Great customer service, very high quality control standards, these folks are the best! I have purchased a number of custom OEM BMW parts from IND over the years and they have all been flawless. My latest project was the custom painted roundels, which look fantastic on my black G42! Thank you IND!

Thanks to everyone at IND Distribution for answering your email when a question arises. Sometimes we as customers like to know if a product is in stock prior to purchase. Because we either need the part as an emergency no matter the circumstances IND is always there to make things easy at check out.Each item listed on their No website allows you to ask questions and you get a reply immediately.We have been there before where we make a purchase on a promise that the part is available to only wait weeks for it. Dishonest business practices! I ve purchased twice with IND and I ve been extremely impressed with the rapid shipping.Yesterday I ordered a stud conversion kit for my wheels and Lugnuts with locks. I believe that within a few minutes after my purchase I immediately got a tracking number no lie literally a few minutes.!Thanks everyone at IND DISTRIBUTIONAND MERRY CHRISTMAS AND WISH YOU ALL A HAPPY NEW YEARS WISHING YOU GUYS A SUCCESSFUL 2024!!!!

OEM quality products.Ordered side emblems, which were a different color than the current rear emblems, I was able to return them for store credit for another item; which has been installed.Email communication was fast and they are very responsive. For requesting return, sending item back, and receiving store credit was about 5 days.

Wow I'm amazed at how quickly I received my merchandise. The BMW M fender emblems in gloss black are high quality and they look awesome on my X1. Fast and efficient service. I won't hesitate to shop at iND Distribution!

Beware when ordering from them they have small disclaimers instead of just listing the part correctly and with the correct options for either left hand drive or right hand drive.They do not accept responsibility for their own mistakes and expect me to pay postage costs for an item that should have simply been listed correctly as per every other website that stocks this product . I will not be purchasing from them again.If you can t list items correctly don t ship overseas simple as that. Small disclaimers tucked away in frequently asked a questions does not constitute providing information. List your items properly if they have options for left hand or right hand drive cars.Also beware of their support team, seems like they are not in the same country some language barriers and not helpful at all.

Unbelievably fast shipping to Virginia! I placed my order with IND five hours after I placed an order for something else unrelated on Amazon. My IND order arrived BEFORE Amazon Prime delivered and everyone knows how fast that is!Then there's the quality of the product, which is top notch and packaging couldn't be better. Boxed, double boxed, padding in the box, bubble wrapped, taped, and boxed again! No chance for damage. If every company shipped with such speed and care, there would be no delivery day blues! 100% recommend!

I had the pleasure to work with Ryan and Ania@iND on a more complicated order for my 2008 BMW M3. I ordered over $10k in motorsport parts from renowned German Motorsport Tuning shop Motorsport24 (M24). I entrusted iND to act on my behalf with communicating with M24, and coordinating the order. This process was long as things were made-to-order, and I was extremely grateful for the constant updates from the iND team. When the order finally arrived to iND from Germany, the team asked my permission to open everything up, ensure no damage, and then package it even better than M24 did...I gladly agreed.Everything arrived safely from iND to me in Toronto.I'm very grateful to have gone through this process with iND, and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, transparent, and excellent customer service experience for their BMW parts.

Trying to think about IND.Basically they are one of the better aftermarket purveyors of bimmer stuff. I've bought a lot of CF items and a painted engine cover. I have zero complaints and nothing but accolades. These guys do it right and thats coming from an ecomm for 16 veteran with sales of 30M. I will continue to be a customer of IND.

More great customer service from the iND team. Ordered the Auto Tecknic Carbon Fiber Charge Tank Cap Cover for my '22 M5 Comp and it arrived very fast. iND sells quality parts and this is another example. Fit and finish is spot on. Customer support and response in order placement is exceptional.

best aftermarket/oem part source hands down. located just a couple hours from me so parts are typically delivered next day. shipping Is fantastic and every part is packaged well. ive been purchasing parts from them since ownership of my first bmw and still purchasing from them on my 4th bmw. fantastic company.

Working on a project car and was essentially going to use IND as my one stop shop for all the parts based on reviews and research. While waiting for some plans to come through, I ordered a stud kit but wasn't sure of the length I needed. pack came, I did not use the entire kit as I wanted to keep the condition like new in case it too long. I hand threaded one wheels worth of studs and didn't torque it down to again, keep the condition good. Turns out they were too long so I took them out. I didn't drive with them or anything. Upon attempting to return, the condition isn't new, so my monies been wasted.PLEASE be 100% certain what you buy from them is what you need and will fit. If there is any doubt, you can't return it. This experience sucks as I was looking forward to having a 1 stop shop for my e92, but I can't take the risk of spending money not being able to return something that's been opened.

Amazing place! The only shop I find the e9x CCB conversion bucket. Apparently the shipment was lost by ups during the transportation but IND was able to quickly address the issue with ups and got me the replacement right away. Will definitely recommend!

So happy with the outstanding quality of the BMW roundels I purchased for my F10 and F20! Better yet is the service received from IND with prompt regular updates throughout the time to manufacture the roundels. Worth every penny and a great company to deal with!

Had cosmetic issue with a product sold to me and that issue was resolved by sending a replacement for the previous defective product. Thanks to DAN from PSI for resolving the issue and IND for the excellent custom paint done.

I was made aware of this company by my nephew. We were looking for the new BMW M 50th anniversay roundels and they had them! There are fakes on the market but these were OEM. I beleive they were sourced from the Eurpoean BMW parts site. They are perfect! My dealer can't even order them yet. Both Nate and Ryan were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely buy from them again.

The product was very well packaged. I love that. I did check and was told the produce fits my 2020 M2 Competition and it does. It is a little more expensive that other sites which had free shipping. But I m ok.Customer service was very responsive in answering my questions. I don t anticipate any issues with these 50th anniversary BMW Roundels but if I do I will assume they will be just as responsive.

Where do I start.I recently started buying accesories from Ind & this last time UPS had lost the package & I contacted them & they took action very quickly & send a new replacement.I truly value a company that takes care of their clients without hesitation & for that I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy anything from them.Thank You AAA+++++

Great carbon fiber center console for M40i replacing always dusty and finger print ridden piano black trim. Perfect fit and high quality carbon fiber. IND did it again! Excellent roundels as well!

The quality and paint of the roundels are worth the wait! Makes your BMW 10x better. Superb customer service as I asked for updates constantly. Ania helped me out and was very communicative throughout the whole process.
