I am absolutely stunned by the work and customer service offered here. The owner, Tom, was incredibly communicative and kind. The work they did on my car was FAR above and beyond what I expected, they charged less than they originally quoted me, and they did it in less than half the time they estimated! I cannot recommend them more vehemently. If anything happens to my car again, they will be my very first call.

I hit my bumper on the side of my garage and felt very embarrassed and anxious about who to go to fix it. I asked my neighbors if they recommended anyone and 5 people told me to go to Tom. I'm so glad I made that decision. I called him at 9, dropped my car off, and he had it fixed by 4 pm. I feel so relieved and my car looks great. Prices were more than fair, excellent service, and I will be telling everyone I know to go to Tom if they need anything done on their cars.

Been going to Tom for 20 years and can t say a bad thing about him. Reading some of the other reviews that are 1 or 2 stars .I questioned how they were as customers because Tom doesn t have a mean bone in his body. Tom was also my landlord for 2 years and was truly amazing. I now, consider him to be a friend but best part is that work he does is amazing and has incredible craftsmanship. Take your car here for any work you may need done. .Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Auto body & trim replacement

I think the people giving Tom 1 star are either lying or just plain bad people. How can you have an issue with Tom. He is probably one of the most honest helpful business owners I have worked with in a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to use him for your automotive needs

I have been taking my SUV to Advance Auto. Tom always takes care of me, Excellent service all the time. He always charges a fair price. As a woman, I never feel taken advantage of for not knowing as Much about cars. Tom really went above and beyond for me with my motorcycle project. He was totally upfront with me from the start which is why decided to go with him. I had some plastic chrome parts that I wanted painted but I wanted to do as much of the prep work as possible to try and save some money. So he hooked me up with some sandpaper and told me how to get it to ready for paint.He was able to get the exact color wanted and charged me way less than what everyone else was quoting. I'm beyond happy with the end result! Thanks Tom!

Absolutely LOVE Tom. Super honest and fast. And if he s not fast it s because he s being fair and waiting for a part to lessen the cost on your behalf. He does my entire family now and I ve been using him for almost 5 years.

It is very hard to find a company that is honest, and respectful to woman. But at the Advance Auto Works you can rest assure that your car is in good hands. The people there are very friendly, and do not take advantage of woman. My car need service for the admissions test. They did their best to help me. However they did not solve the problem, but they did not charge me, or take apart my car by guessing what it was. They said they wanted me to keep my money instead of having me having to pay 1000's of dollars out of pocket.They took me to another place that was very helpful. Thank you Advanced Auto Works for being a trust worthy place, not just for woman, but to everyone that walk in!

This is one of the worst places you could go to! From them yelling at you because they are offered on the poor job they did for my car. They didn t fix all the damage. Had paint over spray on the car. Didn t fix the car handle that got hit. Didn t fix the inside of the door where the car got hit on the outside. They didn t even put the door trim back on the door right. You could stick your whole hand in between the door trim and the window. I had a terrible experience here and I rather leave my car broken then ever get it fixed from there.

These guys perform great body work at a fair price. I had a car damaged along the door and body arch. They made it look like new and even coordinated with the manufacturer of my custom wrap. Not notch business.

Tom the owner always finds time to squeeze me in for the many auto repairs that I experience, being in construction something is always braking , or wearing out if he cannot do the repair, he vast knowledge of craftsmen that handle the job , and he follows through until your vehicle is back in hands. And far as your every day Joe he is hands that also .He has maintained my mother's car for many years with very great satisfaction from my mom than 89 year's of age still drives.

I started my moving process by checking out the Budget rental trucks (HUGE MISTAKE) and switched to UHaul. After needing to change my reservation date the day of- the friendly people here were so so helpful and understanding and helped me change my pick up day to the following week. Definitely made my stressful day so much better. Amazing customer service!!!

We have been dealing with Tom for about 20 years, always does great work, he will actually work for you to get the best deal on parts and labor. Won't go anywhere else.

Very pleasant experience. Both people I talked with were extremely helpful and courteous. If you need to rent a U Haul this is the place to go. If one is not available they will go the extra mile to find you one. Thank you again Advance Auto
