So good to finally find a good mechanic I trust again! I spent lots of time and money at the Toyota dealer and Dobbs for years for the same issue before I took it here. I wish I had found them sooner. They communicated very well, Yvonne is wonderful - lots of phone tag! They were knowledgeable, timely and interested in finding and fixing the real issue; seems rare in my experience these days. Took them less time then they said to fix it. THANK YOU!

Wow! Talk about service. Maaske's was great to deal with. Went way above and beyond. My son who is at college nearby complained of noise coming from his car. Once I heard it, I could tell this was something we needed checked out ASAP. Looked at local dealers, couldn't get anyone to even answer a phone and online booking was weeks out. Maaske's answered on the first ring scheduled us in to their earliest appointment, but let me bring the car in earlier (just to drop it off) since we were leaving town. To my surprise, they looked at it and identified the problem right away (2 days before my appointment!). Needed a major repair, and they charged a very reasonable price. Very pleasant to deal with and kept me informed the whole way! As a parent who is 2 states away from a college student, I am super happy to know there is a great auto shop I can rely on if my son needs repair or service while he is away at school. Thank you Maaske's! Will definitely return with any future service needs.

Would strongly recommend this business for any of your needs ! I walked in, in an emergency situation and they welcomed me with all the help. Considering I had a rough weekend where my car was broken into and what looked like an attempt to steal a tire. All the people in the shop came to my rescue to help screw the plate to my tire back in. And got me in and out quickly. Greatly appreciate everyone there who helped me and turned a bad weekend into a good start for this week. Thank you so much!!

Maaske's was very accommodating, even during Thanksgiving week. We were in town visiting family and had multiple issues with our car, one of which disabled it. We are back on the road with confidence that a qualified mechanic agrees the simple solution is correct and other issues (like our weak battery) have been corrected! Protip: They'll text when it's completed. No need to keep calling like I did...

Had a great experience! Yvonne was kind, and helpful in getting our appointment and keeping communication going while we had our truck in their shop. Jeff was able to fix the problems we had with our A/C and struts, and gave us helpful advice on other concerns we had about our truck. The work was done well, quickly, and at a fair price! Can t say enough good things about this place!

I experienced an urgent situation with my car this morning. I was recommended to Maaske s by someone on the highway. Without an appointment they took my car in and had me back on the road in under twenty minutes! The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was very clean! I would highly recommend this shop! They made a rainy Monday morning Bright!

Customer service is great and patient. We took them a 2014 VW Passat that had been badly abused. It was a hot mess. They kept us informed with every detail of needed repairs and let us decide whether we wanted to continue. In return, we have a car that we can trust on the road. We are happy customers.

Called this shop looking for a trusting place in my area and I m sure glad I did. Evonne answered the phone and was super friendly, welcoming and willing to help me with my issues. I needed a Bluetooth part that I didn t have much information on. She called around dealerships and other places looking to get me the best price she could for new and used. We played phone tag for a couple days and each time she made sure to return my calls. I will be going and recommending this place to anyone that asks. Great people and great customer service.

My splash guard was all busted up and dragging underneath my car. I hadn't been able to have anyone to get me in to remove it. I called Maaske's here in Lebanon and the receptionist Yvonne kept calling me back after I left a message to make sure she got to speak to me about my issue. She got me in at 1:15 today and Jeff pulled my car in right away to see what he could do. Removed the damaged splash guard and tighted everything up free of charge, told me that we can order a new splash guard and he'll get it taken care of for a reasonable price. Jeff and Yvonne were both very nice, honest and friendly. Nice clean air conditioned waiting area with drinks and snacks. I also like they have a window right in the waiting area where u can watch them work on your vehicle. Definitely will be doing future business with them and I would recommend them to anyone!

Started off a good guy who got the job done & correctly! (Small jobs) ... Really trusted him , All of a sudden Jeff would say it was certain issue & I would get it fixed then it turned to being a new issue with a higher F# price basically just was getting lots of money when he knew what the real problem was from the start!! Or his mechanics didn't know shiit! Or maybe he just turned into a money hungry Get over??? Idk , Lost a loyal customer

I highly recommend Maaske s for any automotive needs. I ve taken two different vehicles there and was highly impressed with how quickly Jeff received and addressed any issues with both vehicles. Very fast and efficient service! All problems were explained and addressed thoroughly. Jeff, the owner, maintains a very high level of transparency/ honesty that I have not experienced with other auto repair shops.One of my vehicles had two tires leaking air. After assessing, Jeff informed me One tire had a nail in it, in a position in which it could not be plugged. The other tire, he could not find a leak, regardless of repeated attempts. He suggested I check on my tire warranty, as the tires were less than a year old. I was able to get both tires replaced at the original dealership at very little cost; moreover, Jeff Didn t charge me a thing for getting my vehicle in the same hour that I called with the problem and after thorough assessment, trying to solve those problems. Not only is Jeff, very thorough and honest in the way he runs his business, he is very very reasonable and would never over charge!Services: Tires, Engine repair

The team over at Maaske Automotive is full of knowledgeable and personable people. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff. Not only was he awesome to work with but very informative and responsive on all aspects of the repair. I dropped off my truck on a Saturday morning and within just a few short days I received a call from him saying it was done and ready for pick up. I shopped around to compare prices and he was by FAR the best price around. I can't stress enough how wonderful my experience was with the shop. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a trustable and honest shop to perform work on their vehicle. Local Lebanon people need to consider this place just based on my quick 10 minute experience if I lived here or closer it would be my go to place.

Took my SUV in to have the transmission looked at. Ended up needing a full rebuild. Jeff and his guys took care of me in no time. I like it so much I had him look over the truck and do a full suspension replacement and other small items. He was able to get my vehicle back on the road in under two weeks. 10 out of 10. I had a serpentine belt come apart 13 hours into an 18 hour drive. I had my truck towed to this shop and they replaced all my belts at a fair price and got me back on the road in a timely manner. If it wasn t for these guys I wouldn t have made it to my little sisters wedding. Couldn t have asked for better service!!!!!

If you live in Lebanon, IL, or even close to Lebanon, you need to call Maaske's Automotive. Jeff, the owner, went the extra mile to track down an odd sized tire for my truck and then worked me in on my day off. You can tell Jeff takes pride in his work and is customer focused. One of the cleanest and well organized mechanic shops you will ever visit. A good mechanic is hard to find, but I ve found one that is conveniently local to me and does good work.I needed some work done, and they were able to get me in same day, had the parts ordered and finished before I was able to get back to pick it up. I had a question about something else that could have been worked on, and they were very honest about it being an expensive diagnostic before going into it (I m saving it for later, it s not mission critical).Pricing seemed fair. Repairs are never cheap, but it didn t feel out of line.Staff was very friendly.I m happy and I ll trust them to work on my vehicles going forward.

I was driving from Alabama to northern Iowa. When the noise I was hearing kept getting worse, I decided I better get it checked out. Good choice! I randomly selected the closest auto repair place from my Apple Maps app. Which turned out to be an EXCELLENT choice. Jeff Maaske stopped what he was doing and attended to me immediately! He was friendly and professional and had my car fixed much more quickly than I imagined possible and at no charge. It turned out to be loose lug nuts but he was very kind and didn t make me feel stupid. Thank you Jeff. I highly and unreservedly recommend Maaske s Automotive!!!

Brought in my 1971 Bronco as it needed a laundry list of items fixed to get it running right and driving safely. Maaske s Automotive did an amazing job with all the repairs and I really appreciate the attention to details especially since it s a much older vehicle. Staff was super friendly and the owner is very knowledgeable. They were very efficient, prompt and courteous. A Lil expensive but do great quality work. They also picked me up and dropped me back off. If you want the work done correctly the first time then this is the place.
