Exactly what you think of when you hear sleazy cheating used car salesmen. We traded in our car here because my wife was absolutely in love with the car they happened to have. I never shop at used car dealerships and these guys reminded me why. Sales manager told me that they d be sending my new plates to my house in 3-4 weeks in October. Temp plates expired in January..it s February and the dealership has my plates and have not sent them still. I live far away from the dealership so I can t go pick them up. I can t drive my vehicle without license plates and the sales manager has literally been avoiding me as I have been calling EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS with absolute no help so far. Completely unprofessional. Do not shop here. Do what I should have done and tell your wife to buy from an actual good dealership

Good Customer service is what keep customers and Guaranteed Motor has that! Had no problem from them explaining what I was paying for. They help me out a great deal. I left with the vehicle I came there for at a good price!

I do not recommend purchasing from here especially if you re a first time car buyer or you have little to no credit. They just take advantage and mark up the vehicles. It was a few weeks after purchasing and we were already pulling 30 codes from this car. It s almost a year later and the vehicle needs over $1,200 put into it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Go to a place that doesn t buy junk cars. :-)

Purchased a vehicle from them out-of-state. The condition of the vehicle in the description and photos on their website were very misleading. There were several instances of touched up body damage that were not disclosed, including a rust spot! Also the climate & vehicle control screen takes 5 to 20 minutes to come on when the vehicle is started. This was straight up hidden and only discovered upon driving the vehicle home. So far, they are refused to admit any wrong-doing or to make good on the needed repairs. Very disreputable. Do not buy a vehicle from them, no telling what else they hide from customers.

Amazing people to work with ! Show them what you want and they ll help you get it. I was almost positive I wouldn t be approved for anything that day and Nasser was able to get me leaving in my first choice on the lot!

Owners are scam artist they took my 2500$ and told me to take them to court knowing that was my last 2500$. That s probably why they moved from highland. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL ROB YOU AND GIVE YOU A MESSED UP CAR IF THEY FEEL LIKE THEY CAN GET OVER ON YOU

I love my new car y all really hooked me up nice with a fresh detail and full tank in my vehicle I love everything guaranteed motor cars did for me. I purchased a nice Chevy impala 2018 with no money down!!! If you want to drive for the next ten years come shop here no problems guaranteed!

I had a very satisfying experience with Rami and Nick at Guaranteed Motor Cars. They were very helpful with my needs & wants and offered me a vehicle that fit all those. Rami is not your typical car salesman, he was not at all pushy and he was very professional. I have and will continue to recommend Guaranteed Motor Cars for anyone that is looking for a good used vehicle, mainly for the way Rami treated me but also for the good quality vehicle I was sold.
