I have been taking my cars to Pepper's for the last year or so and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment. They do fantastic work, know their stuff, are HONEST, explain in detail what needs to be done, and are just all around good people. My only regret is I didn't bring my cars here long before! They will find your car's problem and fix it. In all my decades of taking cars for repairs, Pepper's Auto Care is without a doubt, the best shop I've ever dealt with. Thanks all. You have made a lifelong customer out of me.

I recommend them highly to everyone. My family members travel from near by towns to care their automobiles there, because the service is so great. It s such a relief not to be scared to go to the mechanic. They are affordable, quick and honest. I ve never heard of another mechanic that will tell you often that the problem does not require a huge fix. I often find all away with a bill less than $100 and peace of mind.

This shop is first class!! We have 3 shops much closer but trust me Peppers is the best You won t be disappointed Well run business.. mechanics who know their craft and customer service off the charts from Ray and Dan. And most importantly a HONEST repair shop. Great job and thanks again

Great place. Went here for tires and some regular maintenance. I had a couple of issues with payment, my fault not theirs. Amd they worked with me and took care of me. Strongly recommend and will return if I am ever in the area and have an issue.

Oil change prices are consistently the best around. Pricing is open for discussion for most services. Bring your own parts is available.

We've been taking our cars to Bruce and crew for over 10 years. Most honest auto care shop I've ever dealt with and they get the job done right the first time. They're the best.

I drive 200 miles to get my car serviced by Pepper s Auto. Aside from routine oil changes, I do not trust anyone besides Pepper s Auto to touch my car. Called and scheduled an appointment. Got me in 2 days later. Called to give me estimated time and price. Said I probably wouldn't get car back till next day because of parts. Called back late in day. Car ready. I was surprised. Had exhaust issues after a pass through unsuspecting water in roadway with pothole. Anyways car done. Seemed pricey... but got me done earlier than planned and seemed good to deal with. Good 1st experience.

Tried to over price me for labor and the part. The part was under $100 they wanted to charge me $150 bringing their quoted price for labor and part to $600-$650.

I cannot say enough good things about Peppers!! I brought my daughters car in because it kept draining the battery and not starting each day. I had it at a family member's shop a few days before but the problem didn't get fixed. Peppers to the rescue! They found out right away that there was a 500ma draw on the battery (under 50 is acceptable). They also found that the smaller auto start/stop battery was bad. They replaced that battery and we were hopeful that was it. That replacement didn't fix it immediately but once the smaller battery was installed for a little while, it charged and stabilized and the draw dropped down to under 50ma! This took 3 days total but Peppers was VERY VERY VERY fair on their price and I couldn't be happier with them. Honest, hard working group here. I would recommend them to anybody! I'd go 10 stars if I could!Services: Electrical repair, Battery

No one likes spending money on car repairs. These guys were quick, honest, friendly, and willing to explain everything. Hopefully I won't have to see them again for a while, though!

Great guys working here. I have taken my cars here for 4 years since I moved to lemont. I can trust the work they do and they stand behind it. Friendly and fast service. Of the dozen times I've been here only once or twice have I not gotten my car back the same day. I recommend highly.

They are very knowledgeable. Bruce is very professional, he would call and update me promptly with the status of my cars, whenever I drop them there for fixes. They to the correct diagnosis, and reasonable price.

Go here instead of Jiffy Lube. This place is the best. They don't try and scam you on unnecessary oil filters, etc. Also their repairs never have issues later. Once they fix it, it's fixed for good. Very honest and knowledgeable people, which is not the norm at other places these days.

The work is honest and affordable I drive from Berwyn just to have Mr.Bruce do his magic everytime I need to have my vehicle my good friend told me of Pepper's in Lemont and I would recommend everyone to have their vehicle serviced by Mr. Bruce.

Wonderful people. If I could give 10 stars I would. Had a roadside emergency and plucked them off Google because of my proximity. They towed vehicle to shop and took care of not so easy of a job and had me rolling in about 2 hrs.

Everything your car needs in replacement or repairs, these are the go to guys. They do their best to get your car in and out so you can continue on your busy work schedule. No matter the condition they will get it done!

Great service, very professional and HONEST. Brought my car in to get a belt replaced that the dealer told me to replace and Peppers said it did not need it...who recommends NOT getting something replaced
