I had a hole in my run flat tire. I was expecting that the tire would need to be replaced (and they actually had my tire in stock which is unusual for these tires), but they were able to patch the tire. I was able to wait while the work was done, and I did not have to wait long. Nice people, great service.

Went there a few days ago to get my serpentine belts replaced on my highlander. Jim was there to help and guide us to the whole process. They give Fair rates and do high quality work I highly recommend.

My husband and I both came here for oil changes. We were told that there would be a little bit of a longer wait time because they were short staffed. The customer service was good and they were definitely friendly, but their prices are pretty high for what they do. They did call and try to sell us different things that we were not there for, which I guess is a good business tactic but their offers were way too pricey. They did fill our wheels with air as a courtesy which I thought was really nice. Overall good experience.

I needed an oil change badly today- my car wasn't driving right after driving aroud and I was overdue for one- so I stopped in after a funeral for a beloved family member. Jason took care of me quickly. He was kind and empathetic and got me out of there in a short amount of time so that I wasn't late for the funeral luncheon. Thank you again Jason! You were a bright light in a dark day today.

Firestone has always been my go-to but traveling a bit out of my range and being the weekend, I had little hope of being seen. However, the service from the Lemont location and Jason specifically was nothing short of exceptional. Appreciate Jason and the guys, I d definitely make the drive back out here!

Thanks to Jim & Jason & Adrian I am driving my car & I feel 100% safe in it due to them going out their way to fix some of my suspension parts that was coming off!! Also did an alignment !! They definitely are the people to go to THANKS AGAIN YOU GUYS. FROM G37coupe family

The team there did awesome. I book an appointment today at 2pm. They got me in, repaired my tires, and windshield wiper in less than an hour. Very friendly team

I took my Car to Firestone in Lemont Il. They did a fantastic job. I give a 5star.Jim was helpful. He meets all needs. I would absolutely recommend them to all my family and friends. Superb work.

Update for oil change on 11/17/23: Everything was fine. They got me out in under an hour on a busy pre-holiday weekend.I've been a long time satisfied customer of this location, but I'm reconsidering after my most recent experience. A couple of mistakes were made, but these will happen. What really turned me off was what they charged for rear brakes, with new rotors and calipers. Total over $1,200! Pads were under warranty and were free. Sorry but inflation does not account for that much money.

I had brakes done the did say possibly a few hoursI had no idea I would be there 6.5 hours with no go explanation. A few hour to me would be 2 maybe 3 not 6.5 I will take this up with our fleet plan.

The problem with my tire was identified and taken care of quickly. I was informed of everything that was done, including time for repair and pricing. Would highly recommend Firestone.

Understaffed. Takes too long. Ive used this place 3 times. I always end up removing and installing my own tires, as the wait is always too long.

This Firestone location was such a great experience. I was very concerned about why my tire leaked. Luckily, Jacob was helpful and friendly and found the nail in my tire right away. It was fixed quickly and wasn t expensive at all. I appreciated the customer service here a lot.Service: TiresService: Tires

Discovered I had a flat tire when leaving work, Firestone in Lemont was recommended and it couldn't have been a better experience. Jacob, at the desk, very courteous and professional and Stephen the Mechanic also professional and knowledgeable. They treated me as though I was regular customer. I would definitely recommend this place for service needs.

I would give them a zero rating if I can. Horrible place. Don't go there unless you want to be overpaying for simple things like a tire patch. Customer service is also horrible. Very impatient with customer's questions. BE AWARE!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Don't get your oil changed at this Firestone location. Spend a few more dollars to have a mechanic or technician do the job properly. When I returned to have the issue fixed, the manager said, "Look at my parking lot, it's full. I *might* be able to do it tomorrow if you drop it off now."Thank you to the guys at Jiffy Lube (two doors down) who were able to make the repair immediately. I hope that my vehicle was not permanently damaged by Firestone.Service: Oil change

they are always so helpful and quick with my services. the only fire stone i will spend my money at is the lemont location. the staff is so friendly and considerate every time i work with them.

Miguel & his crew once again saved my 2008 mitsubishi endeavor from the scrap heap.This time the entire rear suspension was rotted and the truck was undrivable. They took on the nasty job of rebuilding it for a fair price and completed it like new. Ive been going here for years and never been disapointed....Thanks guys for keeping my truck on the road.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Brought the car in for a camshaft code. After paying 108 dollars I still have no idea why I have a camshaft code. I was told a minor crack in the insulation of 1 wire is causing the camshaft code. I have a professional spark tester and the wire produces spark just fine. The wire was front and center easy diagnosis to try and get a 430 dollar repair for plugs and wires!

Purchased lifetime alignments for all 3 of my vehicles from this place, but they are pretty much useless. Multiple times I have tried scheduling alignments but they tell me they can't do it because the person that does alignments didn't come into work. They keep rescheduling me and even when I make an appointment a week in advance they cannot get my car done because they are "too busy". Just tell me you can't do it so I can stop wasting my time driving my car over there, leaving it for the whole day, then picking it up with no alignment done. This is not the first time this has happened.

Extremely professional! Got my car in and out at a timely fashion. The employees were very courteous especially their Master Technician Ray! He was extremely knowledgeable and explains things very detailed end easy for someone like me, who knows very little about cars, to understand.

I have a love/hate real with this place. They are bad about answering the phone, and you can't get in without an appointment usually. On the other hand, when you are lucky enough to get in, they are very nice and do a great job! Got two new tires today, last minute in my way home from work, and the guy found me the perfect tires at a great price. Super friendly too.

Scheduled my work van to be serviced there 5 days in advance I was told it would be done by Saturday.. They finally called on Sumday and said all they did was the oil change because the other things have to be ok d through the service contract. Hence why I brought it 5 days before. Lady also made a comment that the only thing the techs were qualified for was oil changes thus weekend. I would like to here from a manager
