The helped greatly! I was able to replace my battery with assistance from the Auto Zone employees! They ran multiple test to locate the problem and had great customer service! I know if I ever run into car troubles again, I'll definitely be stopping at my local Auto Zone first!

Service is slow management is more interested checking workers schedules than customer service. I waited for 20 minutes before getting help.

I purchased my battery online but when I came in there were ready to service and take care of my deeds but once they figured I'd pay for it online to give me the battery that I purchased everything was good very happy they did a good job

Let me tell you a story about Pat. In 2023, an autozone employee was sent to Lansing to provide a service. That employee promptly showed up for work at the Lansing autozone. Today, still wanted by the auto parts industry, she survives as a store manager of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find her.... maybe you can hire Pat.

Store 2252 has been the only store I go to, they are always very helpful in getting my parts and ordering my parts to come in on a timely manner, as I'm a on the road mechanic. Thanks to Pat and her staff for all there help

Had check engine light pop up unexpectedly just had approximately 3k worth of auto service last year so the last thing I want to see is a check engine light. So I was thinking how I'm I going to find out what this is my schedule is very tight; then it came to me " Auto Zone. So I popped into my GPS for the nearest store and it sent me to this location. The gentleman who did my diagnostic test was very knowledgeable and helpful and told me the best options. He gave me a peace of mind. This store was a great experience. I will definitely be back.

I went into the store to have my battery tested. It took them a while to locate my prior battery purchase in their system. They continued to search and finally located it. I purchased a new battery and they installed it right there at the store. I didn't get the name of the young man who helped mem

I called the store to see if they had my battery for my car in stock, they did. I told the guy I would be there in 5 minutes. The battery was on the counter waiting for me. He asked if I would like for him to swap it out for me. I said sure. He had it done in less then 5 minutes. That's why always go there 1st. They have great customer service.

Mark was super helpful! he did a great job changing my windshield wipers ! It was cold out and I am super happy he did it. I will only shop at Lansing Auto Zone and really appreciate their great service.

Instead of her assisting me with the product, she's too busy worrying about If I parked in disabled parking. Then walk to the back and have me standing for over 10 minutes until another young lady came to assist me. If I could give "0" stars, I would.

Very convenient, as it is up the street from my house and I don't do O'Reiley. Staff was incredibly helpful and not just trying to sell me, which was very much so appreciated. Only downside is that the wait to get some help, as both associates were busy for a few minutes, and while I was being assisted, the line grew and formed to about 4 or 5 people waiting. Not sure how that could be helped as it was 6 in the evening, when so many people have just gotten off work and home.

Called before I went to pickup a battery for my car.The gentleman was there waiting for me arrive.He was very professional and kind . He check to be sure it was my battery and not my alternator .Change my battery I was there about 20 minutes .Great customer service .

The best Autozone I have been to so far located in Lansing off Torrence. Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. Even as a professional certified automotive technician, i shared my knowledge with them and customers. They have used it to the best of their ability and they acknowledge me whenever I would come into the store.

Refused to let me make my purchase because I wasn t wearing a mask despite the fact I was vaccinated and the CDC says vaccinated are recommended but not required to wear a mask. Left the items on the counter and took my business elsewhere. Went to another Autozone location in Indiana and had no issues being in there without a mask.

Store #2252 Lisa helped change my tail light and she was so helpful! She even showed me how to check my tire pressure! Will definitely go back to her when I need something

Good customer service. Have everything, just about, that you may need for or need to know about your vehicle. Very high-tech and can pull almost anything up about your vehicle on their computer screen---whether domestic or foreign. Gotta tip my hat to them...
