Lakeland took my car in from tow after a major accident. The only wait I had to go through was part orders and insurance confirmations, but they kept me up on all updates with my car, and after the repairs were done it came out looking incredible. Jim is also a very professional and friendly guy, as is his family/staff. They made a terrible situation easy for me to deal with, and for that I will give him all of my future business (but hopefully not too soon lol)Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job repairing my car. They got it in right away and it was fixed within a few hours. The office staff was very friendly. The mechanic showed concern and care and explained what could happen if I didn't fix other problems. I appreciate that. The price was what they quoted me and it was a very good price! They are the go to place for wheel repair service in the Antioch/Lake Villa area. I was very happy I was suggested by another good mechanic to go here!Thanks Lakeland Auto Body! I bought new tires after you repaired my ball joints and my car drove great!

I found reviews of Lakeland Auto Body on a few different sites and decided to give them a try. I bought my truck used and noticed a crack in a portion of the paint. Took it in to get an estimate and was greeted by Jim (and family) who were extremely nice. Jim gave me a quote while I waited and was very reasonable (checked a couple other body shops). Jim was able to get my truck in quickly and immediately got to work. Although the crack in the paint ended up being more damage than expected, Jim kept me informed along the way and gave me a few different options to repair it. Jim s team repaired my truck in a timely fashion and was fair with me with the increase in repair costs. Jim and his team left my truck looking like brand new! I have no complaints.I was so happy with the work that I took my other car in for a small paint chip repair. Again the repair came out perfect and I could not be any more pleased with the results.I HIGHLY suggest Jim, his family and his team at Lakeland Auto Body.

I took my car in to get some scratches fixed on my Volkswagen and they not only fixed the scratches but also buffed the whole car and detailed the interior. I am highly impressed by the customer service and advice I received. They also gave an unbelievably fair price. Thank you so much Lakeland, I will be back!

Great repair work at a reasonable price. Besides allowing me to bring in a new bumper myself, my car was cleaned inside as well as outside. Service with a smile. I'd certainly recommend to anyone looking for quality service. Plus, I love supporting local businesses. Wonderful and friendly staff too.

We just picked up our van after hitting a deer. Lakeland auto body IS AMAZING. They communicated everything very clearly. They made sure we understood everything. Lakeland stayed in contact with State Farm. This was the easiest thing I had ever done dealing with getting a car fixed. Finding a good auto body shop is rare, so I feel extremely lucky to have found Lakeland Auto Body. They were beyond easy to work with, honest, and when they were finished my car looked brand new again. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I researched tons of local businesses after a car accident and chose Lakeland Auto after reading all of these reviews. I was not disappointed. They are perfectionists, like myself. Great work and great people! Prices are very fair and the customer service here is awesome! They took care of body work on two occasions for me and I've been very pleased both times. If you need body work done, Lakeland is the place to go!

Jim, Barbara and Brad have always been great to work with. They have been able to do all my mechanical work along with the body work on several of are vehicles. Also a nice place to stop by for social visit. Very nice old school shop, keep up the great work

My car looks absolutely phenomenal, like brand new, after taking it to Lakeland Auto Body to have it fixed! I am amazed how they matched the paint color exactly! This car is my baby! My first brand new car (not used) that I bought myself and just paid off. I was devastated when some guy, who parked in front of me, didn't put his car in park and it rolled back, hitting my car & scratching the entire front left side. But, no worries now! I am a true believer in Lakeland and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you!!!

Good people, easy to talk to, quick service but most of all an excellent repair. I liked that they gave me several options for the repair with the pros and cons of each. I never felt rushed or pressured. I would recommend them.

The absolute best alignment shop that ive been to, I am pleased at the mechanics knowledge to identify a mistake I made while doing my own front end job. The mechanic i met in the back was the most courteous mechanic ive ever talked to on the phone ever, period.
