Had a flat tire and stopped in without an appointment. They took great care of us and got us back on the road quickly! Highly recommend! And there s a good doggy there too.

Had my car towed in late Friday afternoon. Parking lot was full, so they didn't get to it till Monday (which I expected). By early Monday afternoon, the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Even better, the repair cost about half what I'd expected and Eric was super friendly. Strong recommend from me

We took our car to Hail after the dealership quoted a bunch of things for a bunch of money. Hail looked it over thoroughly and gave us a great price on what actually needed done. Service was great. Definitely worth the drive to LeRoy. 10/10 reccommend!!

We have been taking our cars to Hail for almost 20 years now. Even though we moved out of Le Roy we still drive an hour to give him anything that doesn't need to go to the nearest guy possible.Eric is trustworthy and honest and thoughtful. Down to earth. He will hear you out totally, check into it and give you the truth. If something's not worth messing with or even if he found something you hadn't even noticed, he will explain it in terms you can understand even if you're not a car guy.I trust him to work on our cars' brake systems. That is my somewhat funny attempt to say I trust him with my life and my family's lives. He will do right by you, the bill will be fair, and you will leave happy. What more can you ask? He would be invited to Christmas at our house he's almost like family because that's how he has treated us, like family. Thank you Eric for so many years of great work.

Saw we had a fast tire leak up the road. Stopped off and could not have found more helpful people. Eric was incredibly kind to work us in on short notice. Thanks for helping us make it home!

Dropped car off to be looked at, and it literally sat there for about 2 months. They never called or anything. I went and picked the car back up. What in the world??

We left Davenport Iowa on our way to Indianapolis Indiana, we noticed jerking so we goggles auto repair and Hails was on the list as well as several other, upon stopping in the gentleman asked if he could help and I said I surely hope so, he was working on a vehicle but said he could check it out for me, after doing so he told us the transmission was going out, he put some in and told us we should make it to Indianapolis but not sure if we were going to make it back, just wanted to say thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to help for women that didn t know what was happening to the car, kudos to you and we appreciate your kindness because you didn t have to help us but we are glad that you did. Hail Automotive in Leroy il is the best mechanic service shop within 100 miles hands down. Eric and his staff always go above and beyond to do what's best for you and your vehicle. And on 12/17/2023 had a shifter problem Eric had one of his guys come look at it got it to where I could drive it to the shop. Eric looked at it diagnost the problem and fixed when he could of said wait till Monday. Thank you Eric for all you and your staff do.

My service was great. Eric had no problem giving me good estimates on a tow service they offer. And they came fast during the snow storm on 02/17/2022 I was in a pickup with a trailer and was rotated towards oncoming traffic in the center of i-74 very dangerous. When the tow came Nathan and his partner was very nice and knowledgeable in what to do. They took a big risk of there life being out with people flying off the road left a d right. He had me follow him for a bit to get a hotel in Le Roy for the night 10 out 10 experience .If I'm in the area and need a tow or anything I know who I'm calling. It was 250 to be pull out the ditch when it was said and done total was 200. 50$ cheaper then estimate. They take cash or card over phone. Very nice people indeed

Called them up, and they were super fast about getting my car in there and a quote to me. I liked that I was told exactly what was wrong and they didn't try to upsell me on anything that I didn't need, but took the time to make recommendations that were critical for safety, and they were all around very friendly.I got my car back fast and had little hassle, will definitely be taking future business here. Integrity is hard to find these days, and the prices were very reasonable for what was being done; I highly recommend these guys, even if it's a little out of your way, it's well worth the time and service you get.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

So grateful for the kind folks at Hail Automotive! Had a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the road with 4 small children. I was towed to Hail and they immediately patched the tire and got me back on the road within an hour. Definitely recommend!

I have been taking my vehicles to Hail's for almost 10 years. Eric and his staff always do a great job and are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Eric explains everything in a way I understand which is something a lot of mechanics don't do. Eric has never steered me wrong and everytime he gives me an estimate of how much something, especially large repairs, will cost he is spot on. He's awesome about fitting me in on short notice when something goes wrong. He does amazing work for very fair prices. I highly recommend Hail Automotive!

Showed up at closing time with a flat tire on an f-550 the manager immediately hopped on the phone and found me a tire 20 miles away. Asked them to stay late so I could go get it. Then mounted it on my truck the next morning by 8 a.m.. outstanding people, outstanding customer service. Friendly and great attitudes from the owner and the manager

We were caught in the last snow storm 8 am in Leroy. Needed to get ahead of the storm to get home to Wisconsin. Tire on my Waverunner trailer shredded (long story). Hail automotive, without hesitation, brought a jack out in the blizzard and changed it for us. We were almost the "old couple found dead in the snowbank" but we made it thanks to Hails.

Hale Automotive provides the best service and pricing around. Eric is an honest guy that always takes care of the customer. Bar none the best place around to take your vehicle to. We were traveling home from vacation and got a flat tire on the interstate.We ran across this GEM of a shop close to the highway. We pulled up and our tire was fixed and put back on within 15 minutes. He squeezed us in. Only charged us 25 dollars!! What a blessing.

I am always happy with the service here. My family has used this business for years. I can tell that Hail Automotive is not trying to rip me off and is genuinely trying to get the job done to th best of their abilities while charging a more than fair price.

We broke down while on vacation. These guys picked me, my wife and 2 toddlers then towed us to the shop. They gave us options for repair including a cheaper one that at least get us home safe. They made us feel welcome while they did the repair. They saved the day as we were tired and miserable. Wish these guys were our hometown mechanics!

We were traveling and broke down and we were very lucky to break down near Hail's Automative. We were able to drive there and they were able to fix our truck and have us back on the road within a few hours. They were very nice.
