Good guys, but not the most organized. Took two weeks to get my car back after purchasing wheels and tires. Stopped by when they were closed just to check on my car and noticed the gas cap was open. They did a good job putting the wheels and tires on, but renigged on the offer of a military discount that was originally promised to me and said it already came off (but is listed nowhere on the invoice). And then they delivered my car to me without TPM sensors and didn t return my calls or texts for over a week. Still waiting for them to reach out. I will update this rating after they reach out, because it wasn t a bad experience and I know they re busy but I spent over $3k at their establishment. The least they can do is make sure I m happy with my purchase.Update: they gave me a discount on the TPM sensors.

Route 83 was very good! Giovanni was very helpful and answered all of my questions while looking for a new car. He was accommodating and a fast responder. I recommend using them if you are in the market for a new car or need some auto work done on your car.

Route 83 Automotive &Wheels was an easy 5 star. I called the day before asking about my belt and they helped me find a time the next day. Just like that they replaced my belt. Very good service

Great guys, fair prices, and quality work. Very helpful with solid explanations as to the particular needs of your car and emphasize what needs to be fixed now and what can be put off until later. I definitely suggest giving these guys a try and bring them your car.

Came out of work to a flat tire. They took me right away and got me all patched. Great service and a great patch. Will be back for new tires.
