I had the best customer service and experience with work done on my car at Hayes Auto! Bill and his his sister were so nice to work with and took great care of my car! (And we're nicer to my pocket book than anywhere around!)

Bill is a top-notch mechanic. I take my car to Hayes every time it starts making a weird noise. He quickly identifies/repairs the problem. I ve always got it back the same day. He also tells me about repairs I ll need in the future so I can start planning. I have a lot of confidence and trust in this shop that I haven t always felt elsewhere. He really knows his stuff!! The staff is very nice and greets with a smile. I recommend this place.

Hayes Auto is the best! Honest and fair pricing. I had a larger chain auto shop try to take advantage of me and I left and on a recommendation came to Hayes and they treated me like family and explained everything thoroughly with fair pricing and various options for what could be done.

Professionalism never before seen. Bill is an honest guy that doesn t try to use jargon and make you overpay. Probably the only guy I trust to do any mechanic work on my car, honest to God. Efficient with reasonable prices for repairs/maintenance. Best auto shop in Lemont area by far.

Bill and Cathy are amazing at Hayes Auto & Truck Repair! I would recommend their services to absolutely anybody! I was having some issues with my car and Bill's customer service was amazing. He is professional, honest, and I knew my car was in good hands! Being in a new area, it is hard for me to know who to trust with my car, but it is a no brainer when it comes to taking my car to this shop! Thank you for your amazing service!

My daughter's car needed new brakes and when she heard what the dealer wanted she was shocked. She brought her car to Hayes for a second opinion and had Hayes do the work because they are honest, trustworthy and reasonable in their charges. I love supporting family owned businesses. Billy and Kathy are siblings and work together it s so cute how they get along so well and treat everyone like family. Billy is beyond honest and explains everything to you. His prices are very reasonable and he always goes above and beyond for every customer. Being a woman I use to hate going to auto repair places as I feel like they always try to take advantage of you ... NOT this place! Billy s parents owned the business prior to him and they always said that you have to think of your customers as if they were your grandparents, you would not want anyone to takes advantage of them. Billy has truly kept that going, he treats everyone with respect, honesty and fairness.I cannot recommend this place enough! You will NOT be disappointed!!

What a frustrating experience to be involved in a car collision! Hayes made the ordeal of managing time, energy and efficiency a breeze! Super fast and commitment to my satisfaction! Great communication throughout the process of making my Jeep whole again! They even worked with the insurance company and I was able to focus on my job and family instead of the insurance process! Thank you!

Billy is the best! As a woman who takes care of her own car troubles, it is so comforting to know that I am not being taken advantage of. I ve had many car troubles over the past couple of years. Billy gets me in and out quickly, offers to drive me home, and always fully explains the problem to me. He also gives me all of my options, which sometimes don t even include his business. Just a genuinely nice, honest, hardworking and reliable guy. Love that we have this business in Lemont.

I cannot express how amazing Mr. Hayes and his sister are. I moved away from Lemont so it's difficult to get out there sometimes but I've learned my lesson. I went to a well known chain and they quoted me for a lot of work. I asked Mr. Hayes for a second opinion and he got me in right away and worked on my car so quickly and efficiently. He was on time and checked EVERYTHING and found things that the chain did not that would have caused more issues. He broke down everything for me and quoted me such a fair price which was much less than what the chain quoted me. Not to mention him and his sister are the most personable people around and even gave me a pumpkin for my two year old as she's going as a pumpkin for Halloween. I've learned my lesson and will take the longer drive out to Lemont to continue to see Mr. Hayes as my family has for years because he can be trusted!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Billy Hayes and Hayes Auto is a real pleasure to deal with. Service is always great and reliable. Dealing with auto repair issues or even oil changes is usually a chore but Hayes Auto somehow always manages to make my experience pleasant. Location is great and convenient too!

I went here per recommendation from a friend and I haven t gone anywhere else since. You take your car there with an issue and they get right down to figuring out what it is, they explain the issue to you so you know what you re getting into. Awesome service.
