Hi, I'm a single senior citizen who drove 150 miles from Indianapolis, IN to Lansing, IL to purchase a 2021 Nissan Armada SL from Napleton's River Oaks Honda on 10/23. Very exciting when purchasing a new vehicle. The process was very smooth and Bradley Reed the salesman was very knowledgeable & kind. I was able to test drive the vehicle & instantly I knew it was the one for me. Bradley was very prompt in answering all my questions & helped me connect my cellphone to access Car-play. On the way back home to Indy! We floated all the way! Nissan Armada is King of the rode!!! I m truly happy with my purchase!!!

Went to get work done on my car. Ran in to Sam, he was absolutely great. He helped me get a great deal on my new car and worked with me to get things I wanted for that car. Definitely go to him if you want someone friendly and helpful. 10/10 would go again.

Today i met with Alex Ortiz and the service he provided was AMAZING and OUTSTANDING i could literally cry. I was able to walk out was a NICE BMW. Took my car in for an oil change. The last thing I was expecting was to walk out with a brand new car! Earnest Norman was so kind and helpful. He informed me about the trade in promotion 2 seconds after walking in. He went above and beyond and I was able to drive off in a brand new car with no money down. He was very genuine and easy to work with. The process was very quick and I felt like I was in good hands. He wasnt a typical salesman, he actually wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible. Highly recommend this location and ask for Earnest!

Jason and Eli were great. We knew exactly what we wanted and they delivered to get us in and out quickly. I could tell Jason was knowledgeable on the vehicle we were purchasing and made sure to get answers when he didn t know. They were both very accommodating for us while we had our newborn twins as well to make our buying experience perfect.

If you're looking to buy a Honda or need any repairs to your Honda, RUN (don't walk) to another dealership! I don't care if your car breaks down in front of the place -- pay the tow fees and save yourself the aggravation by taking it SOMEWHERE ELSE.I purchased a 2013 Honda CRV for my child and went there to have a second key made. I called ahead of time to ensure that this was something they could so. They assured me it was. When we arrived, the service department informed us that they did not currently have the key in-stock, so they took us over to the parts department where they "supposedly" ordered a key. I was instructed to pay for the key up-front (no problem). They said that the key should be in in about 4 days (being the following Wednesday) and that they would call us so we could bring the car in to have the key programmed.I called on Wednesday and they told me it would be a few more days (no problem). I called again that Friday and again they said it would be a few more days.Finally, we received a text saying that the part was ready and to schedule an appointment with the service department. I scheduled the appointment and came in excited to finally get this second key programmed and in-hand. When I came in, I was informed that there was no key ordered, no record of them ordering a key, no record that we were ever there (even though the person in service department confirmed that she helped us), and no record that I paid anything. I showed them the transaction on my bank account and they told me that what I was charged for was not the cost of the key (according to them, the key cost less than what I paid) and they had no idea what I was charged for.They told me that they could not refund me. They suggested that I come in early Monday to speak to a parts manager (because they like to come in for a second and leave early), despite the fact that I have a JOB and work during the week. They also said they could not take my number to have a manager call me. These were the most UNHELPFUL people I have ever encountered at a car dealership and they absolutely did not care about the issue they caused.So, this multimillion dollar dealership basically stole money from a single mom who thought she was doing a great thing by buying her kid a Honda. And not to mention all the time wasted trying to work with these folks. This type of disorganization and lack of customer service is unacceptable. The lease on my other vehicle is ending and I was considering getting a Honda, but I will definitely be back at Chevy. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming! After a hour it felt like we knew everyone for years! We are not easy to work with due to limitations and wants/needs. They worked around anyway they could to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the deal being made!! Big shout out to Sam for all of his hard work! They go above and beyond!

Again Napleton Honda did it again low mileage newer car lower APR!! I went to a Nissan Altima to a Nissan Max max yo!!! Everyone in Napleton s River Oak Honda dealership are like family I ve been rocking with this dealership for years since 2019. My guy Bradley Reed looked up big time (Blessings) Brotha!!! My old Altima is in good shape so y all come River oaks Honda my family/ peoples are ready to serve you & put ya in a beautiful new/used cars. I m so excited thanks River Oaks Honda family again!!!

Bough a car from them a little bit over a year ago. My experience at the time was great! However 2 weeks after purchasing a vehicle, the tire exploded while driving (not going fast, checked dash cam and it was like 15 miles per hour) which caused a huge damage to the vehicle including me having to pay to repair axiles and other parts. The dealership said it was unfortunate but not on them. As a first time car buyer I said okay . The guy that sold me the car recommended a shop to me that ended up scamming me. Learned the hard way. Spent almost $2k fixing it. It was crazy to me at the time that a blown tire messed up so much!Took the car for yearly service a couple months ago. I asked them to check tire pressure, oil, breaks, etc. 1 hour later they gave me my car and a note saying I had refused to get my breaks changed (never happened). Technician said they just put that because they didn t have time. Did not make sense to me. Later come to realize literally no service was done. Promised myself I would not take my car here anymore. (They called me a couple days later and I provided feedback)Fast forward to today. I was in a car repair shop (got rear ended unfortunately and the person that hit me accepted responsibility, so their insurance covered everything). When picking up my car they asked me about the huge crash repair on the right side on the vehicle. Surprise: I apart from what I mentioned above, I ve never been in any sort of accident. Apparently the car had been in a couple different accidents prior to me purchasing and they discovered that while taking apart the car for repairs. They did not disclose this to me even though I specifically asked the seller if the car had been in an accident prior.Overall, just very disappointed with my experience.

Best car buying experience yet! I recently purchased my new car here from Eric. He made me feel at ease through out the entire process. Any question or concern I had, he readily addressed them. The finance team got me a rate & payment I am very satisfied with. I paid the price for the car as advertised on Cars Gurus. The car is in pristine condition & has all the bells & whistles as advertised. Eric followed up with me the next day to make sure I was still happy.
