Very professional staff. Communication is amazing. They let you know if anything changes with the estimate. They don't keep you in the dark at all. They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. Car looks brand new. Only the 2nd time I've needed them ( thank God lol) but amazing is all I can say & I'll continue to come back when needed

My vehicle was hit by another vehicle while parked. The other driver car insurance company recommended CDE Collision Center. Great choice. They were very professional. This is a great place to bring your vehicle if need any type of body work done. Not worth one star. I was told by Diane Sikma that they couldn't get repairs done for a couple of months, then she stated I can have them sent you the check and you can go get a door put on elsewhere. What about the damage to my cab Diane! Everyone has told me there is going to additional repairs needed done outside of the estimate, so im just supposed to except a door vs the true repairs ive paid the insurance company for over the last 10 years you.need to sharpen your estimating skills along with the ability to perform your initial estimates.Who ever was in charge 5 years ago, was a real business person who knew customer service and had the ability to identify 95%damages on the spot.

Brought my car in to get my rear bumper fix due to a damages. Friendly customer service when you first walk in. They explain procedures very well and kept me updated on process. Excellent repair work, flawless. Went above and cleaned the outside and inside of my car. Definitely recommended and will be doing business in the future. Great job guys.

I keep getting rear-ended so I keep coming back to CDE lamsing. The shop itself is clean and comfortable, the employee behind the desk is always pleasant and polite. The work is done very well, and in my experience, ahead of schedule. Also by text message they keep me updated every step of the way. They even help handle the return of the rental. This is my third experience with them and should I have to have more work done, I will use them again.Service: Body & Trim

Hard to score.Repair planner was courteous and kept me informed. The repairs look to be in order 4-5 stars.*However, there was a 6 mile difference between drop-off & pickup, attributed to a test drive. My understanding is that a post-repair test drive is usually between 1-3 miles.**Also, a pair of youth-sized gloves were discovered under the passenger seat. Its possible that CDE employees or subcontractors used the vehicle for personal transport.***The uncertainty reduces confidence & the overall score by 2 to 3 stars.Service: Body & Trim

I was very satisfied with visit from when I dropped my vehicle off up until i picked it up.and the job was supposed to take roughly 2 weeks however they completed the work before the 1st week was over did an excellent job on my vehicle looks brand new again. They were very professional and very friendly and explain everything in detail and kept in communication with me throughout the time my vehicle was in their shop and where they were with it. They quoted me one price! Got there and the price tripled. After I talked a while the price went down 40%. I feel like I was duped. I payed $5100 bucks after I was originally quoted 2,000. Told them I didn t want the service so they told me it would be 1000 bucks to put back together what they took apart with no repairs! I ll never return to this place for any services

This is the second time I've used CDE to fix a vehicle after a collision and I'm very satisfied. They keep you updated and informed about the progress of their work and did their best to finish by the projected time. Their customer service reps are always courteous and helpful. They also have an arrangement with Enterprise to get a rental car on-site and return it there when your car is finished, which is very convenient. I highly recommend CDE.Service: Body & Trim

The work was done quickly and the car looked brand new. The interior was also detailed well. The only issue was that I never received the call to tell me how long the work was going to take. I called after 48 hours to find out that were almost done with my car and I could pick it up soon. I would go back for any body work that I need done. I ve been going to CDE for a while now for any body damage on my vehicle and they haven t failed me yet. This time they had to repair some body work and my steering column because my car was stolen, at first they let me know it may take up to 2-3 months but they kept me updated every step and I received a call that I can pick my car up and everything is complete.
