Great local place with a helpful staff and decent prices. The thing that always strikes me about this place is just how friendly the staff are. They actually seem to want to help you and that's a rare treat.One of the employees, Richard, offered to help me put my windshield wipers on when it was super cold out. I actually had to tell him a couple times that I got it and I didn't want him to go out and freeze if he didn't have to.Highly recommended

Coming here was by far the best customer experience I have had in a long time. I was trying to make it back to Ohio and my car broke down close to their store. The manager Roxanne and Scooter were very accommodating to my girlfriend and I. They even bought us pizza! It was evident they were professionals and were respected by the community. Much love for them, and my new favorite parts spot.

Everytime I come here it s an unpleasant experience. They can t even help politely over the phone either. I called about the warranty on a part I had only bought a week prior . Told me it s nothing they can do and it s not her fault it was installed wrong and that s the only reason that part would fail. However it was in fact installed professionally. I also came here to purchase brake pads, the guy demanded I get rotors too. I told him I didn t need them (as I already had some), he says well whatever, don t come back in here trying to get a warranty when the pads wear down NEVER again will I go to this location.

They guy got mad because I returned a part. Sry I didn t need the part but the attitude wasn't necessary. Felt like he was trying to intimidate me. He snatched the box and slammed it down on the counter. Pretty sure the surveillance camera caught that. Then he goes get the manager and she comes over all frowned up like they were about to give me a beat down. No worries I won t return back to your store. Autozone will be my go to store.

Far and away the best experience I have ever had at an auto parts store. Not only did they have what I needed after breaking down on I80, they allowed me to make repairs there and the manager inquired if we needed something for lunch since she was running out. What a great bunch of people. I use O'Reilly all the time and this place is the best. If I lived closer they would be my only stop.Thanks!!!!!!

Store manager was rude and not compassionate. I used my last money to catch a Uber up to the store to swap out a battery because I had to be a work and the store manager took forever I explained to her I had a Uber outside and they would leave me and I had no money to get another Uber and she informed me the battery needed to charge an hour and there was no way around it. My Uber left me and I had to carry a battery in the cold 20 blocks. Thanks Oreillys I ll never buy anything again what s the point of a warranty if it can not be honored

My mechanic sent me here because he said AutoZone was trash, so I came here to buy 2 parts to fix my heat not knowing which one I needed or if I needed both. The person at the register said I could return one of them if I didn't need it. Fast forward to tonight where I go to return 1 part and they tell me there are no returns on electrical, which is the exact opposite of what they told me when I bought it. I also bought 2 30amp fuses 1 of which was burnt out or broken, which someone must have switched out at some point in the store, and they wouldn't give me my money back or exchange that either. Now I'm out $90 and they're out of 2 customers for good, one of which goes there for parts quite often (the mechanic). I'd rate them 0 if I could.

The employees were nice. Helped w/ free installation of windshield wipers blades. Store only had the blades and sizes I was looking for in 1 of the 3 brands. Also, TWO OF THE EMPLOYEES (both front store cashiers [Richard and a bald man]) WERE NOT WEARING MASKS/FACE COVERINGS. We're 1 year into a pandemic. Unacceptable.

It may seem like a small thing, but near the end of January 2019 I came in seeking some refuge from the -20 degree weather and a place to charge my phone who's charge had been sapped by the cold outside.The people inside couldn't have been more inviting and understanding. They set me up with somewhere I could charge my phone and make some distress calls, insisted that it was no problem for me to wait inside and get warm, and Roxeanne even brought me some food and water.I'm a semi truck driver and had been stranded in the cold for hours with a dead battery before it became unbearable.They stopped me from making a wild purchase on a jumper terminal that would have done me no good, and fixed me up with my own set of cables (I'd didn't have a set of my own to begin with)They gave valuable information and we're Ally's all the while, praise these people.

Some of the most friendly people I've ever dealt with I know it was a while back but my car is newer now so I don't have to see them as often but you can't miss going there the they know their stuff they have the stuff and their prices are very reasonable

I always have to pay $40 plus for windshield wipers I got a lifetime in murfreesboro tn but they wouldnt accept the offer in Chicago seems like a waste of money

Called to see if they could help me with a dashboard with no lights.Roxanne assisted us and was absolutely wonderful in researching concerning my 2005 RAV4 what the trouble could be. She located the fuse and installed a new one and we had LIGHTS .She went above and beyond. Thank you again Roxanne!!

I'm giving them one star because they had the part. I put the wheel bearing on my Prius and I lost 4 miles per gallon I don't know what's going on if it's dragging a bad bearing or what ... very disappointed
