I was considering them for service (since not far from home) BUT reading reviews AND OWNER response was a complete turn off! I called store spoke with someone, very short and clueless as to the service (install lighting) I was inquiring. She clearly didn t want to work on this day. Yea no thanks to future problems. My opinion, this business doesn t value customers nor their work which soon will lead to a CLOSED business.

I ve been dealing with Rick and forza ever since they opened with one counter and no rims and tvs on the wall in the store lol. They ve touched every single one of my cars and even brought friends cars for remote starts. Great work and excellent customer service . I had a slight hiccup with our last interaction but I can thank COVID-19 for that which caused my order to take over a month for them to get my item but he finally made it right. Only issue I had is communication since the showroom is closed and rick is taking all the calls. Other than that rick and the crew are A1 in my book

By far the absolute worst experience I have ever had. They will rip you off then string you along with promises they have no intentions to fulfill for so long that you just give up trying to get any resolution. In all honesty, stay clear of this place if you value your car, your time and your money.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!! The experience as a whole was horrible. I took my car in for a simple radio and camera install. Was told before hand it was a one day process. That was a lie. Took them three days, probably longer if I didn t need my car back, with no update on what was the hold up. When I finally did get my car back, I was in such a hurry that I jumped in, tested the radio and camera, and took off. That s where me as the customer was na�ve. I should of checked EVERYTHING. Unfortunately, I was going out of town and wouldn t be back for 2 weeks. I get back and take my car on a store run. I hit a little bump and look at the pictures below. First, I noticed the shifter portion lifted. It made me pull over and examine it and I saw it was missing some screw underneath. That s when I drove back home to do a more thorough check of my car. Middle compartment loose and missing screws, compartment under steering wheel loose and missing screws, and broken little part pieces on the driver side floor. Ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money here. Also, the radio was placed very poorly and the bracket was install incorrectly. I will be getting all of this repaired at a location that knows what their doing.

My first rating I gave them five stars, but now I have to change my rating to some issues I just discovered with my radio they put in my car. I am not happy about this at all.

They get you to post a review to get a discount then do such a bad job I had to have all the spaghetti wiring the put in pulled out and a new starter added. Cost me hundreds, had to have my car towed. Horrible! Don t go there for a remote starter!

I am SOOOO VERY PLEASED with this PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND AMAZING company!! Forza has provided GREAT service for both of my vehicles!! Rick and all of the guys were amazing with ensuring that my vehicle was properly taken care of and I was even refunded a portion of my payment when he found out that all of the services I paid for weren't needed for my vehicle. As a business owner, I love when a company is honest and trustworthy! My last remote starter was installed by Forza, and it lasted the ENTIRE TEN YEARS that I owned the car!! I'm sure the new one will last as well!! I LOVE this place and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I came in looking for a Front/Rear Dashcam and remote start. When I got my car back I noticed immediately how clean the work was! I was even more happy when I got the price tag because no one in the area can compete.I called several places and I'll never go to a different place for custom work! Rick and his crew will get you taken care of, making the process easy while explaining exactly how to use your new products with care. From start to finish it was a great process delivered with expert service!

Great place to get your car's remote start put in just in time for the winter! Fantastic job with installation and my first one lasted almost six years with no issues! They stay busy so book your appointment early before the rush. Good customer service TOO. I'm happy overall.

I've brought a few of my cars here for different things and I've never had a problem. From car alarms, remote starts, sound systems never once had a problem. Just recently came and got a new touch screen radio installed and they did a really good job. Would recommend this place to anyone.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!!!! From the time you walk through the door your greeted with a very professional and welcoming customer service! Then it doesn t stop there from the prices, selection of products, and the clean work, they will exceed your expectations of the outcome! The young lady (Ashley) at the front desk and the manager (Rick) gives you high quality satisfaction on your overall experience and service! There is no restriction on the type of vehicle for your alarm install ! I ve been turned around from several shops because I own a Lexus and an infinity overall foreign vehicles!! !!! However!!!! This shop is now my new home for car audio, after market lighting and rims! Thank you all so much for your outstanding service!!! Forza!!!!

I would give this terrible establishment a zero star if I could. So, it took them 3 and a half days to install my 15s and a db drive amp. Ok, whatever. Now here it is months later and my amp is shot. They TOLD me it had a year warranty, but now they re saying it s only a 90 day warranty. How convenient. If you stand behind your product, then you should replace it. Ijs, my other vehicle has had the same amp and speaker system for over 4 years. Never an issue. So come here at your own risk, but don t say I didn t warn you!! Furthermore, I find it really odd that most of the bad reviews are centered around amp issues. And your only solution is to just buy a new amp . Ijs

Got a remote start installed on my Toyota from them and I love it. They seem like their always pretty busy as I had to wait a couple days for my appointment but well worth it. They helped with all my questions and my remote start works great!

I've recently had LED headlight bulbs installed in gf's car here and these guys again did a great job! They use premium headlight bulbs that last and do not flicker at all. 3 years ago I installed LED headlight bulbs on my car and they are still running and just as bright as ever and am so glad I got them now for my gf's car. Over the years I've also had radio's, speakers, and a custom sub woofer box made with them and all turned out great. Customer service is also top notch and they care about their customers. My experience with this shop does not compare and these guys know what they are talking about. They also are very reasonable in pricing and do quality work. They are truly my one stop shop for all my car customization needs. I already have them in line for more work to be done on my vehicles.

This place and there service is horrible. I bought my products and had them installed here in August of last year. The sub I bought stopped working not soon after. I brought it back and was suppose to receive a new one. Fast forward they just now taking care of that problem. The amp I bought here stopped working so I bought another one. For some reason the amp keeps going into protect mode. So I made an appointment to see was anything wrong with the wiring. I bring it in today and the girl at the front desk told me I gotta make another appointment for them to install the power, ground, and remote wire into the amp to see what the problem is. Something that takes less than a minute to do I gotta set another appointment?

Got a remote start for my mom as a gift. Guys were very helpful with the different options available and good prices. Other shops didn t take the time to explain a lot of things. She needed a new battery as well and they gave her a good price on that too. Will be coming back for more work on our family vehicles.

I went into Forza to get all four of my tires switched and i loved it! They have a very friendly staff who are fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Price was very reasonable and service was top notch! My car now runs like a brand new one! Will always be coming back to Forza to get my car done.

First let me say at the times of purchase everyone was friendly. I came in with a amp I Purchase off Amazon and was installed with know problem for a good price but was told by the owner that my sound system would sound better if I had a better amp and he had one he could sale me. So I bought the amp he referred and when they installed it sound waste. The guy that installed it said it sound like that because now my speaker wasn't strong enough. In that case why would you sale me a stronger amp. Less than a month later the amp blows .And when I call back to check the warranty the young lady that was so nice before wasn't anymore. To make a long story short she said if I had my receipt to prove they installed it they would check it but I had to wait a week for a opening . Yeah ok. In there system it said I bought the amp but they didn't install it.. Its cool I I just replaced the amp and I will never go there again and know one I know will either...

I live in Hammond Indiana, so after being serviced poorly at Sounds like Security, I decided to take the drive over to Lansing. I was greeted kindly by the young lady at the front desk, and she advised that I speak to Rick about what I needed. My subwoofers were hooked up completely wrong at the other shop and I was so pissed about spending money over and over again but not getting the sound quality I was used to. Rick explain to me exactly what I needed to do and his guys did an excellent job. I will continue to have all my work done here at Forza. Quality work with great pricing. Please, don't sleep on this place. I HIGHLY recommend Forza Customs!

This place is amazing! I had a remote start put in my son's car for Christmas and like their work, so I took my 1977 limited edition Firebird over to Rick. He managed to find heavy duty actuators so I can have power windows and locks; he put in an alarm and a stereo with speakers WITHOUT DAMAGING THE ORIGINAL INTEGRITY OF THE CAR! Forza is the only place I will ever go to get custom work done on my cars

Had a remote start and alarm put on one of my trucks back in 2017. I had issues with it since day 1. The remote never connected. Had to hit the remote start button minimum 3 times while standing 20 feet away. Same with the door unlock. Brought it in 3 times to get fixed, and I wanted the truck to run longer. They told me I had to put new door lock switches in and that was my problem. They didn't even raise the run time of the remote start. I went to get new remotes for my truck today. They want 65 for a 1-way remote that I found at another local shop for 45, and 145 for the 2-way remote I found at a shop for 80. My remote start wasn't installed right so another shop has to tear apart my truck to figure out what wire they didn't hook up. Btw had a remote start put on my work truck (the door lock switches dont work at all) and they lock and unlock without any issues with the remote

I have customized my cars for many years and this place by far has been the best. Jesus and Rick both took the time to find exactly what I wanted in my car. They were not pushy at all nor did they try to upsell me. Quick installation as well. Great atmosphere, will not go anywhere else!!! Definitely check it out

Very slow. Had appointment and work on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT was shabby had to ask for manager to see why installed product sounded horrible. They Cancelled my appointment on another occasion and never called to reset once their sounds installer returned. Spent over $3K w them in past would never again use their services. If u choose them get rdy to talk w other customers who complain of communication and time issues. Ijs THEN THEY REPLY THE DONT HAVE A RECORD OF ME COMING IN....:REALLY PAID YOU $500 for shotty work I really want my dam $$$ Back!!!
