big Thank You to the guys for finding my problem with my vehicle. I had a lot of work done on it last summer. And a few months ago I was hearing a noise again. After having it in there multiple times and doing a few things. It came back to being some of out they had replaced and it was under warranty. But I can't say enough of how kind and hard working these guys are for being in a small town. So if you're in Lena, IL and you have car trouble I highly recommend them. Again a BIG THANK YOU!!!

These guys are a low key, relaxed helpful couple of guys that really want to help and work on vehicles. I found them as my truck broke down in the middle of northern, rural Illinois. They took me in and went to work on the truck. I was en route home passing thru. The two mechanics devoted what time they had to try to fix it. If you are ever in Lena and need repairs, Klien Auto is a worthy stop to make. Thanks guys!

We are camping nearby and, because of the huge downpour, we headed into Lena for lunch. My car - which had run beautifully the day before - felt off . As I turned onto 73, my check engine light started flashing - not something you want to see when you re not at home. A quick google search showed a handful of shops; my intuition said go with Klein s. I am sooo glad I did!!I called and Andrea told me to come on over and they d run the code for me. I gave myself a pep talk about our being able to make the 1.5 mile rural state highway trek back to the campground in the downpour, and hoping the campground has space for me to stay extra time and trying to figure out how to get home with all my gear if they didn t (have room) or if the shop couldn t fix my car (it s an older vehicle and they may not have been able to get the parts).Andrea ran the code and talked to Matt, who stopped what he was doing and came to the front to talk to me. They did some digging by phone and computer, found the parts at the lowest price, arranged to get them delivered, and said they d stay late to fix it that day.Andrea drove us back to the campground so we could wait; less than three hours after my initial call, Matt was calling to bring the newly fixed car back to me. He had some great things to say about the town on the way back too.Unbelievable service - fast, efficient, friendly! I wish we lived closer - this would be our go to shop hands down.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our car broke down a couple miles from this shop towards the end of the business day on a Friday. They were kind enough to pick up the car and get us to the shop to diagnose the issue and had parts orders within the hour. In the four year we ve owned this car it s never sounded or driven better. A break down mid road trip is never fun but I m glad it was close to Klein s Auto Service.

Awesome service! Family member s car broke down on his way back to Minnesota over Christmas. Klein s got him right in even though it was obviously busy due to the holidays, and got the parts as quickly as they could. Dependable service by people who care!
