Bought a brand new tire for them for my spare a while back. This tire has never been on the road. Checked it's pressure recently and it was flat. Aired it up and a day later flat again. Took it to a different repair shop to get it resealed. They not only had to clean off rust from the rim but found a staple and a screw in the tire. Again this tire was sold as new and I have never had it on my truck at all.

Great service friendly staff! Been using them for different things over the years and will continue to do so. Chris hooked me up with a great set of wheels and tires and couldn't be happier!

I scheduled an oil change and requested new windshield wipers. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. and they were done at 9:00 a.m.They were very professional and the waiting area was very comfortable. During my short wait time, I saw that they were courtesy and professional with all their patrons.I would highly recommend Neal Tire & Service.I plan to use them again.

Had a little piece of metal in my tire and it was losing air so went to Neal's to see if they could help me with it. They were extremely nice and helpful. I was there only 40 minutes and it didn't cost very much at all. So grateful and will definitely be going back again if I have any other tire needs!

The guy at the service desk didn't try to sell me the most expensive set of tires they had. He gave me 3 quotes from different price ranges and was honest enough to tell me which one was was better deal. It took less than an hour to change my tires and I was on my way.

I went in for a tire alignment and found out that I had at least one bad tire that needed replacing. Of course you can't just replace one tire you have to replace two on an axle. Not a problem. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock at the time but it would be in tomorrow morning. The staff is very helpful, courteous and very friendly. It has been a while since I have been to Neal Tire and they've renovated their showroom and waiting room. Very well done and very comfortable chairs to wait in.And as always, if you like this review don't forget to give it a thumbs up.

Manager does a great job of trying to serve the customers, but often is overwhelmed and cannot handle the the demand. I am skeptical of mechanical service after work on my car did not solve the problem.Edit: Manager made a quick response to my concerns, offering to help make things better. I am changing a 3 star rating to 4.

I had to drive 23 miles to get to this store. I called and said I need a size 235/40r18. I have custom tires, but since my cars regular tire size is 225 he just assumed I was wrong and looked up 225/40r18 which is NOT the size I told him. When I get there, he takes me outside to show me I was wrong, only to realize I was right and that they don t have a tire in my size. I had to drive back with an air bubble in the tire that was meant to be replaced. With gas being 5.12 they could ve at least offered gas money.

Manager reminded us more than once he was too busy, got visibly frustrated when we ask questions, as if we were not also paying customers. Spoke to my mother like a she was a child when she ask if the 2nd tire could last a bit longer before replacement.When paying the bill, he must have realized he upset my mother because he made it a point to try to apologize, not to her but to me. When I mentioned she felt talked down to because she was a woman he said that was why he offered to take her out and show her the tires, just confirming my point. He disagreed with me and told me sorry she had a bad experience. Beware if you're a woman and want to ask a question. He might just be too busy to dumb it down for you.

Charged us $500 for changing an alternator on a truck then did not perform the service. Verified by a second shop. If you expect them to replace a part make sure you verify the work was actually done.

Chris, Shelby, and all the guys in the shop do amazing work. They're hard workers and they'll do everything in their power to get you what you need. I won't go to any other tire shop.

I got an oil change witch is good so far I bought a new tire and wanted it put on the front driver's side and I had a tire in the trunk that I wanted switched out with the tire on the back drivers side. Well they put the new tire on the back passenger side and today me that the the tire was bad but they put the good tire on the good rim . My son went down there with and the changes the tires around again . And I keep having flat tires on both front tires now.i will take it some where else and get new tires on front and have them to check out my trims.

I am from out of town and today had a low tire pressure light on, they took care of it immediately and checked all the others... no charge! Wonderful customer service!

Outstanding customer service, honesty, and knowledge, will not be going anywhere else after today. The level of respect and transparency was almost overwhelming, not to get into to many details just know, Neal has your back!

I did not mean to rate this a 3. I need a corporate number ASAP. Beyond pissed and want to Retrieve my husband s van for work that he needs on Monday that was supposed to be done yesterday and was very clear on that and kept it and now they re closed
