I had a power steering hose start leaking on my International while in Lansing and the guys at the counter fixed me right up with hose and fittings for an emergency repair. It means a lot when you re on the road and need assistance, so thank you, everyone at JX Truck Center. Great group of guys!!

Unbelievable!!!Simply Recall!!!They told us to come today in 9am to do recall, so Piterbilt manufactures issue!Driver in hotel, loaded trailer, rerouted Now they don t have a spot???Answer from shop manager: I don t know who told you to come, we are overbooked Customer service

I came in there the other night and the young man Sam working the counter was very helpful. He helped my find the correct part I needed for my cab suspension. He even gave me tips on installing the parts. I will definitely be back if I ever need anything and I m in the area. It s hard to find great help nowadays. I m very thankful for his kindness and advice.

Excellent service, thank you very much. I went to a different shop. Charged me 10,000$ for nothing everything they did made more problems. Lansing Peterbilt assessed the problem and did the necessary repairs and I m back on the road.

Came in for some simple repairs,PM and inspection. Miguel the mechanic was very thorough and knowledgeable. Friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a part from these guys two weeks ago May 21st of 2021. I have tried to get ahold of these guys three different times today and usually spend most of my time on hold being told I'm caller number one. When i do get through to someone they say they cant help me and send me back to the shipping department which rings through to a voicemail and never get a call back. We have a truck that has been down awaiting parts from these guys. Terrible service!!!! Terrible business!!!! I have been on hold for 31 minutes..... FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO A GENTLEMAN NAMED SCOTT, VERY FRIENDLY AND IS WORKING ON RESOLVING THE ISSUE.

Read the reviews before coming here! My truck came here with a small issue they said would only take a day or 2 to fix, but ended up costing me 6 weeks and $12,000, I do not recommend this dealership for repairs. Your version of trying is to hold a truck for 6 weeks replacing the same component, namely my DEF pump, 3 times. And at the end saying nothing can be warrantied because you "found" dirt in the DEF tank after 6 weeks of the truck being in your possession. I hope to never bring my trucks anywhere near your dealership, and I don't recomend anyone else to do it either unless you have extra money to give to these greedy people.

Brought a truck to them with weird electrical issues previously diagnosed with CECU unit failure by a shop on a truck stop. Was expecting weeks long of wait and thousands of dollars in repairs. They run instead their own diagnostic and fixed the issue without replacing any of the expensive computers. Turned out to be an electrical shortage and bad bunk batteries. I am very grateful that they didn t take advantage and charged us thousands of dollars but instead did only what was necessary and got my driver back on the road within days! Thank you!

I ve been waiting and waiting for my truck to get fixed and it sounds like a guessing game cause a 1200 fix became a 2000 and then jumped to 8000 and now 11000 and still haven t figure out after three weeks going on a month what the issue is. I asked to speak with a supervisor and wasn t one on duty and had left for the weekend, like everyone is in a hurry to get out of their jobs. I really would like to know what is going on.

If you need quick and efficient service, this place ain't it. Don't recommend it. I got my truck back with issues that weren't there before I left it to these guys. Upset and disappointed, not going back.

Stacey, the shop manager is the man! Got me in and fixed up right away with very short notice. They were busy and short handed, but he squeezed me in and kept me rolling. If you need work when in this area, this is the shop to go to. He ll do everything he can to get you up ask quick as possible and as reasonably priced as possible.

Had an electrical issue with the truck over 2 months been to few other shops no one could find the problem. This guys did everything they could to fix it and they did!Nick, Erick ,Mark at the service desk provided great customer service.Mark and Teem mechanics (went out their way to help me ).Definitely will bee back.Got few Hotels in the area two right across the street.Food places 8-10 min walking.

One of the best service providers in the region, and certainly the best we cooperate with. As a company who works with VIP customers it's very important to know when your trucks are gonna be ready for the load, and JX don't just give you random dates. They give you THE date when you can count on your truck. Their manager Kenneth Bodamer obviously understands what that means to the carriers out there.

Went in for a regen on my 389. They found a massive coolant leak ;) they quoted me $450 to repair. I asked how much hose cost, they replied $52. Next they said I needed a DPF filter and quoted me $3,500 to replace it ;). Boy oh boy.... these guys are special!!Anyways picked up my truck from them next day. Went down the street to a mechanic who replaced my DPF filter for $1,400 including labor and didn t charge me for my coolant leak. So somehow I would have spent just over 4K to have these guys do a repair that actually costed me $1,400 somewhere else. Thanks JX!

Proably the worst dealer to ever get parts from. Got the wrong filters and belts for the truck im repairing then I ordered a door latch assembly and they sent me the wrong one that was on a 2 day back order so now i now i have a truck with no oil filters or door closing sitting in my shop bay. Great job guys keep it up.

Very Bad service and extremely long waits for repairs because of in-house lack of communication between management and the mechanics. Just recently I dropped my truck in for repairs that they had already ordered the parts for all necessary work to be done during my week vacation and they forgot to complete all the work with no legitimate excuse for it. Trifling shifters and irresponsible management that adds injury to insult. It's very sad that that's the only Peterbilt repair shop close to my terminal. my company is so upset that they're considering rerouting all are Peterbilts to Grate Lakes in Portage Indiana.

Be prepared to pay 30-40% more here than at any other Peterbuilt dealer. When I asked why their parts prices are so high compared to Labeau Peterbuilt or Great Lakes Peterbuilt, they cannot give a reason nor will they match the prices. Drive an extra 20 miles and save yourself a few hundred dollars

Worst service I ve ever experienced. They put me straight on hold for at least 20 minutes every time I call. They have no idea who they are ordering parts for. It seems like they don t keep records at all. If I were Peterbilt, I would close this branch forever or completely restaff it. They are a complete embarrassment.

Know what you doing when dealing with them. First truck...in 2017 I brought a 2015 volvo from them. I remember seeing a apu in it when first look at it. Came back to purchase and it was gone. Wish i would've walked away after finding out the price of one. Shameful please dont steal the parts off the trucks so you can resale later.

Peterbilt is garbage. Too expensive for low quality. They charge hood hinge,simple device from steel 1250$. When they make truck they make that bad to can sell you latter expensive parts...

MORE THAN 5 STARS FOR ALL GUYS WHO WORKS AT THIS PLACE.;I WORK WITH THEM SO MANY YEARS LIKE STEVE,JOHN,NICK,ZACK AND I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS.;ALWAYS NICE.;GIVING GOOD PRICES,EXPLAINING EVERYTHING WHAT YOU NEED,SENDING ALL DISCOUNTS OR SALES THEY HAVE.NICE TO WORK WITH THAT KIND OF PEOPLE--WISH ALL DEALERS WOULD BE LIKE THIS.WISH ALL MY BEST TO THIS TEAM!!!

I called here looking for parts for my truck. Called 3 times and was left on hold every time. I called at 9 am. Was told I was the only caller in the queue each time and still no answer. Terrible service.

I was excited to buy a truck from here until they tried to rip me off for my trade in!You would think I towed my truck in.I was offered less than scrap.Wow!Do not go here what a rip off.They expect you to pay sticker price no negotiating.When you comes to your truck.Here is $3500 take it or leave it!!A big waste of my time!Really disappointing with how I was treated.I didn t ask for the 10 s of thousands I put into the truck.But Light was on my dash and you would think that the truck was towed into the shop.They want you to jump through hoops for them but when it comes to you waiting the same from them.The answer I received was hey it s just business .Go somewhere else!!!!

They don't even know what services they cover. I spent a night there just to have them tell me that they couldn't work on my truck. Will never go there again.

Everybody here is amazing, they are honest and knowledgeable ! Pricing is great, downtime is always less with experienced people..
