Michael Stramaglia is a wonderful product specialist. This is my 3rd Chevy Equinox lease from him and 4th from the dealer. Michael has given us the best deal possible each time. We will continue to use Phillips Chevy as our go to dealership.

My vehicle purchase experience was fantastic. My salesperson, Marisol Morales, was excellent. She worked with me every step of the buying process, from the test drive to calling my insurance company to switch over my vehicle. I had an appointment for oil change and rotate tires. Ryan was my Service Agent and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I told him I couldn't remember when I had the engine and cabin filters last. Ryan said no problem, checking filters and other fluid levels comes with oil change. Later, Ryan said I only need one of the filters changed. I agreed and read my book until Ryan said my vehicle was done. Everything was smooth and excellent service as usual. Great job!

I wouldn't recommend that you buy a car here. This is the second time in a row I bought a car from them that's defective. The first car I bought they somehow changed my oil and a couple days later no oil. Bone dry and the first time my engine light came on. They claimed to have fixed the issue and that I'd be ok. Not even a month later light pops on again. They keep they car claim it was repaired and then not even a month later again. I went through this for a few months and they decide to trade assist me. Now again more manufacturer defects on the new vehicle and it's not even 2yrs old. BTW I bought them both brand new so how? I had to wait over 20 minutes to speak to a manager and he didn't care. He only came when I refused to let them move my car to service others when I was there first with an appointment. How is that customer service to just push me to the side. And they are very unconcerned or could care less after you sign. Really wish I kept my Ford. Had no problems

Rolling through on a road trip from IA to MI and the car started overheating. They came and picked us up while we had the car towed here. From the side of the road to back on in like 3 hours. Matt, and Matt say thanks to Advisor Matt There was also another advisor that helped and the guy who picked us up. I'm horrible with names sorry but for serious 10/5

The place was clean &neat. However, there was no gracious coffee available, staff was indifferent to my concerns about my key Bob and overall customer service was subpar to the Chevrolet Reputation/Legacy. Come guys...you can do better. "Perhaps, it was an Off Day for them." Your Digital Nomad...:)

Friendly staff. They always explain to you what your car needs and show you the part and tell you how it works. They are willing to work with you on the price of certain jobs which is a plus. Because with the economy the way it is, some off us need all the help we can get.

The brakes and steering were non issues which didn't require repairs. So over 4 hours for the other work... come on.

they showed me my car with the same mileage for $13000, but somehow my car only worth $4000 mark need to be fired lol
