Totally pleasant experience. Every issue that I had was addressed, explained and taken care of. Even the sales staff were nice & friendly and kind enough to let me take a picture of them to attach to my review. All of the service providers were camera shy. Pricing was remarkably reasonable, much to my surprise! I'll be back and live over 50+ miles away.

I just moved up here from Georgia and my car was is need of major maintenance! My service advisor Patrick Roberts was so patient resourceful and knowledgeable I just graduated from college and starting a new job So it can be overwhelming to be in a new place and need your car to be operable. He explained everything to me in detail helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed and got me back on the road. I have to come back in a few months for some more follow-up work, but I am glad I got fixed what needed to be done in the meantime!

This is my 2nd time buying a used car here in the last couple years and another stellar buying experience! This team is the best at telling you everything you want to know about your purchase and not dropping a bunch of unknown miscellaneous charges on you at the last minute when you're ready to make the deal and pay. I'll definitely be back again!

Dealing with this location for service that I required on my 2013 Outlander Sport. Patrick in the service department deserves TEN stars, he was absolutely amazing every step of the way, very helpful and informative, patient and took his time to make sure I understood what was going on and how to prioritize my repairs vs. maintenance tasks. I'm giving 4 stars as my interaction with the service manager was not a warm and fuzzy one but Patrick by far made up for it.

I recently purchased a VW Tiguan with the help of Jason and Francisco at Gregory Mitsubishi. I was researching this specific brand on CarMax and surrounding dealers. The price was great with the mileage on the new/used 2022 vehicle. Process was easy and painless. Great extended bumper to bumper warranty for an additional 5 years.Found a small star on the windshield and they quickly addressed that as well. Couldn t be happier with my purchase and I ll be looking there way with any needs in the future.

Very happy with my service. Took my vehicle in for service on a recall part they took care of it and were friendly courteous and timely. Had an issue shortly after my service called they asked me to come back and they rectified the issue right away with no problems. Very happy and will be back for my routine maintenance of my vehicle.

Ron, and everyone else I encountered at Gregory Mitsubishi were great to work with! The team is very personable and laid back. I never felt like I was being persuaded or pushed into a purchase. I felt that my trade-in value was a great deal and very fair. I will definitely continue to give them business!

Had a wonderful and pleasant experience purchasing my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander! I was greeted by Fernando. He was super nice and helpful. I also worked with manager Joe who did not seem pushy or rude like my past car dealership experiences!! Everyone even the Service manager, I want to thank from the bottom of my heart. Brought my car in for repairs and can I just tell you that the kindness and professionalism I received from Patrick was amazing!!! My part was on back order and Patrick did everything to expedite my repairs. He contacted me after the service department closed to come get my car. My car was washed and waiting for me. I don t think people get enough praise for going an extra mile for their customers these days. So thank you for all you do Patrick

We had a wonderful experience! Ron and the manager, Joe, were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. All our questions were answered thoroughly which made the entire process very easy. From beginning to end, we were provided with excellent customer service which exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend Gregory Mitsubishi!

Very pleasant experience! Every member of the staff was professional and personable, Mark/Mgr., Patrick/Service Writer, Zack/Porter and Nick & Vick/Mechanics, were simply a pleasure to do business with. Every little nit-picky issue that I brought to them was addressed and explained in detail as to what the issues were, why and how they can and will be fixed! I'll be back, and I live 50+ miles away.

Vehicle was in excellent condition minus a few missing components off the original chassis, mostly due to under belly rust, did however have bad door struts and components not in operation that would have been nice to know before purchasing. Engine did in fact water leaking into oil reservoir from top header seal and mold was found on seats after lowered into cargo mood. So have knick them on lack of detailed cleaning on that part.Pros,+New tires+Friendly staff+Negotiable+Ease of service+Heated showroom+ Clean carsCons,-lack of detail and understanding of vehicle systems.-sold SUV "as is" with no additional repairs to vehicles secondary systems.-no warranty package or follow up from seller pertaining to the matter.- several safety systems were unplugged / damaged. (Parking aids, heated rear window, tow plug)*UpdateStill waiting for the warranty information that was promised when purchasing. Please don't offer something that can't be fulfilled.Will edit review as situation changes.Thank you Gregory Mitsubishi.

I had an amazing experience here with Joe and Fernando! I have been shopping around for Subaru Foresters for a few months and so glad I ended up purchasing from here. They had a better price ($2500 cheaper) than where I planned to purchase before and the process was extremely easy. They were personable, addressed all of my questions, were thorough in sharing what my options were, and made sure that I was informed before moving forward. This was such a stress free experience and I am very happy with my car purchase! I appreciate this team so much!

They saved this one for me. It's hard to find a brand new, fully redesigned, full on technology, higher level trim, with safety gadgets, super comfy and roomy SUVs that was assembled in Nov '21 in a Mitsubishi factory 6300 miles away. I got my 2022 Outlander SE for a good price too. Wished I had a sunroof but I do not have a sunroof. I could have had a sunroof from another dealer if I would have paid like a gazillion dollars more over MSRP or waited like 180 days or so. Fernando said he could have gotten me a SEL if I would have waited another month or so. I was done waiting and had to have my Outlander now!! So I got my 2022 Outlander. Inventory is low and if you want new one of these, call them. Greg picked up the phone when I called the other store. He was the one who told me about these Outlanders when I called. Greg, Fernando and Kim. They took care of me big with price we agreed upon. No surprises as I used my auto loan amortization calculator to ensure the accuracy during the signing ceremony. Just cool people who wanted to beat the snow and get home to their family. Dealer was nice and big with decent free coffee. I was in and out in about an hour. Just happy to have a car I really like. Going to wax it twice a year.

I LOVE my 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander I purchased from them! It runs perfect and is very reliable. I even drove it all the way to Washington DC! Gregory Mitsubishi Lake Villa provides excellent customer service & are very helpful! Especially the service manager! Thank you!

TERRIFIC experience! Customer service led by Zak, Fernando, Avery & co. was excellent. Struck a great balance between providing information, answering questions and selling. Did not pressure, which I loved. Store is easy to access with a beautiful layout. Large inventory. Website is easy to use. I had a very enjoyable overall experience and would strongly recommend.

My husband and I traveled 45 minutes to Gregory Mitsubishi and we re so glad we did ! We were looking for a Suv for our daughter and they had the best price, plus the car had the lowest miles from all the other dealers ! The manager Zak came out to help us and has the sweetest personality! My husband can be a little difficult to work with but Zak was able to deal with him ! I want to thank everyone at Gregory Mitsubishi who worked with us ! I would recommend this dealership for their knowledge, leadership, financing and their great service ! They really cared about us and went out of their way for us ! I was so impressed ! We will definitely come back ! Thanks again for your great service and hospitality !!!

I flew from Maryland to Illinois to buy my car from this dealership. Every single person I spoke to was super nice and knowledgeable! Ronald, Zak, and Fernando were such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them! I got an amazing deal and an amazing car! Totally worth the flight and the 12 hour drive home! If you need a car, go see them!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The salesman Ron took very good care of us and made sure all of our questions were answered and we left happy! Fernando in finance was very helpful and easygoing and didn t push us into anything we didn t want.

Update: I had to come back to this review to downgrade it because they took 2 months to send in the registration paperwork to the state. If you buy here, probably just get the papers to do the registration yourself. I still don't have my registration and the transferred plates have expired tags.Original review: This was definitely my best experience ever buying from a car dealer. The key was that the salesperson, Avery, listened. He listened to every detail that I expressed and communicated exactly what I wanted to the rest of the team there. They had me all set up and ready to go immediately when I arrived after telling him what I wanted, just like I asked. I knew what I wanted and they delivered; great price too. Highly recommend looking for Avery if you visit or call this place for sales.
