Always willing to help, very friendly, Very knowledgeable, and caring. Pretty quick too, and are always willing to work with you, sit down and explain everything to you, even if it takes more than once lol! Great people! Great place!

They never worked on my car before, but I had an issue of ABS and traction lights coming on. Dustin scanned and found problem, replaced brake sensor and referred where to have calibrated. Super nice, and explained everything.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Ruined the radiator in my car by hitting an animal. Insurance towed here and when we got it back the car over heated from having no coolant in it. Would not recommend using this place ever.

I brought my 2015 challenger to hokes because I know they do quality work. When I got my car back it was fixed to my specifications. I would recommend them to any one. They do great work.

My poor wrecked truck was towed here to be put on life support. Tragically had to pull the plug. Only thing I would improve is speed of dealing with insurance paperwork

Hokes collision in Lawrenceville is a joke, I do not recomend them for any kind of front end work. 1 of my new ball joints has been cross threaded (less than a year old) and now I have to get a new one, which is not cheap. They swear they didnt touch it, however my mechanic that originally installed them, installed them correctly. If my ball joint was loose or messed up, Croslows would have said something when they changed my inner and outer tie rods the day before Hokes had it for the alignment. The Manager said they didnt touch it, but magically I was told they couldn't tighten my ball joint on my driver's side, and they used 2 breaker bars to try and get my passenger side tire off and couldn't get my lug nuts to bust loose. I drove it back to Croslows, they used a normal torque wrench and had no problems with my passenger side lug nuts....... Hokes is not accepting responsibility, and now I'm out a ball joint..... in the past year I've spent over $1,000 on my front end, it's all brand new!
