The receptionist was rude. I told her I needed air in my tires, she asked if I tried to put air in, I replied no. Her was r�ponse was Goodluck hope the air stays in. Lol what kind of response is that.

The young lady told me my tire wasn't repairable and that I needed to purchase a new one. Stated they don't have long patches. I told her I bought them from Firestone, and she said they wouldn't fix it. I asked okay do you have the exact tire and she informed me that she had never heard of the type of tire I had but would order it. I said I'll take my car somewhere else. I had a nail. I took it somewhere else and the guy fixed it in 10 minutes.

Took my 2016 charger there for a wheel alignment and the people that work there are amazing people man. Best customer service ever and did a wonderful job on my car very well appreciated. They helped me when no other shop could help me and would recommend anybody to go there. Thanks for your service!

I had a 9:00 am appointment for some tires I got here at the lansing location at 8:30 and notified the staff I arrived early. I stayed in my car 15 minutes the gentleman came out and got my truck at 8:45 and I'm walking out at 9:15 with new tires. I'm completely satisfied with the service and the team at this location.

It s been at less 2 years since I just stopped taking my vehicles here! From my wife s Honda Accord to my Chevy Suburban oil changes would lead to other damages. I had this feeling of shady play on my suburban as I waited 2 hours for oil change (not extremely busy) the looks the manager and mechanic gave each other as if they should tell me or not that they broke my brake line or let me find out myself.My brake line was replaced prior to this oil change. Unfortunately they are right down the street from me but I can t live a car life of setbacks again and again with this business

I m traveling through the area for work, needed to replace 5 tires for my fifth wheel, picked this spot by random. I am very pleased with the customer service and the quickness of my visit. Ms. Janet is above and beyond as an employee. I have definitely recommended this location.

I went there for an estimate for my BMW i3. Jon gave me an idea of what it would cost to put new tires on my car out the door. The next day, the tires couldn't escape potholes on I294. This car only takes one brand and offers 1 tire. I had the car towed there before 12. He said the tires would be there toward the end of the day. Jon had my car ready before they closed. Jon was friendly and professional but Pay attention to the charges. It wasn't what I was quoted initially. It took me a week to look at my receipt after the ordeal of tires. I went back to the store and the store manager, Janet said I had to come back when Jon is back even though she was standing there and I had explained that the first time she tried to over charge me. I thought he corrected the price but I asked for road hazard and didn't pay attention that the full adjustment hadn't been addressed. A difference of $155.00. I called their Corporate Office to make a complaint..still waiting. Went back Wednesday to speak to Jon and the Store Manager, Janet wasn't there. He said he would have the issue resolved through Corporate. Although I don't like what happened Jon was still friendly and professional. Maybe he should be the Manager, at least he remembers what happened and wasn't being deceptive just a honest mistake.

This JUST TIRES/GOODYEAR STORE has had a old lifetime relationship with me. They were originally in the Chgo., Illinois area. I have always purchased all of my All trirange trucktires from this dealership as well as for my sport cars too.However I've always backed up all my new tire purchases w/ a warranty plan. After that any tire repairs has been free. I dont recall having to pay out a co-fee unless it was customer abuse of my tire.I remember they even once totally reimbursed me for a tire blowout when I had an incident downstate Illinois near Champaign. I had to have a State Trooper call me a tow truck to come out to me to do a tire changeover. My money was mailed back in a reasonable time. Because I saved my receipts and contacted their headquarters and explained my situation. I received all my expenses back to me.

I can honestly say this has been the best customer service experience of any form of mechanic service that I have experienced. After almost a year of trying to remove stripped locks for new tires we genuinely we're ready to give up. While they very clearly warned us it may not be possible I was simply grateful they would even try. While I won't say they can do anything I will say they won't stop trying and I am happy to report we have new tires at easily the best price I have found. Seriously, don't go anywhere else.

I noticed previous reviews said how nice and friendly the staff was unfortunately that was not my experience. My tire was low and I stopped here to get it checked. I thought great I won't have to wait because nobody else was there.I went in and there was a guy already behind the counter entering information into the computer. I stood at the counter patiently waiting only to be completely ignored. He never looked at me or said anything to me.I stood there another minute only to have one of his co workers come up front and they began to have a conversation with each other.Neither of them ever acknowledged me. I found this to be very rude and disrespectful. Not sure what the issue was but this was not good customer service at all!Needless to say I left and plan never to return. Their loss was a competitors gain that I had never been to. I was greeted right away and they were friendly and courteous.Just Tires may want to train their people in how to provide good customer.

For my next oil change I decided to give just tires a try. They were able to get me in quickly and service my car. I was quoted a price of 24.95 plus tax. I thought what a great price.Then they asked me to sign a estimate. Low and behold the price changed to$31.51 total. After reviewing it they added a $3 disposal fee for the oil filter and $1.75 shop fee. These junk fees are ridiculous. Makes me wonder if I ever got anything done here what other junk fees they have.In the future I will take my business elsewhere. Pep boys quotes a all in price plus tax.

On August 19th 20 21 I had a problem getting an oil change with my car i usually get my oil changed a Just tires but they were unable to do it at the time so i went to another place. The other establishment had a problem Removing the pin cap. They Implied that the previous person had damaged the plug .. I took my car back to Just tires who had done the oil change and the manager Janette ortiz was so helpful in getting the plug off replacing the cap and giving me an oil change the problem was not with their establishment it was with the other I always get my oil changed there but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait but I will never go to a different place again .

I'm next door earing, looks pretty slow right now from the outside. I will post a review to see how they are. Customer service is my #1 peeve. I'm from NC and travel often. As well as other car club members,. So 1 bad review is highly take. Into consideration when you're relying on your tires for safe travels.

I had been a Just Tires Lansing, IL customer for 8 years and received good service until having a LIFE THREATENING experience. On 02/05/2018, I took my car in for 2 new tires, an alignment, wheel balance and tire rotation for a cost of $424.66. On 02/08/2018, as I was turning into the drive thru at Dunkin Donuts, my front passenger tire (the new one that Just Tires installed 3 days earlier) completely fell off!! I was scheduled for a road trip to Indianapolis that day and praise God I was not on the highway when the tire popped off or I may not have lived to warn others.I called Triple A who towed me to Pep Boys that was located directly across the street from Dunkin Donuts but for 1.5 hours, I was literally stuck blocking entrance to the Dunkin Donuts. My car could not be pushed or moved because everything locked up when the tire fell off. Pep Boys informed me that my ball joints and brake line had broken and my axil was out of place. The repairs cost $782.54.Later that day, I contacted Just Tires and spoke to the store manager, Janet Ortiz. I explained what happened and told her I had pictures of the vehicle stuck in the Dunkin Donuts drive thru. Ms. Ortiz sounded appropriately apologetic and assured me Just Tires would take care of my cost to Pep Boys. She requested that I bring in the bill and send copies of the photos at the scene of the breakdown. I submitted both items as she requested. On 02/12/18, I was shocked to receive a call from Ms. Ortiz informing me Just Tires was not going to take responsibility for their negligence. She stated the ball joint broke because I hit something which was absolutely untrue. The pictures I sent clearly showed my vehicle did not bump or hit the curb of the drive through as there would have been tire track marks in the snow. Ms. Ortiz then went on to say she had contacted Pep Boys and they told her the damage to the ball joint came from me hitting something which was a total untruth. I connected Pep Boys on a three way with Ms. Ortiz and the representative stated he did NOT inform Ms. Ortiz that the damage was due to me hitting something. Ms. Ortiz had simply lied.Ms. Ortiz then stated she contacted the Lansing police and they informed her I refused to allow a tow truck that was sitting in the lot to tow my vehicle to another repair shop. Again, she lied. Since Triple A was taking so long and I was blocking business for Dunkin Donuts, the Lansing Police asked if I would use a tow company that was located a few minutes away. I AGREED to use the tow company at a cost of $150 however, the tow company wanted cash and I only had a credit card so they could not provide the service. The tow truck referred by the Lansing Police was not sitting in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot.I asked Ms. Ortiz why she was being dishonest and attempting to not take responsibility for an error that could have cost me my life. She again stated the tire fell off due to me hitting something and the ball joint was in good shape when the repair was completed 3 days earlier......again she lied because I DID NOT HIT ANYTHING. I was simply driving into a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru to get a cup of coffee.I received a call and then a notice from the Goodyear claims department that "there does not appear to be any negligence on the part of the store that would have caused the condition I reported".I am shocked that a reputable company would attempt to shirk their responsibility for poor service that could have ended in dire consequences for a customer, but for the grace of God. Suffice to say, they have lost my business.

Very disappointed in customer service. I called in regarding a flat tire repair because I had a couple questions and the man informed me they don't take appointments??Which was confusing because I was literally looking at my computer scheduling an appointment on the website they created.It seems he did more talking than actually listening to the question I had and also informed me they don't " take appointments ". He told me it doesn't matter if I schedule an appointment online they are first come first served. I am very DISAPPOINTED , what's the point of having an online scheduling system if you won't honor it? I can't imagine how many people schedule online then come in and end up having to wait 3+ hours for an appointment they scheduled. Oh well, i'll be taking my services to discount tire.

Bought 4 good year assurance tires on 10/15 and was driving and my tire blew out. They were trying to say i hit something which is a lie and wouldn't replace it.. Special place in hell for them.. Will be contacting good year

Janet, Larry and Sal were amazing they always go above and beyond. Got all four good year all season assurance tires with the 3 year alignment plan. Wife is super happy with the alignment.

You have any questions they answer in a nice and polite tone. If you need anything it will take an reasonable amount of time like oil change and what note can they have great tires! They do not sell used tires only new ones!

I live in the city but drive to this Just Tires because of the all around service. The employees are polite and helpful. And the work is done timely. Nice clean atmosphere with coffee and hot chocolate for the kids.

if you didn't know Just Tires is owned by Goodyear I bought a pair of assurance Goodyear tires from this location they scratched one of my rims I called in to the manager to request the problem be fixed she told me to come in I was in Merrillville Indiana it took me a little under 20 minutes to get there when I arrived the manager was gone but the guy that she had come out and look at my car was great fact of the matter is that sport customer service if you tell me that you going to wait on me and you're going to take care of me then that's what you should do she seemed that to be so concerned with the problem that I had the only reason why they've got two stars is because of that nice gentleman who took the time to explain to me what needed to be explained

I got a flat tire, and they were able to replace it right away that same day, even though it was Sunday! They also noticed that one of my other tires was almost completely worn away, so I didn't end up stranded on the highway when it failed, too

Just bought 4 tires reasonable price do very good work customer service was great. Looking forward to doing more business with yall.
