It s pretty clean, the restrooms are easy to find it, when you get in you will see the sign on your left. Also you can find fresh breakfast with a good coffee, the staff are pretty professional, so I recommend it to stop.

4-7-24Stopped here on our way to the eclipse 4 minute totality area in Albion.Nice clean store with plenty of food and drink options.Friendly staff!Fair gas prices.Will stop again when back through this way.

It s getting 3 Stars I would ve gave it 2 stars but the customer service is what earned them the third star. The fuel islands are absolutely disgusting almost every single island garbage can is overflowing and there s garbage bags sitting next to them then there s garbage just literally laying on the ground blowing everywhere. Even garbage near the entrance to the store on the ground. The inside of the store was clean and stocked and their soda fountain machine actually worked properly. The women s restroom was dirty the sink area the floors didn t look like it been wiped up for hours. When we got there, it wasn t busy. Not sure why they don t have enough staff to maintain this small loves.

We love Loves. One of the cleanest Love's we ran across on our Oregon to Ohio road trip. The dog park was huge and well maintained

Clean store, friendly employees, and I was even reminded that Jesus loves me, but they need to fix the bean to cup coffee machine that has the Columbian coffee in it!! It's been down at least 3 weeks!!

Decent Love s fuel station, and about on par with most stations. The staff were helpful and polite, and the bathrooms where clean and in good condition when I arrived. Also the drink bar and hotdog bar were clean and in good condition. Easy access to the fuel station from the highway and equally easy to get back on the highway from its parking lot.

17 dollars for a dirty shower and low water pressure luke warm water. Assistant manager did not care brushed it off. Has to be in the top 20 worst loves. But I got the over priced shower that I needed

After purchasing fuel and starting to drive away, I encountered a warning light and audible beep for parking brake not set. I pulled around to the service center and spole with Mattison who referred me to John, a service technician. John informed me that there is a recall for a sesor that can cause this. He had me pull into the sevice bay so he could verify. He found that the issue was that the driver's door was not closing properly. Lubricating the hinges solved the issue.Everyone that I spoke with (Mattison, John, Dustin and Todd) were all very polite, friendly and helpful!I would highly recommend this Love's Truck Care facility!

I have been reporting this truck stop for 3 years now for having a none working wifi. No response, no effort to fix it from the provider. PILOT HERE I COME.

A great travel stop. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is very nice. Arby's on site if you are hungry. Plenty of parking. A little limited parking if towing or a big RV but it works.

Clean showers, friendly staff. There was plenty of room to park my RV overnight during a rainstorm. I asked inside and they were more than welcoming and pointed me out a couple of different places that I could park.

Loves is our preferred choice for bathroom stops on road-trips. The bathrooms here were not as clean as we ve seen at other locations. Still acceptable, but noticeably different.

I normally have a good experience at Love's but the bathroom at this location was the worst public bathroom I have seen in years. Dirty seats, toilet paper all over the floor, and I didn't notice that there wasn't any toilet paper in the roll until too late. Will not return.

Stopped to refuel during my trip. Clean atmosphere, offers lots of souvenirs, food, drinks and some collectibles. Always make this stop on my way to Ohio. Didn't capture any pictures.

Clean. Not all Love's bathrooms are clean. This one was. We went from southern Alabama to mid north Wisconsin, there were a ton of Love's and some along the way need...idk...LOVE! This one was good.

I typically love Loves, though this visit was less than satisfying. The clerk inside was silent the entire transaction until the very end. I greeted him with a hello, received nothing back. I request to prepay and he gesture to the machine with his hand like wave. At this point I think maybe he s unable to speak. I say okay. I pay. Then as I turn to leave he says something. Oh so you can speak? Wow.

A truck stop with absolutely no food and even the fast food restaurant is closed don't even bother stopping here. Just horrible

No paper towels inside or out. All gas areas had frozen window wiper liquid, when mentioned to cash register he didn't care. Very sloppy weater. This would be nice to wash windows. Both bathrooms were nasty! Not the typical LOVE'S station.

NO WHERE TO HANG UP TOWELS WHEN COMING OUT OF THE SHOWER #4 AND TOILET BSAE IS DIRTY . Had to hang towel on DOOR HOOK ,SMH

I had a flat tire in a really bad weather. Cody and Aaron were so kindly helped me to replace my spare tire! They did such a great job. Much appreciated!

Clean store selection was great as always however back at the professional drivers check out I waited while people were having a conversation in the back room and then all of a sudden a gentleman comes out and says just the refill I said yeah I swiped my loves card and pulled out my payment card and he had already used my points and turned around and walked away from me which I did not want to use my points for a drink but he was too worried about getting back to his conversation which I could hear and was not a work related conversation. And just rude if you ask me.

Everything you could ever want in a quick fill up for gas and food! Super clean and has a small dog park! Major bonus! And the Holiday Inn next door is super for pets as well, newly remodeled a few years ago! Lots of room for the dogs to run and do their business!

I now this is odd but this is my favorite Love's Travel Stop. I travel a lot for work and I try to stop at QT's or Love's since they're just nicer. I have options and who really want to use a dirty bathroom?I can't believe that I'm leaving a review for a gas station but here we are. It really is a nice location and a perfect "last stop" on a very, very long drive a make a few times a year. The store is just clean & this absolutely includes the rest room facilities. I was impressed enough to call Love's corporate line and let them know the folks here are doing a good job. My Wife thinks I'm nuts but I think I'm just getting old and appreciate a good gas station more than I ever thought I would.

Manager could use a lesson in people skills, and basic manners. As I approached the counter with my items and placed them on the counter I greeter her. Without a word from her to myself She then took all the items and actually threw them at the cashier next to her saying why am I doing your job! I don t care who checks out my items when you re a manager you should be able to do anyones job. She was rude not only to me but her friendly cashier who completed my purchase. Never have I experienced this kind of service from a Loves. As a manager myself she is a disgrace to the position.

This Loves showed love literally from the fuel desk to the tire shop' the first associate I met was Candy she was very pretty and professional she cashed both of my EFS CHECKS , her trainee Chris was very attentive and hospitable with good manners the tire shop did a tire pass on my truck and trailer with no problem Todd, Wendal,Michael and Bobby make a good team they took care of me all Love no homo
